    Ok I am I active yelper! Those that follow me know this. I usually only review food but today I encountered such a vile business owner. Today I drove my sister for her 3D ULTRA sound, she was told not to eat for 4 HOURS before the appointment. Scheduled at 3:30. That was the only instructions given to her. So we get there, excited for the ultra sound (I waited outside the office) but 5 mins later she came out very upset. When she arrived she noticed other women waiting so like any prompt person she asked the person running the office if she see's clients on time. Her response was "If you can control your baby than I would put you on the table right now" I think we could all agree that was when she lost her first star....BUT IM NOT DONE GUYS! My sister appointment was being pushed because the women before here babies weren't cooperating. (Just to give you a little more accuracy) My sister replied "I don't like that, it should be first come first serve then." (VALID POINT) Her response was "you know what mama, you could walk out the door because I'm dead ass not going to see you" My sister came to the car extremely upset. So I went in becaause we were all looking forward to this. When I got to the door she wouldn't let me in which wasn't a problem given the state this city is in right now but she was equally as rude and abrasive. The owner. She ruined my sisters experience. Pregnant people are hormonal, sensitive, hot and bothered. Her mission statement is bogus, she didn't the total opposite of what she claims to be.

    Love my casting, they gave it to me at the exact time they said they will give it to me. Everything was done really clean and good, I will refer anyone to get their casting their I loved it

    We had our gender reveal party at 3D imaging services and I'm so happy that we did. Everything turned out amazing. Evelyn and the other staff members were so kind and helpful. They made sure we all felt comfortable and even threw in some extra Mother's Day gifts which were not originally part of the package. Will definitely be going back for a scan of the baby once my son gets a little bigger. Evelyn thank you so much for everything

    This place is so amazing! I really wish they were around when I was pregnant. We celebrated my niece baby shower. It was a very intimate beautiful place. The lady (I really wish I remembered her name) was such a blessing. Of course our family was about 30min late and she was so helpful setting up and helping out so much she was truly a blessing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's great for small intimate gender revels baby showers. Ohh and she gave us 4D sonogram photos and a frame. Which was not included In her package. Prices are very reasonable considering everything you get.

    Place was nice, clean and the ladies were helpful- beat part; no wait time! Since it's by spoon only you'll never have to wait.

I called them to obtain my X-rays that were taken before my surgery, and they do not have them any longer. The story they told me was that the company that they were using for the x-rays services is gone forever along with my x-rays images. They only have the report without the x-rays, and the manger wanted me to go all the way to him with an ID to pick up a piece paper. In spite of the fact that my x-rays were gone, the manager was not considerate; he said that he will only give the paper without the x-rays to my doctor. The doctor was not a problem, the problem IS that I can obtain my x-rays any longer. There are much better places to go in New York City and your x-rays won't be lost. I had the surgery done so the x-rays that were lost cannot be replaced.

I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time, making me regret being so early. The clients are painful. At any given moment there were 5 loud cell phone conversations occurring. I believe they do walk ins, which explains so many people sitting there. When I finally walked to the front 45 minutes later I got a lot of shocked looks. The facilities were ok. Clean, well maintained. My tech was "focused". I appreciate focused medical personnel. The front desk staff was not as impressive. They demonstrated the same ability to communicate as primates. I'm all about minimal talking but if you hand me a paper, say "could you please fill this out". I'll probably come back because of the convenience, and how quickly after my appointment time I was seen. I recommend an appointment because you might get stuck waiting on me to finish my 45 minute procedure.

    I've been to the NJ Imaging Network Englewood Cliffs location more than 10 times in the past, and…read moremy previous experiences were fine. However, what happened today (Friday, April 24) was honestly shocking and very disappointing. I had two MRI appointments scheduled -- one today around 5 PM and another on Sunday (April 26) at around 11 AM. I arrived just 1-2 minutes late. When I walked in, a staff member named Cindy was chatting with coworkers about personal matters and completely ignored me. After signing in, I waited about 5-6 minutes with no acknowledgment, and had to approach her myself. I asked if it would be possible to combine both MRI appointments into today since they were the same type of exam. She responded in an impatient tone, barely making eye contact, and said it wasn't possible, giving vague reasons. The waiting area was almost empty at the time. A couple minutes later, she changed her stance and suggested that I move today's appointment to Sunday instead, saying it would make more sense so I wouldn't have to come twice. That sounded reasonable, so I agreed. However, when I tried to confirm that both exams could definitely be done on Sunday, she suddenly said she was "not sure" and would need to check. This was extremely frustrating. If it wasn't certain, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning -- not after asking me to change my appointment. At that point, I decided to just proceed with today's appointment instead. Then she told me it was "too late" and that I was already 15-20 minutes late, so they couldn't accommodate me anymore -- even though the delay was largely due to her lack of responsiveness and conflicting guidance. Also, there were barely any patients in the office, so it didn't seem like a capacity issue at all. Does she really has right to cancel my appointment because of her conflicting guidance and miscommunication? Is there working practice and guideline for front desk staff? It is worst experience I ever had. The staff was not doing her job correctly. The entire interaction felt disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. Her attitude was impatient and unprofessional throughout, and it seemed like customer care was not a priority. This was by far the worst experience I've had at this location, which is unfortunate given my many prior positive visits. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff communication and professionalism.
