When I arrived, Nikki asked where I was experiencing pain. She worked deeply into the area, then used a scraping tool followed by cupping. She's tiny, but SO strong! I definitely looked like I had gotten into a minor car accident afterward, but the results made it completely worth it. I went in with hip flexor pain that was so bad I couldn't bring my knee to my chest without a sharp pain at the end of the movement. By the end of the massage, I could bring my knee all the way to my chest without the hip flexor pain and my knee pain was gone too! I'm honestly shocked by how much better I felt afterward. I'll definitely be going back, and I think the prices are completely worth it for the results!

After a month of the healing process, my knee and calf still had some lingering pain and strain going up & down my stairs - but 90 minutes with Nikki made it all go away. The therapy massage is not just the typical deep tissue massage (that I don't particularly like). I explained my problem areas and Nikki's magic hands found areas I didn't know were concerns but immediately felt it when she was working her magic. Nikki covers the sciatic nerve, lymph nodes and the blood flow of the body for better health. If you're worried about covid-19 and how they handle things, it's just like any other establishment, you wear a mask, they temperature check you, then you go into your own room. We did a walk in and were warmly greeted, explained the menu and taken in for our service immediately. We did the 30/30 fully body and foot massage. They were so accommodating in keeping our service together the whole time and the massage was exactly what we both needed. The spa is clean, relaxing and the staff are really professional and great at what they do. We left feeling relaxed, loosened up and in my case, foot pain free.
