My husband and I made an appointment here in my third trimester a few weeks ago. We were super excited to be welcoming a little boy and eager to get a glimpse of his face! I'm giving them five stars because the scheduling was super easy and flexible online. I rescheduled multiple times with no issues and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we could not get a good photo of our son's face on our first visit. His umbilical cord was blocking his face. They were nice enough to reschedule us again at no charge two weeks later. However, we had the same issue with his foot blocking his face on the second visit. Our tech was kind enough to offer us a third visit but at that point I had given up. Understandably there is no refund in this situation. We just had bad luck but the experience itself was still pleasant and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. I recommend this place just be mindful that the position of your baby may not be the best for a good picture. read more

Due to COVID the hospital has not let anyone other than my husband to attend the sonograms and this was a perfect way for the kids to see their baby sister before she is born. I can't say enough great things about this business. Came here for my 25 week peek in which we were unable to see our baby (facing placenta) but they were happy enough to rebook us at another time. Ashleigh was our technician each time and she was very pleasant, patient and made us feel comfortable and at ease. She took plenty of photos for keepsakes and allowed all our family in at once. She and her team have created a nice, warm atmosphere that makes you feel very much at peace. The inside of the tech room is also spacious with plenty of room to accommodate many, sometimes there are lullaby sounds playing and the time I came the room smelled very nice. I give this place 4 stars due to a much better experience with Ashley. I came here with my family and boyfriends family first for a 4D and the first tech was extremelyyyy rough to the point where when I left I had Braxton Hicks for the rest of the day. She was rushing and we couldn't get anything... granted, baby was asleep. I do however suggest in these situations to maybe point out other things like hair etc. (Ashley did walk in during that ultrasound and pointed that out which I really liked). Anyway, Ashley was wonderful and took her time during our second visit and was extremely gentle and even went over our time to make sure we got about 3-4 really good pictures. All in all worth the money if you're going to see her specifically, otherwise I wouldn't. read more

This is the 3rd time I've been here and it's always a very nice experience. (First time was 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. The first scan we did was not a very good one because she was laying in a funny position with a foot covering her face, so the technician gave me the option to continue the scan or stop and reschedule. The second time I went back, my scan was much better and we got some good shots of my daughter.) Yesterday was a repeat of 2 years ago. My little guy had his legs up covering his face, so she gave me the option to continue or stop - I stopped because I'm hoping next time he's in a better position. I can't even begin to tell you all how happy we were today. We got a sneak peek of our baby boy. Ashleigh was amazing and knowledgeable. She took her time to find the best angles for our pictures. Had a gift certificate for an ultrasound back in November of 2016. Wasn't really pleased with any of the service I received back then. It was close to impossible to make an appointment because no one ever picked up the phone or responded to my voicemails. Once I got an appointment, I didn't know until I was there that the time I chose was technically not during their business hours. I felt super rushed and the tech was watching her kids the whole time she was doing the ultrasound. She couldn't get a good view of the baby, which I understand happens, and told me to call and reschedule for free. Could never reschedule because I could NEVER get anyone on the phone! What a waste of money. If I had paid for it myself I would have been even angrier. I'm glad they are supposedly under new management because I wouldn't go back there again. read more

