I am so sad I went here. Going to be paying for a long time. Services were great! I am sad and not sure how things went so wrong In the end you don't want surprise charges, just make sure your Tricare insurance covers this yourself before you agree too procedures. Recently they have a new management company which I feel has declined the already lacking customer service. Two situations occurred and I am truly devastated that I will no longer be using their services. I purchased new lenses for glasses I previously purchased there. never had there been a warranty that you had to purchase. AT NO TIME did anyone offer a warranty or mention the change. It wasn't on paperwork it was never brought up I also looked online and couldn't find anything. The first time I've ever chipped a lens (which honestly makes me question if it was the same type of lens) and I paid $245 for new lenses and there were no options unless paying full price again. They were super rude when I called. I am sure I was not overly friendly either. I had been having some eye issues. So I called prior to the lens incident. That was October 2021, they told me they could get me in in March 2022. At that point, I told them to cancel my regular March appointment. Thankfully I was able to get in to see a different eye doctor, but when I called to get my information sent over they REFUSED to send it and said the new doctor would need to request it. Even after the new doc requested it they didn't send it. And when I called to check they got the request they said yeah well try to get to it and hung up. They never sent it over and said they couldn't find something the new doctor needed as a comparison. Truly at a loss. I would no longer recommend this business.

I have never seen this crook as a doctor. I can only imagine what his offices are run like. We…read morepurchased a range from this guy for $175 dollars. I specifically asked him if everything worked correctly. He said yes, his wife wanted a gas stove instead. He said the only thing the stove needed was a little bit of cleaning. We brought the stove home, and it didn't work. Turns out it needed a new control board, and the Dr. Frye new it. I emailed him and he never responded back! The little bit of cleaning - took 2 days to clean the baked in filth that was in the oven! Not to mention the control board cost an additional $300.00. So not only does this guy lie, he will take your money, and leave you having to pay more to correct what he ripped you off of! If his office needs a little cleaning - call the health department. This guy doesn't know clean from a sewer! And if he will lie and cheat me, he will lie and cheat you!!!
