What this session made me realize was that our bodies are like cars. We get it brand new off the lot, and as time progresses our tires get bald, our alignment gets thrown off, we need recalibration, etc. One thing that he said is that this tension is not new, it's not months old, this tension has accumulated since birth, and that hit so deep! Yes, Deep Tissue Massage can hurt, initially; if you can withstand a few minutes of that minor "pain" you will find that the pain that brought you there has been alleviated. If the "pain" of her skilled treatments are beyond your tolerance - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This is not for everyone, until you realize the benefit she provides, So Please do not disparage her knowledge and skill with a comment based on ignorance. For the 60 min massage the major areas of the back, arms, legs were worked on well. It also included a little massage on the face/head hand and feet. English communication was a little tricky. There not much communication in the process so didn't know what to expect. The beginning/getting ready and ending/after the massage process was a little awkward possibly because of the language barrier. She did asked me how deep of massage I wanted and I was able to ask her to clarify repeat some of things she said. The phone went off several times during the massage with clients calling to schedule. $60 + $3 credit card fee for the 60 min massage is paid in the beginning and tip at the end.

Zach was great with communicating with me and asked me to follow up with him. Thankfully, the card got there and I even saw he said he'd have driven one over if he had to.