Visited multiple times during my 1st and 2nd pregnancy and plan to do exactly the same this time around with my 3rd they make you feel very comfortable and they're always so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful Beginnings gives such accommodating service . I was so anxious after all the sonograms I had at the doctors office , since the technicians there tend to try and get through each patient as quickly as possible....but here they gave me plenty of time to peak at my precious baby. They have room enough to bring family and friends if you would like to share the memories. The technician there assured me even if there was some difficulty getting a good look they would take time to wait & try again or have me back on another date. True to form my princess was hiding and we needed a break to get her to wake up and move about. 20 mins later she was very active after a snack. I can't say enough about how pleased I am and I can't stop looking at these images. The only downside would be the printed pics ...that perhaps there were others better. Not to worry they included a cd with more than 80 pics to choose from & a DVD that showed the sonogram live. That little heartbeat included is so amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this place. It's in a very good location with plenty of parking. My first experience with them was in 2011 when I was pregnant with my son. Ashleigh and Gianna went out of their way to accommodate my group of 20. They went above and beyond so much that they even opened up on one of their days off just for our appointment. The location is so clean and nicely kept that it almost seems untouched. The images were amazingly clear and the experience was even better. They treat you as if you are in the comfort of your own living room but also with a chic feel. It was crazy how much the images still resemble my son. You wouldn't think they were taken from the womb. My second experience was last month. I was 18 weeks pregnant at the time of my appointment and went for a gender reveal; yet again with my large group of friends and family. We were so blessed to be seen again by Ashleigh and Gianna. Both of which (once again) went out of their way to help us. They stayed late simply because we were all running behind. We were not rushed at all and they let us enjoy our moment even though it was way past closing time. They let us do our gender reveal exactly how we had planned and it turned out perfectly. They even let us stay even later to take some pictures. I highly recommend this place to anyone near or far. My husband and I drove from where we live in CT (over an hour away) just to go to Beautiful Beginnings simply because no other place can provide the experience they have given us. They've helped us create memories that will last a lifetime and that we will always cherish. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks, when I am farther along in my pregnancy, to see my baby girl. I made an appointment for a gender reveal sonogram. Ashley my tech was amazing! She made me feel comfortable. She took me in first to get the gender. She was so patient. My baby was being uncooperative. Finally when she got the perfect picture she called my family in. She took her time and was pointing out all my baby bones and facial features. She really took her time with us. I did not feel rushed or feel like I was on a time limit whatsoever. The place itself was so clean and welcoming. I loved the Disney lullabies playing. The lady working was super nice and you can tell she loves her job BUT our doctor images were better ( and they weren't great) and we have friends that their images from doctors were amazing!! First time I went to Beautiful Beginnings was 5 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. The technician was very friendly, and since my son wasn't cooperating she let us come back and gave us a few print outs of the shots she was able to get. I am now 35 weeks with my babygirl and went back this past Saturday and my experience was just as great as the first time. The technician was very friendly and also got a long with my family. The shots we got were amazing. The setting was very relaxing and calm. The room was very spacious, I had about 10 ppl there comfortably. I highly recommend beautiful beginnings. read more

After we found out that our OB/Gyn didn't do 3D ultrasounds (and that we wouldn't learn the sex of the baby until I was 20 weeks along), we looked into Beautiful Beginnings 3D Imaging. For A TON less than it would've cost to get a similar service through our doctor, we were able to find out about our daughter with our family by our side in one of the coolest, intimate and most memorable ways. This was one of the best experiences of our lives!!!!! My husband and I came here for the gender determination of our first baby and it was sooooo adorable!! It was a great birthday-eve gift; the best surprise ever!!!! The ambiance is very cozy and welcoming. You will quickly be in awe! Overall great experience. The facility is pretty, comfortable and inviting and the staff were all friendly and helpful! Our tech, Tessa, took her time to make sure we got some great views of the baby which were captured in amazing photos and a video for us to go home with. Left a message got a call back in about 15 minutes, the lady said she would call me the next morning to reschedule. It's been two days and still waiting for that phone call. She not only took her time with us but she was very informative more so than the tech at my doctors office. I was super surprised to find out I was having a girl but it was an amazing experience! I paid $250 for the three ultrasound package back in May 2014, first one went really well. 2nd one scheduled for Aug 15 where we came back a day early from vacation and had family come in from out of town for this experience. They called me the morning of the appt to tell me the machine was broken. They rescheduled me three additional times and machine is still not working. They offered me a refund three weeks ago and STILL have not received it!!! Ended up going to Dulce Bebe in Mamaroneck and had a much more pleasant experience. read more

What an amazing experience to see our baby in 4D ! How lucky we were to catch our beautiful son smiling in action for the camera.Their new machine is better than ever. A very comfortable office that makes you feel at home with a wonderful, friendly staff. The other people that wrote these reviews are intentionally trying to bash this company just because they went to another office. The tech really knows what she is doing, she has an associates degree of science from an ultrasound school which is on the wall for everyone to see. That is important to me besides going to a place with great service is to make sure the tech is certified to not overlook any medical issues. read more

First off, I would like to say that Gianna was so sweet. She had made my husband and I feel so welcome, and the experience was amazing. The place is beautiful, clean and well-kept. I can't stress how amazing the experience was for us! We are having a gender reveal party tomorrow, so we did the gender package where Gianna had made sure of the sex and secured the answer in an envelope which we brought to the bakery. This place is terrible. I has an appointment with my wife for a 4D sonogram and they cancelled both times. The first cancellation they waited until the day before to cancel with an excuse that "oh sorry the machine is broken but we will reschedule you in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later a few hours before the appointment they call " oh sorry the new machine is not in". They wait until the last minute to cancel. Totally unprofessional!!! What reputable company that works in a time sensitive business does that? Do yourself a favor and find a place that is more professional. I wish I could give them 0 stars. At this point I am left scrambling to try to find a place that will take us last minute before my wife gives birth. Do you really want to go a place with shoddy hardware and terrible service? The exam room was very clean and inviting we did not have to wait to get in and did not feel rushed to get out.
