I very seldom have any problems whenever I go to Sephora. In fact, I love it there, seeing as how I've spent bundles of money on their products. That being said, my recent trip only left me feeling irritated, ignored, and complained unwilling to come back to this location. Immediately after walking in I notice the girl up front standing by the door. Assuming she was the greeter, I wave and say "Hi!" And rather than reciprocating, she gives me a smug look at turns away. First off, really? Isn't it YOUR JOB to acknowledge and greet customers? Did you HAVE to give me a dirty look? Definitely a great start to my visit already. After browsing the store for a solid 15-20 minutes, I couldn't find the product I was looking for. So I decided to flag someone down since NO ONE had asked if I needed help during my time there thus far. But upon asking a girl where a certain brand of false lashes are, she looks me head-to-toe, gives me an irritated look, and says "We don't carry those." Now, I was willing to brush off the fact that this girl was just plain rude, but right before I check out, what do I find in the "Beauty-On-The-Go" display? A small section specifically for the false lashes I was looking for, fully stocked at that. So either this girl had just lied to my face to shoo me away, or she had no knowledge that the product was on the floor and made no effort to confirm whether or not they had it. And to me, both are completely unacceptable. I will admit, I'll still shop at Sephora. I love the company and most of the merchandise they carry. But thanks to the complete lack of customer service I received at this location, I will NOT be returning to UTC's store any time soon. As for the two women who made me feel like I was just a burden? How dare you? You get PAID to deliver satisfactory customer service. Essentially that entails just greeting customers and asking if they need help. If you can't do those two VERY simple things, I suggest quitting before someone fires you for your lack of effort put into this job. read more

Worst customer service experience of my life. As someone who works in retail, who understands the nuances of customer service, the way employees are treating customers at this location is appalling. I was berated by an employee here, I don't even remember her name at this point, for trying a product. Sephora's appeal is that they allow you to try products before you buy them so you can make the most informed decision. Well, clearly not. I was given a lecture and harassed by this woman because I didn't ask permission to try a Kat Von D liquid lipstick, even though there are over 12 testers on display for various colors? I was trying to be considerate of this employee and apologized for upsetting her and she CONTINUED to aggressively demean me. Citing that I was creating more work for her & forcing me to make an immediate decision on my purchase. As if I didn't deserve to continue shopping after that lolol. She caused a scene which is entirely unprofessional & I just had to stare at her in amazement. Eventually I had to tell her "I already apologized for this miscommunication so I don't know what more you're expecting from me or this interaction. I don't know why you're incessantly taking it further." I have only been in Sephora one other time; quite honestly they lost a customer for life. I've never been treated so poorly over something as trivial as shopping for lipstick. read more

Nonexistent customer service at this location. Employees ignore customers and even seem to actively avoid them. I've watched 6-8 employees busy chatting to each other, showing each make up and trying it out on themselves while customers stand right behind them waiting for help or just to get a look at the shelf. Ew, haven't been here in a while and the place has certainly changed. Came here around 4 pm and it seemed dirty, disorganized, and unkept. Make up dust everywhere. And the samples looked gross. The eyeliner station had missing samples and they were not clean. Then I went to the hair section and the bottles looked dirty and the aerosol cans looked plugged up. Nail polish section looked like people tested it on the display, even though you can try it on yourself. And I saw people left drinks on the counters. I used to like Sephora because the displays were kept clean and bright making me want to try to make up. Ugh, the gloss palette that was left out had dust layer and makeup on top. It was disgusting. Come on Sephora UTC, you were so much better. Walked out with the shivers thinking women actually were using the samples like that! Cold sore and pink eye breeding ground! Yuck! read more

