Having such a versatile studio offering so many different fitness classes is hard to find. From the gorgeous space to the power house instructors, it's truly incredible start to finish. Both studios are welcoming, clean, and stunning. The reformer room is the most beautiful place I've ever sweat in. The owner Chantal is truly sunshine in human form and after every class you're not sure if your abs are sore from her kick ass workout or her humor because she keeps us steady laughing. Saraijah is an actual goddess who exudes strength and compassion is the most natural way and her attention to alignment and detail has you feeling so held throughout her classes. She is also hilarious! Lorena is an incredible instructor, you can feel her passion for Pilates and movement through her sequences and she is so funny, she also keeps us laughing. I go to my regular gym in Temecula 3 or 4 times during the week, but sometimes I like to change up my routine so I bought the 5 day pass and finally used it for the first time today. About 2 months ago, Chris gave me a personal tour of the facility and made me feel very welcome and excited to try it out. You can pay for a session with him and pick a muscle group you want to work on and he will customize a workout for you as he coaches you along. I did it once and it was great! Included a towel, pre-workout drink and post workout drink too. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Any of them can help you whether it be setting up the machines or choosing supplements to fuel your fire. They also run fitness challenges every so often which is free for anyone in Menifee to join. I'm going on my 3rd challenge so I'm hoping I can snag a prize because they are pretty awesome! You won't need to worry about parking because the lot is never packed. Location is in the Party City/Aldi shopping center across Target. If you're not sure where to start with your fitness/weight loss goals, start here. You will not regret it!!

As someone who works full-time, has kids in many activities and a very full social calendar I love that I can do this for just me and I feel amazing every time I finish a class. The only negative comment I have is that classes fill up very quickly (I'm not the only one in love!) so it's important to stay on top of scheduling. The positive regarding scheduling is they have 20 to 30 classes a day throughout their Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee locations.

Being the newest EOS in the area, this location is cleaner, fancier, and overall just better from a…read morematerial standpoint. Unfortunately because this is the best location, everybody in a 20 mile radius wants to show up at the exact same time turning the parking lot, front entry, and weight room into a clusterf**k. Therefore, the best way to actually enjoy your workout is to show up just in that critical timeframe just after all the WFH people's lunch break ends and before the jocks get out of school. If you can get in this location outside of peak hours, everything is quite clean, somewhat spacious, and the staff are always friendly and outgoing (thanks Ian for the swag). My only issue with the Winchester location (really all EOS locations) is that when the gym is full of mouth-breathing muscle heads and climb-milling influencers, the air temperature gets out of hand. Please for the love of God crank the A/C and fans during peak hours. Sometimes this place gets hotboxed worse than several of the cars in the parking lot pre-workout and I mean with the smell of a$$ not weed...well maybe it's both. Fix the ventilation issue and I think this is probably the best gym in the area.

In November 2023, I purchased a personal training agreement at the Murrieta location. The very next day, my employer informed me that I would be traveling extensively for work, so I immediately returned to the gym and asked the trainer who sold me the agreement to cancel it. He assured me it was taken care of. A few months later, I was told the agreement was still active. I returned, explained the situation again, and was once again told it had been canceled. Over the next two years, I had multiple conversations with employees and managers, including Rudy, trying to get the issue resolved. Despite repeated assurances, nothing was ever fixed. Then, more than two years later, EOS withdrew $528 from my bank account without any notice. I have never used a single personal training session, yet I was charged hundreds of dollars because my cancellation requests were apparently never processed. What made the experience even more disappointing was discovering notes in my member account describing me as "hostile" and "confrontational." During every interaction, I remained calm, never raised my voice, and never used inappropriate language. Seeing those descriptions was upsetting and left me questioning how I was being treated. As a man of color, I found those characterizations especially troubling and believe EOS should investigate how member interactions are documented. After more than a decade as a loyal member, I expected much better. Instead, I was left spending years trying to correct someone else's mistake and then unexpectedly losing $528 from my account. I hope EOS takes responsibility by refunding the money, correcting its records, and improving the way it handles customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing personal training services from this location.
