Your friendly neighborhood vape shop! I have been going here for a few years now but tonight I brought with me a friend who is a first time vaper. RANDY was super helpful with all the professional advice included detailed instructions for battery care, wicking advice and other technical info. If you're a first time vaper and need a hook, go to Serenity and ask for RANDY. read more

Short and Sweet! Always a positive experience. Reasonable prices (Oregon Tax Laws = 65%), save with non-expiring added points every time you shop, and conveniently close to home (why waste gas?). I'd have no problem recommending Serenity Vape as the Go-To. :D read more

My partner and I stopped in yesterday to purchase a new mi-pod device and hoped the store carried vaporLAX juice. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped us, but he was incredibly helpful and even offered to bring in the vaporLAX brand on their next order since they currently don't carry it. He was also very helpful with my partner's device questions. The store itself was clean and friendly. Highly recommend. read more

Bought a Mi-pod vape came with 2 coils, one broke almost immediately, took it back and wasn't able to get a replacement. Gave me an old version coil that doesn't work. Didn't have e liquid on me, was told it was "against the law" for the store to give me some to test and see if the coil worked. Really awkward. May not be same for all staff. read more

I came in tonight to get a new vape and I didn't catch the name of who was working but he was so helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to me really well. I'm really loving my new setup and the juice I got, thanks for taking great care of me! read more

Seriously as good as it gets for a vape shop! I travel a lot and this is hands down the best vape shop experience I have ever had. They have two locations; one in Tigard which is really convenient when I'm in that area. Both locations are great with an excellent selection and fantastic customer service! Super chill but welcoming and the employees really know what they're talking about. The lounge is really nice, very clean; they even a tasting bar! read more

I have to give a shout out to RANDY! He was so helpful. He took a lot of time talking to me and was a wealth of knowledge regarding vapes. I highly recommend this vape shop. They also had great discounted items. Thanks RANDY for all your time! read more

From the first time I walked in having freshly quit smoking to now a couple months later, I've received nothing but excellent service and expertise here. Randy helped me select my first device and continues to offer fantastic advice and expertise to a rookie Vaper like me. Never once had he displayed any impatience at my miltutitude of questions. Always answering them with patience and knowledge. The vape scene can be a bit daunting as there are so many facets to it. Randy has guided me effortlessly through my first device and even second and third. Helping me to make good buys as my tastes evolve. Awesome awesome customer service. Also, Justin and Dominique should be mentioned as well as they have helped me on numerous occasions and always offered the same great service and expertise. Randy has just helped me the most. I've been to other vape shops and frequently felt a bit shunned for not having the knowledge of experienced Vapers. At Serenity they've been nothing but welcoming from day one. To the management: you really have an awesome team here. Keep it up! Also, Serenity has an awesome points system, if you keep shopping there. Netting you up to 30% off of any purchase. And the points rack up fast. Can save some serious money. All in all, great shop, great crew, I'll go nowhere else. read more

I stopped in this shop (after grabbing a pizza next door) to pick up some e-juice. I'm relatively new to vaping but have learned quite a bit about it in the 6 months I've been off of cigarettes after smoking for 40 years. The guy that helped us was flat-out rude. He told us our e-cigs were outdated in an attempt to get us to upgrade, and suggested a specific brand of juice that was relatively more expensive than other brands I've purchased. That's salesmanship, and I can live with that. What bothered me was the whole time we were there, he was vaping and blowing HUGE clouds of "smoke" right in our faces. Several times. This might be acceptable to the new wave of "smokers" but to an old fart like me, it's just plain RUDE. If this is his way of displaying the thick, flavorful vapor the juice and paraphernalia provide, I'll pass and I should have. I bought the juice anyway, and it is indeed good. I just won't be getting that or anything else there again. read more

This was my first ever visit to a vape shop. They were laid back and knowledgeable. There was no intimidation factor, if you're new and have questions. Thank you Laurel. The shop was clean, nicely organized, had comfortable seating, and a large selection of juices. Aside from the banter, that was my favourite part of the visit. Lots of choices, and I got to smell each fluid I was interested in; very helpful. I walked away with a tank at a price I liked, and with features that met my desires. Also Grape flavored juice. What more could you ask for? I look forward to my next visit. read more

