How am I supposed to do that as a 66 year old woman - I cannot pull the unit out to unplug it and plug it back in?!?!?! Extremely frustrating!!! Heard from Haylee at P and F on Tuesday. She said that the extended warranty would not have covered what she believed to be a worn igniter switch. We scheduled an appointment to replace that part On Friday, 10/17. Technician arrived early and completed repair in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding the igniter switch and its replacement schedule. Appreciate the punctuality and professionalism of the P and F staff - still cannot comprehend that using an oven for its intended purpose - baking/roasting - wears out the very parts that should support those uses!!! My last gas range/oven lasted for 22 years - not 14 months!!! They didn't build it - I get that, but what a warped world we live in when appliances planned obsolesence kicks in at 14 months!!! They essentially charged $ 200 and used my well to try and refill my septic since the previous owners had it pumped out. They couldn't even do that though since my well was running out of water to fill the tank! Two guys stood outside in my lawn watching my septic tank fill up and told me when they left they thought it was leaking. Well guess what fellas, it's 2024 and the thing ain't leaking! Saved myself 12 grand. A good septic company should bring a truck to fill the tank with a dye and then inspect the lawn to see if the dyed water is seeping out. Then pump out the tank the next day. Septic-pro sells tanks so be aware to hire a company that doesn't have ulterior motives for performing septic inspections. My realtor contracted them, otherwise I wouldn't have called them. The only reason they get two stars is because the snaking camera was useful information, otherwise it would be a one. When I do upgrade my septic I won't be calling them.

Normally they make up for this by also cleaning our couch and easy chair - usually takes the guy 5 extra minutes. * Cleaning guy refused to do the couch, even though he was in and ready to leave after cleaning the one room in 15 minutes. He said, "I have other places to clean and I'm running behind" * When we showed him the dirt we were able to scoop off the carpet, he said "if you're not happy, just take it up with my manager about making it right" and took off. * We called the manager, mentioned the still-dirty carpet and the couch not getting done. He said, if you want the carpet cleaned again it's $125. * We said, we just had it cleaned today, and it's not clean. Will you make it right? He answered, if you're not happy with us, call another cleaner, and hung up. I guess, sadly, avoid these guys, they have lost their integrity.

They were able to comeout Monday morning even though it was 10 below. Don and my husband we able to get the extremely heavy cement frozen lid off with the help of our tractor. After pulling the pump it determined it was shot. Don called for the help of Riley and they were able to locate a pump at Webb and picked it up. Got it hooked up but needed to return the briefly next morning at 8 AM for an electrical hook up. I would like to repeat this was all done at below 0 temps. They were professional, helpful and responded to any questions I had promptly, plus they're simply enjoyable to work with and talk to. Since the event was a wedding, Nancy and Jeff suggested white or tan portable toilets so that the color would go better with the overall look of the wedding. I hadn't realized that was an option, but I was very happy with the result and so grateful that they thought to mention it! I like being able to wash my hands with soap and water so we got the hand-washing sink, which is run by a foot pedal. The sink has 3 hand-washing sinks in it and comes loaded with soap and paper towels; it works great and I was so happy that we didn't have to figure out logistics like running water to it continuously! My fiancée and I didn't know how many portable toilets we were going to need for the 150 guests and 9 hours of festivities; thankfully Jeff knew exactly how many to recommend and he was right on target! We planned for Jeff to drop off the portable toilets and sink on Friday morning (the wedding was Saturday afternoon); Jeff arrived exactly when he said he would and got everything set up for us. It was awesome to have these in place on Friday since we had family and friends helping us set up and doing the ceremony rehearsal on-site that day. Jeff picked them up on Monday (so we were able to use them on Sunday, when we were cleaning up after the wedding too).
