Temecula Yoga Collective

Temecula Yoga Collective

(39 reviews)

Temecula Yoga Collective offers a truly special experience with their Restorative Fascia Release…read moreclasses, especially with Bautista Spears. This class is such a unique and effective way to release deep tension through gentle, organic movement, breathwork, and supportive tools. I left feeling completely renewed. The practice gently warmed my muscles, allowed for deep, nourishing stretches, and created this amazing cooling sensation throughout my body. By the end, I felt relaxed, calm, and centered....just an overall sense of ease and balance. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and easy to access with plenty of parking, which always makes a difference. Bautista is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about fascia release. You can feel how much she truly loves what she teaches, and that energy carries throughout the entire class. So grateful for this experience. Thank you for sharing your practice!

Ashley absolutely kicked my ass - in the best way possible…read more I'm completely new to yoga, and this was my first-ever class at a studio. My boyfriend, on the other hand, practices daily. We were in Temecula for his birthday getaway, and as part of his gift, I signed us both up for a class. That day, Ashley happened to be teaching. The moment she walked into the studio, she immediately recognized that we were new and came over to introduce herself. She remembered our names and even called on us during class to offer both corrections and encouragement, which I really appreciated. Her instruction was incredible. I had no clue what any of the poses or stretches were called, but she described everything so clearly that I never felt lost. Her feedback was thoughtful, helping me adjust for better stability and effectiveness. By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat and felt amazing - physically challenged, mentally clear, and completely present. For that hour, all my stress and worries faded into the background. I only wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely become a regular. The community was welcoming, the teaching was top-notch, and the entire experience was fantastic. If you're ever in Temecula, I highly recommend checking out Temecula Yoga Collective.

This review is overdue. I'm completely new to Yoga and found this place a couple of months ago…read more Never having attended a Yoga class, being a guy, and with the majority of the clientele being women, I didn't know what to think and I was quite nervous before attending. I was also afraid of what would happen if I didn't do the poses correctly and "flow" with the class. After attending the evening yoga flow class on Mondays for about 4 months, I really like this place. Never did I feel lost in the flow with the class. I was able to learn the yoga poses without feeling intimidated or embarrassed. Amanda is a great instructor and if she does do a slight correction to your poses, she does it gently without making you feel bad. I love how Amanda says that Yoga is your practice, and you cannot compare your practice with others. I also love how she shares her nuggets of wisdom toward the end of the class. Lo is also amazing too. She subbed for Amanda for 1 class when she was out. Despite the clientele being women, I never felt excluded by anyone there. Of course, it is natural to feel out of place at the beginning for me, but now I enjoy coming to here every Monday night.