Just got my Halloween make up done by Jasmin. I showed her one photo and told her to run with it and boy did she ever! The best cleopatra I have ever seen! Not only was she amazing at her make up skills but her positive and energetic attitude made my entire appointment so enjoyable. Worst Sephora I've been to. 1. Asked the cashier a question about my points, she didn't know so she asked her co-worker, and her co-worker said, "no that's only Ulta" with an attitude. And I asked another questioned but she just looked away and ignored me -as if the question triggered some issue with their trying to compete with Ulta haha anyone who works at a Sephora should know that there is no competition and shouldn't EVEN bring up another popular beauty store. These employees need to be re-trained and not ASSUME that all their costumers go to ULTA. It makes Sephora look petty. What company wants their costumers to pitty them? 2. I asked the cashier what I can redeem with my points and she pointed to an EMPTY box on the counter. I told her there was nothing inside and she said something like , "well it's somewhere there". 3. The cashier had no smile, made me feel like I was wasting her time. 4. She didn't put my item in a bag. WHAT Sephora does not bag your item?! That's like the expected finale of your trip at ANY Sephora! She just gave me the receipt and signaled to the next customer in line. The only redeeming factor about my trip to this store was that they had my item (for a store so small) and that another, seems like more experienced employee, bagged my item for me when I asked for a bag. To the store manager, please re-train your employees! They need to listen to questions, concerns, complaints, and be helpful and SMILE. read more

Believe it or not, this was the first time I've ever purchased anything from a Sephora. I don't wear a lot of make-up and my bedtime routing is simple; shower, brush teeth, rinse and scrub face, apply moisturizer....REM I've been blessed with pretty good skin my whole life but it wasn't until recently that I had to seek out acne treatment because of a side effect of a steroid medication I was taking for a back injury. My sister turned me onto a product called Murad and she told me they sold it at Sephora. I immediately shrugged my shoulders and let out a sigh and sarcastically said under my breathe....here goes nothing! For me, it was a bit overwhelming to be in this store. Don't get me wrong, this girl can appreciate all things fabulous but cosmetics and most of the stuff in the store, is just not my thing. It's mostly ignorance but I was definitely a fish out of water. I must've looked like I was confused, lost or overwhelmed because Amber came over, placed her hand gently on my shoulder in a motherly find of way, and asked me if she could help me with anything. Mind you, she was probably 10 years younger than me...but whatever. All I knew was Murad but I didn't know they had several different options, so she walked me through each one and provided a recommendation that would help clear up my skin. She assured me that my acne was relatively minor and Murad will have my skin back to normal in a few weeks. I'm so grateful for getting Amber. I'm sure that other associates are just as good but Amber was patient, very knowledgeable about the products and allowed me ask questions without making me feel stupid. She spent a good 30-45 minutes with me and I felt very informed and confident I was buying the right product for me. When I checked out, Monica rang me up and the great customer service continued. She welcomed me to Sephora because I told her this was my first time here and she signed me up for the Beauty Insider program where you get points for every dollar you spend. Those points are redeemable for random products that, from what I understand, change regularly. Pretty cool. After a week of using the Murad products, I've seen significant results and I'm close to being blemish-free. In a few weeks, i'll see if my steroid induced acne goes away. Fingers crossed...I hate feeling like I'm going through puberty all over again in my 30's! Here are the products I purchased: -Murad Clarifying Cleanser (Cleanse and Toner) -Murad Essential-C Toner (Toner that reduces blemishes) -Murad Active Radiance Serum (renews and brightens skin) -Kate Sommerville Anti-Bacterial Clearing lotion (for spot treatments) Free gift: 1FL OZ. Peter Thomas Roth Moisturizer which is pretty good. I've given it to my husband and he's been using it. It has SPF 30. I'm sure i'm the last female in the world that has never been to Sephora but in the event that I'm not and you're looking for beauty secrets, I would highly recommend this store. I asked Hailey to help me and felt so annoying (because I was literally starting from nothing) and she was so helpful and nice!! UTC Sephora, why do you NEVER have enough worker to help me out? I wouldn't consider myself a make-up noob, in fact, i'm fairly certain I have a knowledgable idea of make-up/skincare. However, when I do decide on visiting Sephora the goal is to talk to an associate and see if there're any recommendations for my needs. That said, I've been coming to UTC Sephora for years now. I've always had mediocre experiences here but today was the first day I decided to just put down what i was going to buy and walked out the door. I'm going on a trip to Asia in JULY, so lord knows I will be sweating my face off and I wanted some recommendations for products to use while I'm there. I asked 3 people. First lady recommended a bunch of things and walked away. (really, you can't show me where they are?) whatever, roamed down the aisles feeling like i was on a scavenger hunt. asked the Second lady about where to find the items described by lady #1. She was