I love it and schedule my life around it...I was kinda afraid to try some other classes thinking I was not strong enough but so glad I tried TAMMY's ....its a little over my abilities but she also gives alternative moves if what shes doing is too difficult ....YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THESE CLASSES OUT...I now schedule everything I do around these classes and it has helped so much with my mobility and inflamation

Dirty floors not moped or vacuumed or even swept. Trash everywhere, the provided cleaning towels, water bottles, cans, wrappers etc. and even people's forgotten personal towels, cups and other gym equipment. The weights are an absolute disgrace. Not only are they not organized or at minimum paired up. They are left all over the floor and all around the gym. Does the staff not put equipment back after closing ? It's so depressing to be the first person In when the doors open and come in to an absolute mess. It shows that the club / staff take no pride in their work or place of employment and have no respect for there customers. LA Fitness needs to be held to a basic standard of cleaning at bare minimum. This is embarrassing.

Warrior zone has high quality equipment and has everything you need for a good workout. I have yet to try their bootcamps but they look amazing and I love how personable the owner is. The amazing costumer service with the privacy of the gym and high quality equipment is what makes an amazing gym and this gym has it all.

But I was hopeful given the new barbell equipment I saw at this location compared to others that it would be more powerlifter/bodybuilder-friendly. Before I start my formal complaint- I want to recognize that I respected the no bag rule, and did not mind complying when I was confronted. What I'm angry about is the hypocrisy, tone, and lack of consistency. I see men at this gym every day with backpacks on the floor. So I figured it was fine as long as it's not on a walkway. Somehow I'm the only one who ever gets told anything while I'm there. So I get told. Fine. I was taking a second to put my AirPod back in so I could grab my bag, this woman waves her hand at me to tell me AGAIN. Not even .2 seconds later. It was so rude and off putting I just went home and have gone to another gym since. I've accepted I've outgrown this place and this is not a place for true growth. It's unrealistic to expect someone who lifts heavy weights to not have equipment. Also expecting them to go back and forth to a locker to carry things like straps and belts in their hands is moronic. I understand that's corporate. But oh wait- you only care when certain people do it. The way this location goes about it is inconsistent, so it then becomes targeting behavior. Most staff have been nothing but nice and understanding, then there's one in particular that seems to pick on me. TLDR- Inconsistent policy enforcement, just go to powerhouse instead lol