Found this spot through Yelp and was super happy I went that route. Right off the gate Randy greeted me and set me up with the full Vape deck. The best Mod, batteries, cases, and juice. To boot, they have a private deck off the back to try the goods. So cool. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks, Randy! You rock! read more

Came in last week and I needed help picking out a new nic salt flavor. I'm super picky when picking out juices and Dominique helped out a lot! She listened to my concerns & I ended up leaving with a juice I loved & didn't feel like I wasted my money! read more

I was really pleased with the service here. I worked with Randy and explained I was new to vaping and needed a full tutorial. Additionally I explained that I was quitting smoking cigarettes and this was my first step. He was totally patient with me and took a ton of time explaining all my options and how to use the products. He even gave me a lesson on how to achieve my ultimate goal of quitting tobacco all together. I could not have been happier with my experience there. read more

Jeremy the mgr. Tells me my issues are do to my disabilities. Yet another vape shop helped resolve my issue! Thanks torched illusions for your help when this shop let me down! read more

Serenity Vapor is the place to go for your vaping needs! They have good selection on products and their staff is attentive, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They have an easy-to-use reward system and you can start earning points on your first purchase toward future purchases. I also like that they have good hours and are open later than most shops. They have a cool vape patio where you can also have a view of the Food Truck pod to help to decide where to eat afterwards! If you are lucky enough to get Randy, the Vape Guru, tell him my review helped you to decide! Thank you Randy, you're the very best....I appreciate you! read more

SVP has become my go to vape outlet - Great selection and very knowledgeable staff - Especially Randy - "who i have dubbed the vape whisperer" he fixed my sundrin air that I had given up for dead. He is totally dialed into to all things vape! I highly recommend SVP read more

Buyer Beware! I went into the Beaverton location last night and bought two bottles of juice and coils. I assumed they were the standard $20 per bottle and the guy said they were 20% off for the holiday. He then told me that the price of the juice was $30 per bottle and they were giving 20% off. Everywhere online has this for $12 to $16 so when you add shipping it's about $20 per bottle. I asked Carlos and he said "they're always that much". I go there because it's close to my house but I'll drive the extra distance for honest service! They also led me to believe that I was getting a "smoking" deal on a mod last time I was in there. It was just before the ban and the employee said they were on special. The employee said the regular price was$75, but I could have it for $45. After I left I checked and everywhere I could find had them for $35. Know your prices before going in there! read more

Jeremy has the best attitude and customer service I've ever seen! I'm new to vaping and he helped me out alot. Very knowledgeable. I'll be back! read more

Absolutely love this place. Amazing staff, great product, huge selection and the prices are killer. This is the only shop I go to

I love this place. It's farther away from me than Elements, but it's worth the trip. They carry several solid lines of vaporizers and accessories, and they support what they sell. I never worry about buying anything from them; if I have any trouble, I'll just head back and they'll fix me right up. They have a good selection of juice, as well. I've found several which work well as ADVs, and others which are nice now and then. I would name which employees are awesome, but I think it's all of them. read more

Very clean and casual vape lounge and tasting bar. Great starter accessories and higher end & experience mods. Their grand opening is this Saturday. Friendly owners/staff. I look forward to watching their business grow. Good luck guys! read more

Jon was able to set up this first time vaper with a decent unit at what I believe was a decent price. He also let me try out many different 'flavors' of juice until I found a couple I really liked. Great service and I appreciate his taking the time to explain everything. If I'm in the area again I will go back to stock up on more juices. read more

Was first in line but still had to wait until the other people were helped, staff were not incredibly helpful. Almost no 15ml juices and phasing them out, which I can understand from a business perspective but is still inconvenient. read more

