So, this year, my health is really bad and I can't sit up for more than about 20 to 30 min. and when I made my appt. I told the girl that and I only wanted the eye tests to give me my new glasses, not the health eye tests cuz I just can't sit there that long because my lung capacity can't handle that. I'd pass out. She didn't say I would have to go through all the tests she just said , "Oh I'm so sorry". I went in there and they insisted I take all the tests even though I told them I'd end up passing out on the floor. They still insisted. I told them they just want more of my money and I wasn't going to allow them to do this to me so I left. This is out of control with this group! They used to be decent but now it's all about the money and it doesn't matter if you pass out on them...just get your money. I'm never going there again.

Recently they have a new management company which I feel has declined the already lacking customer service. Two situations occurred and I am truly devastated that I will no longer be using their services. I purchased new lenses for glasses I previously purchased there. never had there been a warranty that you had to purchase. AT NO TIME did anyone offer a warranty or mention the change. It wasn't on paperwork it was never brought up I also looked online and couldn't find anything. The first time I've ever chipped a lens (which honestly makes me question if it was the same type of lens) and I paid $245 for new lenses and there were no options unless paying full price again. They were super rude when I called. I am sure I was not overly friendly either. I had been having some eye issues. So I called prior to the lens incident. That was October 2021, they told me they could get me in in March 2022. At that point, I told them to cancel my regular March appointment. Thankfully I was able to get in to see a different eye doctor, but when I called to get my information sent over they REFUSED to send it and said the new doctor would need to request it. Even after the new doc requested it they didn't send it. And when I called to check they got the request they said yeah well try to get to it and hung up. They never sent it over and said they couldn't find something the new doctor needed as a comparison. Truly at a loss. I would no longer recommend this business.

I have a mask and try to wear it in areas that social distancing is not possible (even though I have had the COVID19 vaccine). We were the only 2 people in the shop and no one else including the worker was any where around. When she did come in--she asked if we had masks and offered to give us one. If we needed masks it was to keep from smelling the cigarette smoke smell that filled the room. We left without purchasing the $189 vest we were looking at. I would not recommend this business!!

She has gone above and beyond for her customers to the extent that should be recognized and honored. This pharmacy delivers medication everyday to those who are homebound or have no transportation for free. They have been serving our community for decades so they have integrity.
