They are truly amazing at what they do and at customer service. They are the reason why I am still a client at this clinic. They need not to be overlooked, rather be considered for any immediate promotion. They turned a misshapen by another employee who is not knowledgeable in any of her work, to the most pleasant visit a person can have. Kudos to Sílvia and Crystal for your diligence, care, and willingness to help out patients by any means!

I've been to the NJ Imaging Network Englewood Cliffs location more than 10 times in the past, and…read moremy previous experiences were fine. However, what happened today (Friday, April 24) was honestly shocking and very disappointing. I had two MRI appointments scheduled -- one today around 5 PM and another on Sunday (April 26) at around 11 AM. I arrived just 1-2 minutes late. When I walked in, a staff member named Cindy was chatting with coworkers about personal matters and completely ignored me. After signing in, I waited about 5-6 minutes with no acknowledgment, and had to approach her myself. I asked if it would be possible to combine both MRI appointments into today since they were the same type of exam. She responded in an impatient tone, barely making eye contact, and said it wasn't possible, giving vague reasons. The waiting area was almost empty at the time. A couple minutes later, she changed her stance and suggested that I move today's appointment to Sunday instead, saying it would make more sense so I wouldn't have to come twice. That sounded reasonable, so I agreed. However, when I tried to confirm that both exams could definitely be done on Sunday, she suddenly said she was "not sure" and would need to check. This was extremely frustrating. If it wasn't certain, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning -- not after asking me to change my appointment. At that point, I decided to just proceed with today's appointment instead. Then she told me it was "too late" and that I was already 15-20 minutes late, so they couldn't accommodate me anymore -- even though the delay was largely due to her lack of responsiveness and conflicting guidance. Also, there were barely any patients in the office, so it didn't seem like a capacity issue at all. Does she really has right to cancel my appointment because of her conflicting guidance and miscommunication? Is there working practice and guideline for front desk staff? It is worst experience I ever had. The staff was not doing her job correctly. The entire interaction felt disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. Her attitude was impatient and unprofessional throughout, and it seemed like customer care was not a priority. This was by far the worst experience I've had at this location, which is unfortunate given my many prior positive visits. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff communication and professionalism.

I've never been treated so badly by Victoria Nwokocha she…read morebecame frustrated because of a referral she refused to assist me closed the office door in my face. Then I'm standing outside of the door and I hear her talking about me when she came in to examine me she extremely rough. I explained the other dr Ron who's very kind. Stated I need to have my medical recordeds reexamined that's all I said she dismissed me stated loudly you have to explain this to me. When someone has to get a follow up mammogram it's the most frightening time in a woman life and for the doctor to be so rude refuse to hear anything I had to say. She wouldn't even talk to the nurse assistant. This was not a one time occurrence I can tell from The other staff members. I have never been treated this way I come to starling because I choose to not because I have to. I know I'm not the only paitent comparing about Victoria. She is incredibly rude dismissive and now because she refused to listen to me I have to repeat an exam because the records were not in the system. I will be making a formal Complaint to the medical board about her. She so graciously provided her prudentials. I was so upset today. The only young lady who assisted me was at the front desk. Everything is on camera. I was there at 5:35 PM.9/28/26 and if the cameras are reviewed, you will see how she just went in the office, closed the door in my face, and she and the young lady inside are both talking about me. In my opinion they should be fired if you do not do anything about customer service you will lose customers I personally will never ever be attended by her again. I'm a pain patient and I do know that there should be a certain level of care that each patient should receive and I know that she believes that I can just be rude and no one's going to do anything about it. She has the right one because I'm most certainly am not going to stop falling complaints
