The most expensive plumber you will ever hire guaranteed. His MO is to charge customers as much as possible and tell you how he is the best plumber in NH. This was easily the most we have ever been charged by a plumber. He charged us $6,500 to replace our pump in our well. I was told by several plumbers the most it should of been was $3,000 at the very most. Then we had to chase him to get our water working properly again and he charged us another $1,200. Shame on us for allowing him to ripe us off. He clearly does not care about his customers. read more

I hired this company to fix my whole house dehumidifier that was pulling an error code. On 7/19/2024, I was charged $411.00 to fix this problem. The error code again showed 2 days later when I went into the basement and found the system off sometime at night. I immediately called the company on 7/24, 7/25 and 7/26, and was repeatedly told someone would call back. No one called. On 8/2/2024 I called again and was once again told someone would call. The office called back a week later and scheduled an appointment on 8/14/2024. The same service man came and replace oxygen sensors, was charged $530.00 and was told the unit was fixed. The unit shut off within a day, showing the same code. I attempted to contact the company several more times, again no call back until 9/1. The service man called back and told me how to clean the unit to try and fix it. I followed his instructions completely but that also didn't work. I have contacted this company numerous times and was told the service man would call. He NEVER has! I know this unscrupulous contractor is claiming that my unit was 14 years old which it is NOT. He is a liar and a sham!!! I also recently found out that the service man is the owner and the lady answering the phone might be his wife. read more

They came when they said they would BUT condemned the heating system in about 10 minutes, saying the boiler was "probably cracked". They said there was nothing they could do except replace the whole system for a minimum of $8995! Yikes! They charged $300 for the call. We called another plumber who also came as scheduled, examined the system, spent time listening to us, replaced a faulty part, and charged $285 for everything. The system works again! read more

This company charges outrageous fees. To replace 9 air vents with fittings on my baseboards they charged me the agreed upon $175 per hour for 3 hours plus the not agreed upon shockingly outrageous "Material/tools/Progress/specialty tools" fee of $585.00. read more

Products this company uses is poor quality. Tank cracked after 1yr of service, charged $480 to reinstall another hot water heater under warranty. The new hot water heater stopped working after 10 days because of poor workmanship. Highly suggest using another company. read more

WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Before reading take in mind the last time this pipe was clogged for the dame reason the last company did it in 45 mins and charged me less then $100 for it. Called to get a pipe unclogged, charged me over $500 to do it! Said they were there 2 hrs and charged for it, they were only working on it 1.5 hrs and part of that was 3 cigarette breaks and stopping and talking to me about his dads car project for a while. The other half hour to make up 2 hrs was him on the phone figuring out the bill!! $115 an hour by the way! He also told me usually there's two people that go to these calls so I had to help load and unload equipment as well as help run the water hose and run back and forth turning water on and off for him! Told his boss it took him that long because he had to crawl in a crawl space, he didn't even have to go in! Only his hands and head since the pipe was not even 2 ft under the house! Charged $233 alone just to use an electric snake! Last company used a hand snake and got it done no problem! read more

Its bad experience for us They came to fix our Air Conditioning unit, after an hour diagnostics they found out there is problem with Cable which goes from Thermostat to Outside A/C unit, replaced the cable and then Unit started to work , which costs me $540. After couple of weeks the Air Condition unit stops working , then I tried to reach out the company.After series of painful follow-up calls they sent couple of technicians , and then they recommended us to replace the Fan motor of A/c unit , which costs other $550 dollars. Finally I decided to get different company to have second opinion. Fortunately they found out its problem with Cable that Christenson Plumbing technicians fixed in the first visit , there is no issue with fan motor or other parts of A/C unit. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes time I really doubt on Christenson plumbing company's quality and workmanship, do not call them again for any of our future services read more

Excellent company. I used them a couple of years ago to install a new pump and holding tank. We had some problems this weekend with water pressure and I called and left a message on the 24/7 emergency number late on a Saturday night. Within a few hours Aaron called me and made a suggestion. The largest job was a hot-water-tank replacement. The install was very clean and efficient. A year after Christensen Plumbing worked on our home: The shower unit they installed has to be replaced because it's bottom cracked apart completely due to the hollow cavities they left under it, allowing the plastic move up and down as you step on it. The new plumbing pipes they led under our new bathroom, through the garage froze on a cold day b/c they installed absolutely no insulation on those. The sink they put in our bathroom turned out to have no vent, so the water can hardly drain (like in a bottleneck); After the water has been splashing our feet for months when using the tiny vanity and sink Christenson Plumbing installed with our tall and long-reach faucet, we had the sink and vanity finally replaced by a wonderful plumber with a properly sized sink and cabinet. Aaron Christensen has been an extremely rude, dishonest, incompetent, and crooked person.
