In her dorm there were only 2 bathrooms/showers. They got back late after 9pm and rushed to squeeze people through to shower. People were barging in having to use the bathroom as others showered. Apparently the shower curtain was so minimal, another girl used an extra bed sheet to help create privacy, which all the girls appreciated. Maybe add a couple port-a-potties?! Might be wrong, but also sounded like not many trustworthy sources for water and hydration outside of meal time.

Luckily, I had extra clothes for the grandkids to change out of, otherwise we would have to play in the dry playground while hearing and seeing the kids enjoy the Splash Pad. The playground has their rules and regulation posted on the gates. The restrooms are just outside of the play area, so very convenient. There is nice green grass in some areas and some picnic tables and stationary benches. I believe on of the rules is that you cannot set up canopy's, but I did see people set up a couple. I don't know if they have someone police the area if people are abiding by the rules. It wasn't a bother to anyone but I'm sure there is a reason for having that rule. The play area is nicely padded. The play equipment is nicely spread out where you could really view your littles as they run free with your close eye on them. There are different areas with equipment that is age appropriate. For sure I would return. Plenty of parking, it is clean and the grandkids and I love it here!

After speaking with other people at the park, we were told the City of Temecula does not currently have plans to reopen it. This information definitely needs to be updated online so families know before making the trip. Aside from that, the playground itself is very clean and has a nice rubberized surface for the kids. There is a massive toddler playground with its own separate swing set, along with a larger playground for older kids. It is honestly a nice park, and the closed splash pad is the only reason I am giving it three stars.

Studio YF is such a great addition to the Hemet community! I've been a few times myself, and my fiancé goes regularly, and she can't say enough good things about this place. The instructors are fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming and positive, and there's a real sense of community here. It's not just a place to get a great workout. It's somewhere you can improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness while connecting with genuinely nice, encouraging people. And I have to give Studio YF some credit because my fiancé looks absolutely amazing! Clearly, whatever they're doing over there is working. I've taken two classes at Studio YF, one with Mimi and one with Santana, and both experiences were fantastic. As a beginner, I've always had a fear of unwelcoming or intimidating fitness environments, but Studio YF has been the complete opposite. From my very first class, the atmosphere felt supportive, positive, and encouraging. Mimi was great for my first class, she made me feel comfortable, explained things clearly, and helped ease my nerves. Santana was just as amazing, super motivating, attentive, and great at pushing you in a way that still feels doable and fun. I decided to add "try a reformer Pilates class" to my 2026 Bucketlist Bingo this year. I saw that Studio YF had an amazing deal, 5 classes for $50, and it included intro reformer classes. By the 3rd class, I knew I would be committing to a monthly membership. Trying something new has been challenging, but the amazing instructors have made me feel so encouraged. This class is such a unique and effective way to release deep tension through gentle, organic movement, breathwork, and supportive tools. I left feeling completely renewed. The practice gently warmed my muscles, allowed for deep, nourishing stretches, and created this amazing cooling sensation throughout my body. By the end, I felt relaxed, calm, and centered....just an overall sense of ease and balance. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and easy to access with plenty of parking, which always makes a difference. Bautista is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about fascia release. Ashley absolutely kicked my ass - in the best way possible…read more I'm completely new to yoga, and this was my first-ever class at a studio. My boyfriend, on the other hand, practices daily. We were in Temecula for his birthday getaway, and as part of his gift, I signed us both up for a class. That day, Ashley happened to be teaching. The moment she walked into the studio, she immediately recognized that we were new and came over to introduce herself. She remembered our names and even called on us during class to offer both corrections and encouragement, which I really appreciated. Her instruction was incredible. I had no clue what any of the poses or stretches were called, but she described everything so clearly that I never felt lost. Her feedback was thoughtful, helping me adjust for better stability and effectiveness. By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat and felt amazing - physically challenged, mentally clear, and completely present. For that hour, all my stress and worries faded into the background. I only wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely become a regular. The community was welcoming, the teaching was top-notch, and the entire experience was fantastic. Such a great experience from the owner Becky, to the coaches, to the front office staff, everyone has been so friendly and helpful! If you are interested in getting your kids involved with a sport that teaches perseverance while promoting strength and coordination, gymnastics is an excellent alternative to team sports. Charlot is the perfect gym to start! Plus they have a huge lineup of classes and times you can always find something to fit your schedule! We love Charlot!
