Food here is AMAZING! We order the honey brooker every time. It tastes just like a turkey super melt from friendlys (rip) and an another option every time. I love that they package the cheese separately for the cheese. The roast beef sandwich was smothered in cheese and delicious. We will return many times! Just in the off hours as the line to order gets quite long . Also, I don't know how they do it, but the water that comes out of the soda machine is quite possibly the best water I've ever tasted. read more

The store is amazing with a wide selection of cheeses, desserts, ice cream, and a eatery for sandwiches. We ate the farmhouse burger, and the honey bacon sandwich. They all come with chips and pickles. Cheese tarts tasted fresh and the lemon ice cream was creamy. They have a factory in the back to handmade their cheese which was nice to see. The only negative thing was they had forgotten our order but the staff were very apologetic and nice so worth to give a second chance. read more

The place is only one building. Pictures were deceiving. Everything was very expensive. The mini cheesecakes are not worth the price because they were dry and not creamy. read more

Beautiful interior nice people and mediocre food. I'm a local and I've tried this place a couple of times over the years and every time walk away disappointed with the hot food. This time had the cheeseburger and fries. The patty itself was frozen preformed what you find at a fast food restaurant the bun itself brioche, and the cheese were both very good though. The accompanying french fries were heavily over salted. My recommendation. These guys do three well cheese, ice cream and cheese tarts Everything else skip. If you have to eat at the little café stick with the Honeybrook sandwich. Otherwise, stick to the ice cream, cheese, cheese tarts . read more

Such a fun place. Offering cheese, ice cream, cookies and candy - September Farm has something for everyone. In addition to their store they have a restaurant on site. While you order at a counter, there are plenty of tables inside and out. The cheesesteaks are very good, my top order with extra meat. Also I highly recommend the cheesesteaks curbs which are made in house. The inside is clean and comfortable. A must stop when in the area! read more

This place is huge! Although we went on a rainy day, there was a playground outside and an open-air porch with lots of seating, as well as an enclosed patio. We got breakfast sandwiches and iced lattes, and we really enjoyed them. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would definitely come back in the future! I ordered a guacamole egg sandwich here. It came w cheese and my choice of meat - which I picked bacon- on a home made potato roll. I thought it was pretty delish. I also took a few containers of local yogurt home w me and I thought they were priced well. I got peaches and plain flavors. I will have to taste them this week to see if they are as good as they sound. Peaches was the third ingredient on the peach so that was a plus. read more

Very nice market! They have many local products, there are samples of their cheese and other items. Service was really welcoming and nice. Their cheese curds are so good. They make their own cheese, and you can watch them. They have good ice cream. There's also a restaurant with breakfast and fried cheese curds. It's a clean store. You can sit outside on rocking chairs and look at the farms. read more

Had a wonderful mid-afternoon lunch with friends. The line moved fast for ordering and the lunch came quickly. Everyone enjoyed the food. we walked around the grounds and the youngster with us enjoyed the big yellow chair in the play area. We all took pics sitting in the chair. We strolled down to the field of gorgeous sunflowers and again had a pic taken of the 4 of us sitting and standing in front of the sunflowers. We took pics for another group as they had done for us. We headed back to the store and bought icecream which was quite delicious. We bought some of the Farm's sharp cheddar cheese and took it home. It was so good!!! Highly recommend September Farm for a fun, relaxing afternoon with your favorite people. read more

This might as well be the best kept secret between East Earl and Honey Brook. It is a really beautiful property that serves lunch, hand dipped ice cream and a wide selection of their cheeses and meats for charcuterie. They also have gourmet marmalades. It is also cafeteria style. You just order at the counter and pick up your food and can decide from plenty of (indoor and outdoor) dining space. read more

Popular spot for locals and tourists on weekends and weekdays. If you go during peak hours you will be waiting in a line to order. Ingredients are so fresh and pricing is reasonable. The store has so many items from baked goods, cheese, meats, dips, popcorn, chips, candy and ice cream. It is a little noisy inside but you can sit outside to eat. I had the roast beef on rye with their dill and chive cheese - I added extra meat which I highly recommend. read more

So many people I know absolutely rave about September Farms, and I can see why. It is an Amish run business in a quaint small town in PA that makes all of their food from scratch. First up, I went to the coffee shop and ordered a spotted mocha latte, which so happens to be one of their most popular. Honestly, it was one of the best mocha coffees I've had In a while. Not too sweet, but sweet enough to where it doesn't feel like you're drinking straight up coffee. I also went and ordered a bacon grilled cheese from their sandwich shop. I just got the standard side of chips and pickles. The pickles were definitely house made, and I want to say that the chips are made in house, but they also did taste like ones you could get from a bag. The grilled cheese was good. A little greasy, but then again it's a grilled cheese with bacon. The workers here are very friendly and seem willing to go out of their way to help the customers. I am not sure if I would go out of my way to go to September Farms, but if I am ever in the area, I'd probably stop for a coffee. read more

