I bought a 90 minute Groupon and was scheduled with Kaelyn. My massage started with a warm foot soak while Kaelyn massaged my heels with fabulous pressure. It felt amazing. I mentioned to her that I wanted the entire massage face down because in the past flipping over would make my low back ache. To accommodate me she had me lay on my side so she was able to massage all my areas of need. The massage table was wide so when I flipped to my other side I didn't feel like I was going to fall off like at other places. That doesn't lend itself to relaxation. So I made an appointment and It was just what my body needed. Kaelyn started off with a foot soak massage that almost put me to sleep, after a long day of work this is perfect, she then moved on to the body massage. She was very professional, used a calm voice, and the pressure was just right. The room temperature was just right and the melody playing was so relaxing. Definitely recommend her! Her 1hr prenatal massage is 75 dollars but since I had 50% off it was about 37 dollars. Not bad at all, totally happy I took advantage of it. Found Ms. Kaelyn on Yelp and was easily convinced by all of the positive reviews, that she was someone I needed to go to. And I was NOT disappointed! Her space is in an old Victorian home, warm, and inviting. Kaelyn herself has such a calming and easy spirit about herself, and truly wants you to benefit from the service. She likes communication before and during the massage about if you're comfortable, or need anything adjusted so that you get the most from the experience. She also takes time to sit with you after to receive any feedback, check in with you to see how your body is doing, and to give you "homework " - which is simply to drink water, and maybe to adjust little quirks you do with your body (ie- I need to relax my shoulders more). Kaelyn is wonderful! I went in for my first massage today and she is very welcoming. I was wary about coming here because I thought it was a space exclusively for mothers and infants, but she is for everyone. Another reason I was hesitant is because this was my first massage and I wasn't sure what to expect. She gives an amazing foot rub and the massage was heavenly. She worked out tenseness that I didn't even know I had. She also gave me advice in the end from her observations during the massage about how to stay comfortable after I left. To Everyone: my daughter Shatonia Ielati bought me this massage for my birthday. I was so excited and happy. I went there early like they asked to do the paperwork after I called to make sure what time I should show up. When I got there it was in the middle of a bunch of homeless camps. The building was dark and scary but I went up to the 3rd floor where they told me to go. It was a long dark hallway with alot of doors, I checked each door all locked stilling walking with my phone flashlight on trying to see. I found door 303 with thier sign on it. Tried to go in it was locked. I called them back let them know I was outside thier door knocking and standing in a dark hallway. They said will be right there. They weren't I checked the other doors found one that was unlocked and found a very nice lady who turn on a hallway light for me. And made sure I was at correct door. I was still no one. Called them back again. Again they said sorry will be right there. Again nothing. I called Shatonia to let her know what was going on. She called them, while we were on the phone the lady came walking up. 2 minutes before my massage was supposed to start. I told Shatonia I think she finally here. They open at 9 it's now 11:28 They lady did say sorry or anything I explained they said to show up at least 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I been standing out here for over 20 mins. She said well now I'm going to made your day worse. I said what she said you can leave I said why I wasn't the one late and my daughter had already paid for this. She said I refuse to serve you because I heard your daughter say I was unprofessional. I said that's crazy she said you need to leave now. I said not till I call my daughter and let her know what your saying. She said you can leave and call her, again I said I just waited in a dark hallway for 20 mins and you can wait for me to call her. I do not recommend this place. I made an appointment a week in advance for my birthday but when I arrived they could not see me. They told me my masseuse was apparently home sick, which i wouldn't have minded, and they said they let me know prior to my appointment. I had no phone call and no email from them. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I got this massage for my moms birthday. Per directions it said to arrive 15 min prior to fill out paperwork. Upon arrival which she was there 15 min early the building was dark and had no lights on. My mom was calling out to see if anyone was inside and a nice lady came out of her office and turned on the hall light and pointed her in the right direction. When she got to the door it was locked so then she called to let her know she had arrived. Keilyn told her she would be right there. 10 mins goes by of knocking and calling and still no response. My mom calls me to tell me she still hasn't answered the door and her appointment is in 2 mins. While on the phone Keilyn comes walking in and as mom My mom is telling me this, I told her it was very unprofessional and rude and i hung up so she could still proceed with the massage. Well my mom calls back a min later telling me Keilyn is refusing service because I called her unprofessional. Keilyn what would you call it???