actually pretty good but only recommended super expensive things. Third lady, and this was what pissed me off. she just goes "Oh, i'm helping someone else out right now." Walked away and started laughing with some other lady. WHAT THE HECK does a person have to do to get some help around here?!?!?!?! SO i put down the hourglass primer and left the door. This is the BEST Sephora. It doesn't get overly crowded, things are laid out really well, and they are ALWAYS well stocked. Their brush selection is really good, and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. This location carries all the brands you know and love, from MUFE to Anastasia to Tarte to UD to Benefit to Laura Mercier to Dior...I mean, the list is endless. Their skincare section in the back is also GREAT. The staff answer any questions are are generous with samples. I ALSO SUPER APPRECIATE that the staff share their experiences and recommendations. They will help you color match, etc, but will also tell you differences between brand variation of products. FOR EXAMPLE, I wanted the matte-ifying Dior foundation ($$$), but a staff member listened to my concerns and wishes and said the MUFE matte-ifying one will do the job BETTER, and for half the price. She was 100% right, and I love her and my skin looks great. These people know their stuff and are looking out for you, not just pushing the pricey stuff. Plus, the staff all look AMAZING. Their skin, makeup, and hair is on point. They're clearly geniuses. I haven't been to a better Sephora yet. I love Sephora. If you never go, at least go during your birthday month! The loyalty program allows you to get a free birthday gift during your birth month. This is the third year that I've enjoyed it! This year I got some NARS lipsticks. The people who help you here are really awesome about being courteous with their suggestions. If you aren't sure what you want, you can play with everything! Every time I go in, I spray a different fragrance and wear it around. They say to do that so you can see how the perfume changes with your particular chemistry. I've found great scents this way! I also paint my nails sometimes to see how a new formula will wear on me. They have an easy return and exchange policy and it's a great place to go if you just want to treat yourself and spruce up a bit with a new product! Plus they have some reward program thingy that allows you to get free items to try out if you accumulate enough points. This review however is for a particular makeup artist Vanessa I walked in after a particularly bad morning at work, feeling very tired and looking like a terrible mess. I had been breaking out for the past six months as well. Vanessa took great care of me - recommending skin care products and a new tinted moisturizer. Today I had for the first time a sort of unpleasant experience here at Sephora. I am a VIB member, and have been for many years and am usually very very pleased with their service. That is not to say, they did horrible today and that I wouldn't go here again. It's just that luck for convenience and customer service was not on my side. Couple that with the holiday crowd, and you get for an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service go ka-put. For one, no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help, like they do in Fashion Valley (Fashion Valley location customer service has always been exceptional). I had been in the store for over 20 minutes before going up to the register. Understandable...it's a busy time of the year. There was actually one point when I chased a lady down to ask her a question and said out loud "excuse me ", I have an question. And she kept walking. Pretty sure she heard me as she was facing me but who knows. I was testing out different lipsticks and noticed that the 5 eyeliner travel pack from Urban Decay was on sale from $30 to $19. I just bought it about 2.5 weeks ago. Sephora generally has an awesome return policy (try it , buy it, return it if you don't like it), so I didn't think getting the price difference would be difficult. After all, I had the receipt with me (luckily). Anywho, after waiting in the holiday line, I let the customer service representative know that I saw the eyeliner set on sale for $19 instead of the $30 I purchased weeks ago, and would like the difference refunded. Like every place I have been to, they gladly return the difference (within the return period guideline). Lucky for me, Sephora does not have a return date guideline, and plus it had only been 2.5 weeks. The lady at the register said she had to check on it, and see if it was possible or how to do it. There I am wondering what is so difficult... just return the old one and then ring up the "new" one , and refund the difference. She checked with the gal...and this gal she asked if I had a receipt, and I said I did which was already presented to the original cashier. She took a look at it and said that it was possible, but that I had to bring the actual set I had at home and then they would give me the difference. The thing is , with most products of the same color/style , it is the SAME CODE! Why would I have to bring the set I brought from home, when they could have