Ok I am I active yelper! Those that follow me know this. I usually only review food but today I encountered such a vile business owner. Today I drove my sister for her 3D ULTRA sound, she was told not to eat for 4 HOURS before the appointment. Scheduled at 3:30. That was the only instructions given to her. So we get there, excited for the ultra sound (I waited outside the office) but 5 mins later she came out very upset. When she arrived she noticed other women waiting so like any prompt person she asked the person running the office if she see's clients on time. Her response was "If you can control your baby than I would put you on the table right now" I think we could all agree that was when she lost her first star....BUT IM NOT DONE GUYS! My sister appointment was being pushed because the women before here babies weren't cooperating. (Just to give you a little more accuracy) My sister replied "I don't like that, it should be first come first serve then." (VALID POINT) Her response was "you know what mama, you could walk out the door because I'm dead ass not going to see you" My sister came to the car extremely upset. So I went in becaause we were all looking forward to this. When I got to the door she wouldn't let me in which wasn't a problem given the state this city is in right now but she was equally as rude and abrasive. The owner. She ruined my sisters experience. Pregnant people are hormonal, sensitive, hot and bothered. Her mission statement is bogus, she didn't the total opposite of what she claims to be. read more

Be advised that if you choose to go here your photos and video will be deleted within a certain timeframe. I was neither informed of this timeframe or contacted prior to deletion of my baby's images (poor business policy for a place that is customer service oriented). I did take a long time to try to retrieve the package due to the situation with COVID, but I did call and follow up so they were at least aware that I wanted my baby's images (who wouldn't!especially after paying). One would think that especially during a situation such as a pandemic that the business would make a quick 1 minute call to inform customers that their information will be completely deleted by a specified date if not picked up. When I was finally ready to pick up my package THEN I was informed that my file was marked as "Abandoned" and subsequently removed from the system....It was heartbreaking to hear this. A simple procedure such as including notes for customers and calling them prior to deleting their packages should be basic customer courtesy that should be a part of a professional business procedure. I was refused a refund, and told I could get a discount off my next pregnancy session (ouch); the assumption is a big one to make as I may not have more children. After not being able to have a baby shower or celebrate my child's arrival in anyway I was really looking forward to having at least this memory of my pregnancy. It was a very painful experience that I do not wish on anyone. So please if you will go here make sure that they tell you how much time you have to pickup. I went to the Bronx office. The staff was friendly that I won't take away. I was the last customer on a Friday night. I did feel just a little rush. Included in my package were clips of the baby and the tech did catch a great clip however it was not added on my cd. I called several times and have been told I should receive by email within 2 days and 3 weeks later still nothing. This was so important to me considering this is my last child and my husbands first son. We were excited to have these clips for memories and to share with family of course. Pictures are great but clips are even better to have. read more

This place is so amazing! I really wish they were around when I was pregnant. We celebrated my niece baby shower. It was a very intimate beautiful place. The lady (I really wish I remembered her name) was such a blessing. Of course our family was about 30min late and she was so helpful setting up and helping out so much she was truly a blessing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's great for small intimate gender revels baby showers. Ohh and she gave us 4D sonogram photos and a frame. Which was not included In her package. It is not often that you find a place that suits our every desire as a pregnant woman, but i must say that 3d4dultrasounds was great. I recommend this place to all pregnant women out there. Evelyn was extremely attentive, the place was clean, welcoming and offered different packages. I can't complain about anything at 3d4dultrasounds. Ladies go for your 5d ultrasounds you will not regret it. Loved the experience of being able to see my baby with this innovated ultrasound study as the 5d ultrasound, first imaging center that offers this around my area. I truly recommend this place! Had an amazing experience today at 3D imaging services! Hilda was the only one working today and although it was busy she made time for each and every client that walked in. She was super patient with me and my baby. He didn't wanna move his hands from his face so it was kind of difficult to get a good picture but she told me to walk around and eat something sweet and come back. It eventually worked and i got some awesome pictures. She was so sweet and made me and my guests feel so comfortable! Thank you so much for this amazing experience! I loved this place! I went for the first time yesterday. This is my first pregnancy & I didn't know what to expect so I was nervous. I walked in & it was very clean. The receptionist took me right away even though my appointment wasn't for another 20 minutes. After the paperwork was done, the ultrasound tech took me right away. She was super sweet & made me feel comfortable. Turns out my baby had the umbilical cord in front of his face so she told me to go eat/drink & walk around & come back in 10 min. I did that, came back & same problem. She asked if I was in a rush, I said no so she instructed me to walk outside 10-15 minutes. When I came back, it worked! She got great shots of him & it was my first time ever seeing him for real! She took her time to get the best pictures for me. The experience was great.
