The friendly folks changed my lenses for me not once or twice but three times due to my inability to see well. Couldn't be more friendly and helpful every time I stopped in to get new lenses and truly wanted to make me happy. Dr. Richt really cares about your eyesight and will spend as much time as need to make sure you understand and are happy with the visit. When my wife went for her exam, he told her there was no change to her eyesight and she didn't need to purchase any glasses this year. When was the last time someone honestly told you not to spend money on something you don't need? Great doctor, friendly folks, terrific service.

But his staff gives all that in spade: humanity, administrative efficiency, and professionalism. What Dr. Bonner provides is the total mastery to give you the eye outcomes you've been promised. He is 110% good at what he does, including all aspects of surgery and deep knowledge of optics physics--enough to direct the degrees of angle the laser should make. He performed my cataract lens replacement and astigmatism correction in only about 10-15 minutes each time and I couldn't be happier w the results. One patient made an outcomes complaint a long time ago but I think it was because she didn't follow their advice on an astigmatism procedure. Would recommend 110%.

This past summer She went to them again to have them re-lined due to a lose fit. After setting them in place with the mold material, they became stuck in her mouth. the Dentist attempt to pull and pry them out until the pain became far too much for. spent a week without being able to remove them and recovering from the pain. went back for second visit and again the dentist could remove the dentures from her mouth and again put her in extreme pain. 3rd visit they finally were able to remove the dentures and clean out the material they use to form the reline fit. She came back home and never did have the fit corrected. she's 81 yrs old at the time. the still charged her $688. When called to split the bill in 2 payments they were upset. After relaying the issues with the failed procedure, continued to ask for her to come back in. 1st, after that torture why would anyone go back for more? 2nd informed them several times during the call that we are now out of state and nowhere close enough to go back anyway. ( still intending to pay the bill ) Even after telling them we would be paying the bill, the were rude and unapologetic. I assume they thought we were just trying to get out of paying a bill. Maybe they should have checked the record of the visits and issues. How can anyone do such lousy work, never complete the work the work, put an 81 year old mobility challenged lady through that much pain, and then not only charge nearly $700 for the pleasure of their company, but also get rude over the billing?
