We were in Temecula for his birthday getaway, and as part of his gift, I signed us both up for a class. That day, Ashley happened to be teaching. The moment she walked into the studio, she immediately recognized that we were new and came over to introduce herself. She remembered our names and even called on us during class to offer both corrections and encouragement, which I really appreciated. Her instruction was incredible. I had no clue what any of the poses or stretches were called, but she described everything so clearly that I never felt lost. Her feedback was thoughtful, helping me adjust for better stability and effectiveness. By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat and felt amazing - physically challenged, mentally clear, and completely present. For that hour, all my stress and worries faded into the background. I only wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely become a regular. The community was welcoming, the teaching was top-notch, and the entire experience was fantastic. They have multiple rooms filled with Himalayan salt; before entering each room shoes must be removed and they have socks available (for those wanting some warmth and or simply something to cover their feet). They offer sound baths, yoga in the salt, and children can visit so as to get healing/benefits as well. I first removed my shoes before entering and then selected an Iwatch for some cool tunes to listen to during my visit. They even have disposable ear muffs to protect ears from person to person. As I entered there were plenty of chairs in the large community room which was nice because I spent an whole hour in there. It is a good idea to leave all your worries at the door and to breathe deeply during the session. It was a truly enjoyable experience and the staff was lovely.

Both studios are welcoming, clean, and stunning. The reformer room is the most beautiful place I've ever sweat in. The owner Chantal is truly sunshine in human form and after every class you're not sure if your abs are sore from her kick ass workout or her humor because she keeps us steady laughing. Saraijah is an actual goddess who exudes strength and compassion is the most natural way and her attention to alignment and detail has you feeling so held throughout her classes. She is also hilarious! Lorena is an incredible instructor, you can feel her passion for Pilates and movement through her sequences and she is so funny, she also keeps us laughing. She understands anatomy, pressure, and fascia on a technical level, but she also works with a grounded, calming presence that feels almost meditative. It was clear she was not just "doing a massage" -- she was listening to my body. The results have been remarkable. I am now on day three post-session and have zero aches or pains anywhere. My nervous system feels regulated, my body feels aligned, and even my eyesight feels clearer. I met with the owner Jewels and she went over a plan with me on reshaping and transforming my body to my needs. I have been do private sessions with Jewels for over a year.
