Within a span of 2 hours, they called me back, arrived wearing masks (which was SO appreciated), had my boiler leak from the A/C diagnosed and were out of here with the assurance I had to let them know by tomorrow if it flooded at any time from now until then and they would return. They fully explained everything they were doing. Asked me before they replaced any new parts and I was aware of what the approximate total cost would be. They were kind, efficient and gentle. No sales pitches. Just down to earth and "let's get this fixed for you" -- and charged a reasonable fee. As a widowed 73 year old woman, this gave me great comfort. To my surprise, Brian answered and we scheduled an appointment to review our needs for an entire HVAC system. Our on-site meeting was positive and encouraging but, it's now 4 weeks after our meeting and I never heard back from Brian. I also did not receive a reply or return call from the two follow-up messages I left via email and text. It's perfectly ok for a contractor to be too busy to take on work. However, it spoils goodwill when you can't even get the courtesy of a return call to get that information.
