I got a call back immediately and an appointment for Monday morning. The technician, John was very thorough and explained the problem to me (not the thermostat) and did regular maintenance. They explained our options clearly, didn't try to upsell us on anything, and got us scheduled quickly. On the day of the install, the technicians showed up right on time, were really professional, and respectful of our home. They did a clean job and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. It's been working perfectly ever since--no issues at all, and we're so happy to have reliable hot water again! Honestly, it's hard to find a company that's both good at what they do and great to work with, but AGS really is. We'd definitely call them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing help.

Another never called back after I left a message with a foreign speaking woman at reception. Probably an answering service. I began this process at 11 a.m. this morning. It's now 2:00 p.m. and Brian and John have already left my home with problem solved. Within a span of 2 hours, they called me back, arrived wearing masks (which was SO appreciated), had my boiler leak from the A/C diagnosed and were out of here with the assurance I had to let them know by tomorrow if it flooded at any time from now until then and they would return. They fully explained everything they were doing. Asked me before they replaced any new parts and I was aware of what the approximate total cost would be. They were kind, efficient and gentle. No sales pitches. Just down to earth and "let's get this fixed for you" -- and charged a reasonable fee. As a widowed 73 year old woman, this gave me great comfort. I felt at ease in their presence and am so grateful for them. Job well done! Thank you Clear All Cooling and Heating.

To my surprise, Brian answered and we scheduled an appointment to review our needs for an entire HVAC system. Our on-site meeting was positive and encouraging but, it's now 4 weeks after our meeting and I never heard back from Brian. I also did not receive a reply or return call from the two follow-up messages I left via email and text. It's perfectly ok for a contractor to be too busy to take on work. However, it spoils goodwill when you can't even get the courtesy of a return call to get that information.

I had toilet with rusted bolts I needed help removing. I hadn't told them that ahead of time. They had the tools to cut the bolts and took care of it. A supervisor showed up about and hour into the job to deliver the replacement pipe. He was also professional, asked for feedback on his crew, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied so far. These guys work FAST, and it's quality. Prices are very reasonable. I added extra work and they still finished early, for less than I thought it would be, and cleaned up after themselves. Our house had hydronic heat on the first floor, but electric baseboards on the second. We wanted to get rid of the electric heat, and solicited several quotes. Jay was great, discussed multiple options, but was honest and up front that the tech guys would have to come out to really evaluate the feasibility and design of the project. Good indication of integrity up front. Tyler, the co-owner and lead installer, came out several days later to do a more thorough evaluation. Extremely courteous, professional, polite, and accommodating. Highly knowledgeable as well. Explained all the options and designs, and their pros and cons. No sales pitches etc. Just the facts. Really made the effort to preserve the character of our older style home. When his team started working, all very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Showed up with masks and booties to protect our floors. Worked quickly and efficiently. Tyler was there the whole time, welcomed any questions, described exactly what they were doing and why. The finished product is superb, and blends perfectly into the house. All the work was done with the outmost attention to detail. When we ran the heat last night there was a problem, it would not shut off. I called Tyler, he called me back within 15 minutes, and was at our house within a half hour. The problem turned out to be an old defective valve in the pre-existing pump (which he could not have known about at the time). He worked to diagnose the problem and fixed it on the spot. Really cannot ask for anything more. Tyler and his team are superb. They should be teaching seminars on customer relationship building. Lastly, about the price. Are they the cheapest HVAC contractor out there? No. But their quote was very competitive. You may pay a little bit more than the cheapest bid, but you will not find his level of perfectionism anywhere else.

It ran a little rough for a couple months with no real issue but decided to get a professional to adjust the air and etc. So to start the tech who did the service over tightened the thread on the drawer assembly cross threading it and causing it to leak an insane amount two days after service. An emergency tech comes to tell me that it probably was like that from the manufacturer (even though it was running fine before the service and I personally installed and inspected the drawer assembly two months prior.) He proceeded to tell me that it would cost $500 or more to have it fixed... gave them the benefit of the doubt just to be ignored and blocked by them. After installing another drawer assembly, I thought all would be good. But the tech did not tighten the set screws enough and the oil burner had fallen out of place causing a bunch more combustion issues. Also had to buy a stand for the burner to prevent it happening again. The oil pressure was also jacked all the way up( I assume by the emergency tech because it was leaking) instead of telling me any of this I had to fix it on my own. I was going to let it go until I was ignored and blocked. I get companies have to make money but it's the bare minimum being honest. And if you were an honest company you would have helped fix the problem you caused instead of gaslighting me and saying it will cost 500-700$. Especially when the part is less than 80$ and takes less than 10 minutes to swap.
