Truly an amazing experience - both food and cocktails. One of the best meals that I've ever had. Will be back soon!

I had such a great meal at Time 4 Thai. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful…read more The fresh rolls were light and crisp, packed with fresh veggies and served with a really delicious peanut dipping sauce. The sauce had the perfect balance of creamy and slightly sweet and made the rolls even better. The tofu pad Thai was excellent. The tofu was cooked really well and the noodles had a great balance of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors without being overly heavy. The green curry fried rice with chicken was probably my favorite. It had that rich green curry flavor with just the right amount of spice, and the chicken was tender. The rice was perfectly cooked and really fragrant. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Definitely a place I'll continue to frequent.

Time for another update of Time 4 Thai!…read more I was craving noodles. It had been a long day. Cue delivery and cue pad thai from Time 4 Thai! My food arrived quickly and was just what I needed. The pad thai was filling with just the right amount of spice. It's hard to judge pad thai because every place makes it a little differently and you just know when it's good or not -- this was perfect pad thai IMO! I also got some shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce, an absolute must of an appetizer. This meal brightened my day probably more than it should have, but hey, I'll take it. Love that Time 4 Thai is so close and is easy to count on for good food.

We did not sit there but thought it would be fun to. I will say I was a little disappointed because when we went to sit down I noticed the floor was sticky. I really dislike that feeling under my shoes. When we first got there the service was good and attentive. However, that changed over the course of our visit. We started with a sampler appetizer. We got it with the pork belly. Everything on the sampler was good except the pork belly was dry. I ordered one of the summer specials, the Sweet & Sour stir Fry as did my friend. Her husband ordered the Pad Thai. The main dishes took an extraordinarily long time to come out. It felt like the servers were having to cook the meal too, which I felt bad about if that was the case. My Sweet & Sour stir fry was fine. It didn't stand out one way or another. My husband didn't care for his meal but I have forgotten what he ordered. My friend said the Pad Thai was ok but he's had better. While I wasn't overly impressed, I do want to come back to give them another chance and to support a small local neighborhood business. I also want to sit in the Tiki House table.

They have some of the best Thai food in Louisville. It's not a fancy spot. It's likely out of your way, but definitely worth the drive to Preston. It's one of those places that's good on a cold day, when you need sinus relief, it will pull you through a bout of COVID, it's perfect for anytime you need to eat your feelings. Tonight's order- Thai Red Curry Red curry paste, coconut milk, bamboo shoot, carrot, basil leaves, bell pepper and green bean. Pad Thai Stir-fried rice noodle with egg, bean sprout, scallion, your choice of meat and ground peanut. The portions are huge, but more than one dish feels necessary for achieving the right flavor combinations. The red curry is spicy, the pad Thai is nutty and sweet. Alternating bites is perfect, like dipping a French fry in your milkshake, or adding sea salt to your dark chocolate. I have other favorites depending on my needs. Chicken Ginger Rice Soup-Clear chicken broth with ground chicken, fresh ginger, rice and scallion. This is my favorite if my stomach is off or to grab for my toddlers. It's the only soup that's not spicy, but the broth is so flavorful. It's a win for everyone in our household. Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) Stir-fried flat rice noodle with egg, basil leaves, broccoli, carrot, tomato, onion, bamboo shoot, your choice of meat in a basil sauce. This one is solid. If you aren't in the mood for peanut flavor, this would be my next noodle choice. Mild will still have a bit of kick, but you can get it as spicy as you dare. Pineapple Fried Rice Stir-fried rice with chicken and shrimp, egg, cashew nut, onion, raisin and turmeric powder. This one should be at the top of your list. Pick your spice level. This one is a winner. If I hadn't been in the mood for curry, this would've been my next choice. The question isn't should you try Thai Noodles. You should. It's authentic. It's affordable. The service is friendly. This business is definitely worth patronizing. Maybe the question is, how many tries will it take you to find the salt to your chocolate? The shake to your fry? If you end up with leftovers, there are worse things. But, I bet you don't.

The flavor was great but they were very shy on the chicken and shrimp, too much rice for the amount of protein. The basil tofu was much better portions The edamame was very good. First impressions: very clean facility, very warm and welcoming owner (Trieck was his name) and his adorable daughter doing homework by the cash register. He very kindly explained how he understands that vegetarian pho does not have meat And that he has the Buddhist version of the pho that his mom eats. I ordered to go because I wanted to run next door to their grocery section. I love me a good Vietnamese grocery store and products from all over the world. Pho is typically eaten at the establishment to make sure that the fix-ins and the method of consumption is 10 on 10 aka it does not hold very well when transported. I was happy to find that they had done such a great job packaging all the fixings and the soup. Very generous portions. I proceeded with the taste test. I have learned from my Vietnamese friends that you never add condiments to your soup right off the bat. You must savor the soup the way it is the first couple times to truly get all the flavors in before you start adding stuff . This was excellently seasoned broth base. The base was just perfect to me. After creating the whole experience at home, I can say I truly did enjoy eating pho from here. Good vegetarian phos are hard to come by and I will definitely return to try their other delicacies. If I had a couple words of wisdom, I think the soup could use a few more pieces of vegetables and tofu. But overall, I throughly enjoyed my meal and will return.
