The healing process was much faster than the scarring revision surgery. The after effects is a small dent, barely noticeable. My back the left side where the Lipoma Surgery was done over my left shoulder is completely healed with slight noticeable scarring, but I look so much better now. Also every 3 months I received shots of medicine with cortisone in the àrea to keep the scar flat with no lumps.I can now wear with confidence the backless tops and blouses I stopped wearing before the surgery. Staring folks with 2nd glance looks will have nothing to look at anymore. I'm only accepting compliments. Thanks again Doc. Also the New Office Clerical Staff is a Delight. If you're considering rhinoplasty surgery, I would strongly recommend Dr. Pearlman as it is literally his area of expertise. He has experience, is highly regarded by other highly regarded surgons, and my recovery time was very easy (seven days) thanks to his skill. Complete fraud…read more I am horrified that I ever allowed this person to touch my face -- I won't even call him a man or a doctor for that matter, because he lacks everything a real man / doctor stands for. The way he speaks to patients is so incredibly disrespectful and downright disgraceful. After expressing my concerns with the results of the rhinoplasty he performed, he essentially told me to seek psychotherapy and then pulled up photos of a celebrity to tell me not even she is perfect (to be clear, I never asked for perfection, or to look like a celebrity -- this was just one of the ridiculous ways in which he was trying to make a point..) I remained completely calm while listening to him say these horrendous and shocking things; I let him finish speaking and then told him I was shocked by his responses and upset -- he then just got up and walked out of the room like a child having a tantrum. This person is a complete fraud. Beware of Steven Pearlman.

I made the rookie mistake of going to a very well regarded Dermatologist for forehead and glabella botox, my second and final visit was less than satisfactory. It might have been just a minute difference of millimeters but to me it was the clear precursor to the dreaded Tox Face!! I knew there must be a better way. Someone out there must know what they're doing. Someone who can truly appreciate human anatomy with a natural take on beauty and proportions. Here is where Dr Kim's skills are apparent: while he used just about the same units of botox as the Dermatologist, he made way more injection points with deft hands. Smaller volumes in each site means...no redness! Magical. I know I'm always in the best hands with Dr Kim! His conservative and principled approach to beauty procedures really puts me at ease. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions, and gives me informational answers. I trust him fully to give his honest opinion, crucial in a doctor - patient relationship. They said "of course we would have numbed it" and gave multiple options for doing so. SINY just said "I don't do that", and burned my face raw without even giving results. I also didn't note how there was a second dermatologist in the room who was in training, and did nothing but laugh at my pain. Please do not go here. They don't deserve your business.
