They have been courteous and professional throughout this process, unlike the billing department. At first no one from the office informed me upfront that the same service--one I've self-paid for in the past at a cost more than 10 times less with other providers over three years--would cost this much. I've been a patient of Main Street Radiology for 4 years, and their service has always been excellent. However, this year's billing process has been an absolute nightmare. I have paid $1,100 and waited for their billing department to submit medical records to process the pending $800. Not only could they not locate my payment, but I also didn't receive an updated bill since August. Instead, they quietly updated the client portal without notifying me. Months later, I discovered that they moved the $800 balance to me on the portal--again, with no bill, no message, no notification. It has now been four months, and I am still waiting for a correct bill. Despite multiple promises, I haven't received a bill in the mail, any follow-up, or even a single reply to my email inquiries since December. When I spoke to their billing vendor, they blamed the holidays for the delays--a completely unprofessional and unacceptable excuse given how much time has passed. To make matters worse, they admitted during a call with my insurer that the original bill was incorrect. Yet, they still haven't provided the corrected statement they promised. Their communication has been wildly inconsistent--one day acknowledging the error, the next claiming the issue is "still pending," or even suggesting they might bill me later. This is despite the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) clearly stating that, the claim has already been paid under a different code, making their actions completely unjustifiable. No one from the actual office has reached out to resolve this issue, leaving me to deal with third-party vendors who lack the authority to take meaningful action. This lack of accountability, clear communication, and adherence to in-network contract obligations has made this an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience.

It is overcrowded and the new traffic patterns where almost every road is either one way or no turns allowed... First impression was the parking lot was for employees only? I had to circle back and look for a parking lot. 2nd impression upon walking in was the waiting room ... I had flashbacks of being in the DMV. After a short wait, we went upstairs, got the MRI without any issues.

I applaud each and everyone who helped me. When my boyfriend and I went there earlier for x-ray early morning as first people to arrive when they do, they quickly was able to check him in, nicely allow me to wait close by and showed me where I can sit, and finished his X-ray in less than a few minutes. Their rate of providing printed CD was faster than all other radiology locations. They print it right away on the spot instead of hours later. They also mention the issue because they know it's important to follow up right away, whereas other clinics ask you to wait for the report to be done in whatever time from they conclude. Furthermore, even though they say report takes 2 days, the doctor actually already received the completed report in less than an hour. I recommend going early at opening hours for less longer line.

Here are the reasons why: - Staff greet you and get you set up. Don't forget Insurance card and ID. - Registration area- Every staff member makes sure you are there for the right test and will call your doctor if there are any issues. They also keep you posted with any changes. -The technicians and staff that does the testing will check again and make sure you are okay before and after the test is done. When calling to schedule appointment we had two tests to be done and could only get appointments with two separate locations. When we got to the appointment and told them what happened, They helped us out and we got both test done here. There is a parking lot with an attendant on premise. Just remember. Tests like PET Scans are done at other another location and not on this site.

I was very impressed that they had free Valet Parking there, like what! That's amazing because it's pretty difficult to find parking in the area so I loved that they offer this! Not to mention the valet attendant was so kind and assured me that if anything happens to any of the cars, the valet company would be held responsible. I walked in eager to check in. Unfortunately I didn't have the images I needed as I was there for a follow up visit and forgot to get my medical records from my previous provider. I didn't want to have to reschedule my appointment but the lady who checked me in was kind enough to accommodate me even if I waited a little longer but they were able to call my doctor and request what was needed. My mammogram/sonogram techs were both amazing and so knowledgeable. They explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable and answered any and all doubts I had. I was so happy to be seen and that everything went smoothly. Thank you to the entire staff for kindness and support.

She answered all my questions and made sure I was all set before going in for my appointment. The doctor was ok. He didn't introduce himself. Lol I have no idea what his name is. I had severe back pain and he helped me up and out of the machine even though it took forever lol. The reasons why I give such a low rating is because (1) it smelled funny in there. Like they may be battling a rodent problem? It smelled like a mouse had died in the walls or something. (2) I waited over two hours past my appointment time to get MRI done. It's not the worst place in the world, but I would recommend looking around for another place before settling on this one. Since that visit, I've gone to Neighborhood Radiology on Metropolitan Avenue in Forest Hills. A MUCH better experience. Try there if you can.
