There is an employee called Christen she may be the massage person or whoever was that person (she lied and said that place was her establishment; the manager later on denied this) specializes in Terrible customer service and threatening behavior. I had an absolutely horrific experience with WBM Wellness Center in Buffalo after purchasing a service through Groupon. Their customer service is nonexistent. They did not have a receptionist, and when I tried to use my Groupon, the staff (over the phone) kept telling me they didn't even know what service I bought. After finding it myself and scheduling online, they contacted me to reschedule (Did not explain why and I make multiple efforts to communicate by phone and ask why I was being rescheduled ) Due to their poor communication, a massive misunderstanding occurred. When I arrived at the location, a staff member named Christen was doing a massage session. When I politely explained that there was no one at the front desk to talk to, she immediately started with annoyance voice and then escalate at yelling at me. She told me to call their number--the exact same number where staff had previously hung up on me, promised callbacks that never happened, and sent automated texts confirming appointments I never made. When I asked to speak instead of yelling Christen lost control. She started yelling again, walked aggressively towards me, and demanded to see my ID as if she were a security (while she was refusing to id herself/give her name). She got within three inches of my face in a highly threatening physical/confrontational attitude and treated with calling the police because I was refusing to leave (if being quiet can be called that). Despite an attempt to speak calmly and offer her to call the police myself, the staff member became verbally aggressive again and finally call the manager. It is entirely unacceptable for a business to treat customers with this level of hostility simply for seeking assistance with a booked service. Of course this could be avoided if they wouldn't wait until last minute to contact me; I recorded the whole interaction and will be seeking legal advice if this move forward from verbal harassment to something else as the lady if you can call that a lady treats where. There is no reason to be so rude and disrespectful I could match your energy but honestly you looked like your eyes where about to jump out of your face anyway that attitude only shows what kind of values you were raise with and the values of that business itself. I fear your lack of education and empathy victimize future customers. A full refund will be sought through Groupon, I did also paid this $150+ in advanced just a clarification because the employee seem to have and issue where she was saying she is helping someone who already paid for his service. I do also have the text messages and dates and times and the video for future references. You guys try to gaslight me into a misunderstanding when didn't even wanted to look at the evidence I was holding in my hand. Anyway I hope nobody goes through this situation again.

Saw a sign for $5 spray tans and asked about it since I've never had a spray tan so was apprehensive... ended up trying it because why not for $5... turned out great! They have a Versaspa that's completely automated. Took 5 minutes and you walk out dry without feeling sticky. I only got the level 1 and will probably go up next time but am definitely happy with it and still have good color 5 days later. I showered 8 hrs after the spray and lost a little color which was to be expected. Will be returning frequently for the spray tan!!