Very nice selection, clean shop, and super helpful and friendly staff. On my first visit Randy offered to set up and show me how to use my new device, which was very helpful. Randy and the other guys continue to offer tips, advice, and recommendations. Highly recommended. I'm lucky that they are so close. Thanks guys! read more

I was glad to find what I needed at first, but after a few more visits and spending way more than expected, I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been here a few times, (usually go when my GO-TO shop up the block is out of whatever I need). Normally it's worth spending the extra few bucks on juice but this last time I went in for some coils, I bought em for $21 from you guys, looked em up at home, $6 online, 8$ around the corner. This place is a rip off. Not even my go to spot pulls that crap on anyone. If you want unfair prices and staff that don't care go here. I'm done with this place... shop online or elsewhere before you step foot in this establishment, if you can even call it that... read more

Best Vape shop ever! I recommend this shop to everyone I know as the authority in Vape and Vape products. J.P and Jordan always have the best and latest gear in the industry. My go to Vape shop! read more

Such an amazing shop. Jordan was great helping us on juice flavors and brands also showed us new items for vape pens and batteries. Will definitely be back. Also a super relaxing environment with the comfy couches and tasting bar. Good job guys!!! read more

Honestly, I just feel like they would rather go outside and vape. Not horrible, but not great IMO. Will probably go back, but I'll know what I want, and will be doing no browsing. read more

This is my favorite shop. They always have what I need and everything is high quality. I've been coming here for a year now and every time I come in to the shop the atmosphere is always awesome. They have amazing prices on hardware and a great selection of juices. And they always have sales going on! read more

I will never shop here again, and I would suggest for anyone around to find a DIFFERENT VAPE SHOP. This stores' ownership stresses the importance to sell products. Myself and 2 other friends have been lead to believe 100% incorrect information in order to secure sales. No one needs my sob-story but I would strongly advise finding a different store to get your vape hardware; fluids, coils, mods, etc. These employees (AND OWNER) will tell you what you want to hear, in order to follow through for a sale. read more

This place sucks bought a dos equis mod nd it worked for 3 puffs before the battery melted nd fucked up the box I went back the next day and the guy said he was not able to dip anything with it. Most shops help our try to make the customer happy well this guy didn't and told me he will not do anything to make it work he knew all along that he sold me a faulty mod I would not go back here read more

Great vape shop! My favorite without a doubt. They're always friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn't matter if you're new to vaping or a vape enthusiast, they can and will help you in a friendly manner. Serenity also has a great variety of flavors and a laidback atmosphere with an area taste test. I bought my first ego twist from here, but it stopped working a week later for no apparent reason. I went in and Jon couldn't have been more helpful. He looked it over, saw that I hadn't broken or mistreated it, but couldn't find the issue. So he replaced my ego, which probably kept me from becoming discouraged with vaping. They really care about customer satisfaction there, I would and do recommend Serenity Vapor to everybody. The negative reviews for this place are absurd. Mech mods are something that you have to use properly, and know about to do so. Eddie C. sounds like he shorted his battery out then left it in the mod, which is user error times two. If you short your battery(which shouldn't happen unless you do something wrong like put it in upside down) you need to take it out right away, then put it outside or in a bucket of water because it's likely to have a meltdown or explode. That's a no brainer, no wonder his mod and battery are toast. Pat F. probably is using an outdated pen and sounds overly sensitive, if there's a much better product out there for 40 bucks then why not upgrade? I seriously doubt someone was blowing vapor directly at his face. As is usual in rooms that contain multiple vapers, the whole place is hazy from everyone vaping in there. Sometimes a cloud drifts your way, it happens when you vape indoors, there's no need to cry about it. I'll be back, probably often :) read more

Pushy salesperson! When I entered the shop I knew exactly what I was looking for and he kept trying to push other more expensive e-juice. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Needless to say I will not be returning! read more

I like this shop quite a bit but the employees are really up tight and it's almost to professional feeling. I like to come in a vape shop and sit back and feel like I'm in a vape shop and not feel like I'm being judged. The employees are friendly but once again to professional. Like they want me to come in and get out. But over all not a horrible shop but not my favorite. read more
