I bought a house in 2020 and had them come out to inspect my septic tank and lines. The snake camera was informative and useful, but the "leak test" was worthless and deceptive. They essentially charged $ 200 and used my well to try and refill my septic since the previous owners had it pumped out. They couldn't even do that though since my well was running out of water to fill the tank! Two guys stood outside in my lawn watching my septic tank fill up and told me when they left they thought it was leaking. Well guess what fellas, it's 2024 and the thing ain't leaking! Saved myself 12 grand. A good septic company should bring a truck to fill the tank with a dye and then inspect the lawn to see if the dyed water is seeping out. Then pump out the tank the next day. Septic-pro sells tanks so be aware to hire a company that doesn't have ulterior motives for performing septic inspections. My realtor contracted them, otherwise I wouldn't have called them. The only reason they get two stars is because the snaking camera was useful information, otherwise it would be a one. When I do upgrade my septic I won't be calling them. read more

From the reviews I've read it sounds like this company is great for septic work. Beware about calling them for indoor plumbing work. They will readily send someone out to look at an issue they know they are unlikely to work on so that they can charge $150 for someone to show up for 5 minutes to tell you they won't do it. read more

SepticPro was able to quickly get out to the property I have a contract on to do the required inspection that has a deadline involved related to the contract. The report came back in a day and was very comprehensive. I had some questions so I called and spoke with Jessica. She took a lot of time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. we had.SsepticPro install a new state approved system at our Walpole, property. The job was quoted, no hidden surprises and the installation may have taken at the most3 weeks. They do excellent work, stick to the plan and got the job done. The bill was what they said it would be. No, oh well we had to cut down 20 trees or there were too many rocks to deal with so we need to re negotiate. No, none of that. The cost was what they said it would be and the work done was top notch. They had a small space to work in and did not disrupt any of the stone work that has been put in previously. These folks are amazing. They did my home inspection and were incredibly thorough with camera footage of my entire system and recommendation on how to keep it maintained. Then during some recent excavating work we thought we had hit the main line. One call and septic pro was right out there to double check and make sure we hadn't fumbled as horribly as I thought.
