If you haven't given Granite State a try, I implore you to do so! Right from the get go you are talking to an actual person who helps set you up with an appointment (as opposed to the other guys where you're often leaving a VM and praying you get a call back). Then the team will call and go over some of the details and make sure everyone is aligned on what needs to get done. When they come out to do the job, it is top notch. They got everything installed very professionally with no mess. Good design sense - they selected a nice little 3 way switch to separately control the above and below cabinet lights without having to install a completely different box and take up more wall space - great idea, and gives us more flexibility with lighting! They even helped troubleshoot a dimmer switch in the living room that was giving me problems. Everyone I have worked with has been great. Definitely recommend them, and will be scheduling some additional jobs in the future.

Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Don't need to get into the details, but it was a strongly worded non-consumer friendly contract. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro!

She didn't even walk around the outside of the house and in her report she said we had no sofit vents. WRONG ! We certainly do. They may do good work but we certainly will never know. For a $6,000 difference I would definately not recommend them.

Jack's demolition team,under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house.His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. They essentially charged $ 200 and used my well to try and refill my septic since the previous owners had it pumped out. They couldn't even do that though since my well was running out of water to fill the tank! Two guys stood outside in my lawn watching my septic tank fill up and told me when they left they thought it was leaking. Well guess what fellas, it's 2024 and the thing ain't leaking! Saved myself 12 grand. A good septic company should bring a truck to fill the tank with a dye and then inspect the lawn to see if the dyed water is seeping out. Then pump out the tank the next day. Septic-pro sells tanks so be aware to hire a company that doesn't have ulterior motives for performing septic inspections. My realtor contracted them, otherwise I wouldn't have called them. The only reason they get two stars is because the snaking camera was useful information, otherwise it would be a one. When I do upgrade my septic I won't be calling them.
