I'm giving them five stars because the scheduling was super easy and flexible online. I rescheduled multiple times with no issues and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we could not get a good photo of our son's face on our first visit. His umbilical cord was blocking his face. They were nice enough to reschedule us again at no charge two weeks later. However, we had the same issue with his foot blocking his face on the second visit. Our tech was kind enough to offer us a third visit but at that point I had given up. Understandably there is no refund in this situation. We just had bad luck but the experience itself was still pleasant and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. I recommend this place just be mindful that the position of your baby may not be the best for a good picture.

I asked the receptionist to look up the model CGM I used (Abbott Libre Freestyle 3 Plus) to determine if it was safe to wear during an MRI. She saw that it was safe to wear. Unfortunately, the idiot, ignorant, uneducated mutt of a technician still wouldn't do the MRI unless I removed the CGM. The receptionist showed him the information that appeared on the Abbott website, yet he refused to do the MRI when the article CLEARLY STATED THAT THE LIBRE 3 PLUS IS SAFE FOR AN MRI. So, if you are a diabetic wearing this type of CGM find another location. Additionally, if you are willing to have an MRI, or any other imaging done by some lowlife stupid, uneducated, ignorant fool technician, this is the place to go. Otherwise, find another imaging facility that employs knowledgeable staff.

We parked at the front of the building and was redirected to walk around outside to the back. If someone who was dropped off was in serious pain, this would have been an uncomfortable walk.

Free parking is a big plus in White Plains. The medical office is well-appointed and the receptionists/medical assistants were very friendly and helpful. Allow time for filling forms, and possibly changing into scrubs. This was my first time sitting upright in an open MRI. What a marvelous improvement from my previous MRI (in a different facility) laying on my back for a closed MRI. With earplugs the MRI noise was moderate and easy to bear. And, I was quite comfortable sitting through the 30 minute process watching a home improvement show on the wall-mounted HDTV. My actual score for this facility is 4.5 stars. I took off just a half star for the MRI tech who, although professional, efficient, and informative during the process, had a stern demeanor. I probably should cut him some slack. He might've been facing a brutal schedule that day.