Husband and I have been dining here for many yrs almost every Friday for dinner. Everyone knows us we spend a lot of money every Friday and we like all of the employees. Things are changing they have changed some recipies, that we have been purchasing for yrs. One is the quesadilla that sells for ten or eleven dollars. This product always had a decent amount of chicken and cheese and sauce and we purchased on every Friday along with dinner. That's over it's an empty shell with practically no cheese or chicken or sauce and the shell is terrible. Tried it twice thinking it was a mistake .It was not and it's terrible. I know times are changing and everything cost more. The prices have went up and all the important ingredients are fading away , and that makes sept farms status quo . Even your amazing wraps have taken a big hit. And you no longer serve the rottiserie chicken. We would rather pay more than lose the quality of your food. Not sure how much longer we will show up on a Friday. read more

Oh this place - I give you another chance since it's been a while and you fail us again! I try to go in with an open mind, but leaving annoyed yet again. $4.79 for French fries that come out lukewarm and old looking. It's busy so why? So I take them back up and they said they'll make a new batch for us. Waited forever - went back up to ask and girl is like oh no, hold on I forgot. Goes back to food prep area - talks to younger food handler back and forth and he says he has some sitting there but she says they're not hot so she dumps them back in the frier real quick and brings them out on a plate - I told her I don't want double dipped fries. I would like new hot fries. How hard is it to make fresh hot fries for an order. Less talking back in food prep area on a busy night might help. This place is just a tourist trap and nothing more. Sadly disappointed because it was once good. You can't tell me other people don't get crappy food here- or else they do but don't speak up! read more

Super cute place that I'm sad I've been passing by for years! Finally stopped in around 730am on a Monday morning and the restaurant already had a crowd on hand. I browsed the pre packaged goods, purchased a to-go breakfast sandwich, and stopped at the bakery counter on my way out. I picked up a salaried caramel donut and a whoopie pie. I love donuts, I eat them somewhat frequently, and I will say that this donut was HUGE and also in my top 3 best donuts ever. The dough had that nice chew, but was still light and airy. The caramel and chocolate on top were delicious and just the tiny bit of coarse salt sprinkled over it made the flavors all mesh perfectly. I'll be back for that donut, specifically. The breakfast sandwich was on a bun and I was skeptical at first, however, pleasantly surprised. The inside of the bun was toasted and it held up for the entirety of me eating the sandwich. There was a good amount of egg and cheese and the sausage was flavorful. Would recommend! read more

Came here for the first time for breakfast with the family on a Saturday morning. What's hot - Options. There appears to be something for everyone- baked goods, nuts, pretzels, ice cream, breakfast, sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, cheeses, spreads, etc.... However, I'm uncertain whether their options are vegan friendly. - Price. From what I saw, their options are pretty reasonably priced, especially given the amount you're paying for. For example, their veggie omelette is $8.99 and includes toast. Their breakfast sandwiches are generally less than $10 and are pretty good portions. Definitely enough to get you full. - Service. The morning we came, they were offering free samples of roasted nuts (specifically sugar roasted cashews), which were warm and yummy. Their ice cream is available in the morning, too! Nothing wrong with that! It's nice to have that as an option. - Quality. Pretty delish. I ordered a veggie omelette and there were plenty of sautéed veggies in the omelette. Cheesy, too. No skimping on ingredients, which we definitely appreciated. - Portions. For the most part, what they're selling is pretty reasonably priced. However, I don't recommend their hash browns. They're definitely not made in-house and they're small. - Playground. There's a small playground to the side for the little ones, which is definitely helpful. What's not - Seating. It's outdoor seating. I didn't see any indoor seating, but maybe I'm missing something. - Health and safety. No one was masked. During this time of the pandemic, it's reassuring when businesses that regularly interact with the public take extra precautions for everyone's health and safety. I didn't see anyone take any precautions. Disappointing. Final answer Willing to come back, but would recommend to come here early when it's less busy. read more

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Very clean and the food smelled amazing. They had a lot to offer, bakery, coffee shop, to go foods, and also a sandwich shop. Plenty of indoor seating. It was a win for us. We ordered their grilled cheese, cheese curds, sweet potato fries, and two of their special sandwiches, and a yummy local lemonade. Everything was very good. It was a bit more pricey than we thought, but prices have been going up lately. We also order their cinnamon buns and pretzels to go. Can't wait to dig into them when we get home. We loved the atmosphere and will be back to try more of their menu items. read more

Good stop when on a Lancaster road trip, but nothing special. Very touristy, the gift shop/country store has the same jams and candy that everyone in Lancaster County has. My biggest problem is that I just don't like their cheese, I've tried often, it's underwhelming. Considering it's their own product, it's also very expensive, i.e. looking at the cheese shop prices. We ate at the sandwich shop, it was ok, pretty much everything is fried. I had some fried corn ball, which I never had before, that was delicious. Ice cream was ok, like everything, nothing inspirational or different. Outdoor seating is great. read more

I loved this place, super cute and such a nice variety of fresh items. I highly recommend trying a couple varieties of the cheese tarts, they were amazing. I also had a giant glazed donut with sea salted caramel drizzle on top and it was so fresh and good. We also tried their hot food, and all three of us had the crabcake dinner...2 nice size crabcakes (filled with crab not filler), french fries, coleslaw, cornbread, and a small cheese sampler of their cheeses (3 small cubes) and it was all excellent. And let's discuss the price for that excellent large dinner... just a little over $14. Next time we're in the area we will absolutely be back. read more

Interesting place that is combination farm, market and retail store. How odd to see what appeared to be an Amish girl working the iPad register at the cafe. We ordered two sandwiches to eat on the front porch. Order and they hand you a beeper and you come in to pick up.
