Then I'm standing outside of the door and I hear her talking about me when she came in to examine me she extremely rough. I explained the other dr Ron who's very kind. Stated I need to have my medical recordeds reexamined that's all I said she dismissed me stated loudly you have to explain this to me. When someone has to get a follow up mammogram it's the most frightening time in a woman life and for the doctor to be so rude refuse to hear anything I had to say. She wouldn't even talk to the nurse assistant. This was not a one time occurrence I can tell from The other staff members. I have never been treated this way I come to starling because I choose to not because I have to. I know I'm not the only paitent comparing about Victoria. She is incredibly rude dismissive and now because she refused to listen to me I have to repeat an exam because the records were not in the system. I will be making a formal Complaint to the medical board about her. She so graciously provided her prudentials. I was so upset today. The only young lady who assisted me was at the front desk. Everything is on camera. I was there at 5:35 PM.9/28/26 and if the cameras are reviewed, you will see how she just went in the office, closed the door in my face, and she and the young lady inside are both talking about me. In my opinion they should be fired if you do not do anything about customer service you will lose customers I personally will never ever be attended by her again. I'm a pain patient and I do know that there should be a certain level of care that each patient should receive and I know that she believes that I can just be rude and no one's going to do anything about it. Everyone at Blondell, are so professional, sweet and kind. Every single individual, is extremely knowledgeable in their area of concentration. When you go to Blondell, it is truly a family oriented center. But, what I like the most about this center is their on time rating. I give them a 100% on time rating. There's a doctor there by the name of Jennifer Khachadurian, she dismisses your symptoms, talks over you when you're trying to explain yourself and tells you "I don't know what that means" referring to symptoms. This lady should not be working in an urgent care it seems she's too lazy to do her job, she shouldn't be around sick people period. It was a comfort to see that it's totally different from the average MRI machines that are at other places that are not updated . I met Jennifer who basically runs the entire place .A supervisor who makes sure all is correct and professionally done. Consideration and care is something she prioritizes and thats great and thoughtful. She is involved with making sure that everything is done properly there and that the patients receive priority attention and care. I recommend this place for sure and I think it should be listed as a number one example of how an MRI office should run. They have water available . The bathroom is clean even a calming selection of background music to ease anxiety for a claustrophobic person such as myself. Even when I was between different job positions, different dental plans and Dr Otto wasn't within my network, I waited- until my next dental plan did list him as my in-network dentist. Staff is always excellent, from the dental hygienist- Euris to the receptionist Daisy to Dr. Otto's Assistant- who's name escapes me- down to his wife-who always takes care of billing. Dr. Otto is a wonder. Always left out of here content with the few dental procedures I've gotten. He's a sharp shooter but with a cool sense of humor and will let me know what needs to be done and how to maintain my choppers. I don't know why I used to have this weird thought of walking into a dingy office and crummy tools. Not here! His office is inviting, rooms are pleasant and everything is spic and span. And what tops it- every time you visit, he'd have a real cool music playlist going: from Merengue to even Coldplay to Worldly music. Love! Really like the expertise he's been bringing this long. The old lady has always had an attitude every time I pick up my script. Also, if they don't have the full script she insist on giving me what they have and that I'll be fine as if she is the doctor. Terrible place for people just wanting to pick up their meds. I've been coming here for almost a year. As a mental health patient I was looked upon like a drug addict instead of a patient. I was questioned multiple times as to why I'm taking this, or why I'm taking that. When I spoke up about the unfair treatment I was receiving I was told to find another pharmacy.
