My last experience that…read morereally proved this to me was an appointment I had..a 6 month follow up visit... after having cataract surgery on both eyes. My appointment was at the new office in Crossville at 2:10 PM. Somehow I got the time confused & arrived an hour early. I was in pain & was about to leave to come back later, when I was stopped and told that Dr. Galloway would work me in early. This he did indeed and was able to help me very much. He thoroughly checked my eyes and gave me a prescription for a medication that did it's job. I still have some light sensitivity with my eyes, but nothing like it was. After my visit with him, I saw my family practitioner and realized that my Type11 Diabetes had really gotten bad & my diabetic Neuropathy was affecting my eyes. With her continued help and medications, I'm doing much better with my eyes. I will soon be making my annual appointment with Dr. Stewart Galloway. He's the best!!!

From the eye exam to the purchase of new glasses, I had an excellent encounter. Even those who were not involved with me, smiled and said hello when they were near me. When I purchased my new glasses, they could not find our insurance information so I paid the full price. When I received the card from my wife I went back and they were able to process it and said I will get the refund in a day or so. Well by 3:00 o'clock that very day it was back into our account. Having experience with many other eye practices, I can say this one was better than all of them. A from start to finish.

Additionally, the front desk woman was extremely rude to a man who came in to deliver packages when he accidentally set them on the desk instead of the shelf. After he walked out, she continued to complain about him loudly to the customers. I would not recommend going here because of the price and the unprofessional attitudes of the employees.