easily returned the one on my given receipt and then ring up a new one? Why would I drive all the way back home, and come back for $11? And what was the point of bringing the set back? The proof of purchase was on the receipt. That's how every other store does it. She said that she would get a manager to double check. Needless to say the manager said it was definitely possible and returned the one on my original receipt and then rang up the new one, and gave me the refund in cash. The transaction took a while, and I was quite peeved that something so easy would take so long. Instead of feeling like a VIB, I felt very unimportant. I don't know the name of the lady that was helping me, but I know she's worked there for a long time. Can't miss her, tall African lady..always has great eye makeup. Anyways, went here cause my mom loved how the MUFE foundation looked on my skin and wanted a bottle for herself...BUT my mom hates going to the mall....so bestowed upon me the task of getting her samples she can try. Since I didn't have my mom with me to swatch a foundation on her, the lady happily gave me a sample of one of the foundations that might match my moms skin tone. Also, the lady helped me find a perfect glitter brush! I remember I saw it there like last week...and it was one of those purchases that you stand there for like 30-45 minutes debating "should I? shouldn't I? do i need it or want it? look at that price!" but since i had a coupon for 15 percent off...I decided to buy the glitter brush...so i went looking for it and could not find it! and again the lady came to my rescue! the brushes were in the back and she was more than happy to grab it for me. SEPHORA UTC, La Jolla: SHERAYA! What a delight... Upon paying for my purchases, I found SHERAYA to be absolutely delightful... Imagine being happy to PAY for your stuff! Looks you in the eye - a good sign in my book - with the happiest, most cheerful demeanor and asks if you found everything you need. As the cash register at Sephora usually has a long line, yesterday did didn't have to wait, so had a tiny chat with SHERAYA, so pleasant a chat that I walked out with an ear-to-ear smile. Oh dear, where to start? I've never been to a Sephora in my life, I've always been quite intimidated seeing as how I am not much of a makeup guru. However I recently signed up for BirchBox and Ipsy and after receiving awesome samples, I decided to stop in and spend a pretty penny on full size items I've sampled through Ipsy and Birchbox. Now maybe it was because I was in La Jolla, walking around in jeans and a tank top, and maybe I didn't look like I was going to spend as much money as the next lady who was generally middle aged and carrying designer purses and shoes, but NO ONE greeted me as I walked in, however they were all able to greet the ladies behind and in front of me, NO ONE asked how I was doing or if I needed help finding something, even though there were plenty of employees asking what seemed to be EVERYONE ELSE, and finally when I asked two employees for help, I go treated very disrespectfully, as if I was interrupting them from something more important, one of the workers rolled her eyes and walked away from me, and the other talked to me as if I were an idiot when I asked her about the return policy. Working in retail myself I was blown away by the treatment I received and extremely disappointed. I walked into LUSH (right across the way from Sephora) and was treated SO INCREDIBLY that I decided I'd rather spend my money at a business who treats people respectfully and equally. I ended up returning my purchase at Sephora and spending the money at LUSH. read more

I've been to the Sephora in the Fashion Valley Mall, but opt for the UTC area b/c it doesn't feel as crowded. I usually do my thorough research on makeup products on www.makeupalley.com on the message boards & reviews so that I can be specific w/ the staff. I had to return this Laura Mercier Foundation Powder ($40) which I did open & use, I began noticing that the color did not match me as well as I thought when I was color matched in regular sunlight. Based on Sephora's return policy for instore purchases, you can return their products for any form of dissatisfaction & 60 day returns for online purchases to their stores. Since I was w/o a foundation, I began trying on other foundation powders & was helped right away w/o me asking. I ended up with the Sephora brand foundation powder that cost $18 & had the same coverage/feel to the Laura Mercier. So I was glad that I received a product that worked for me at a lower cost w/o the staff being aggressive on me for sales. read more

I just recently switched from ULTA for getting all of my make-up needs to Sephora. One reason is that I really like the Makeup Forever brand. I also recently purchased some Sephora brand products and they're working out well (the waterproof eyeliner and blush). The last reason is that I like the Sephora website and rewards program better - lots of free samples! The store itself is always packed with young girls. The first time I went in I saw multiple moms with their pre-teen daughters trying to get make-up tips from the sales people. It's kind of annoying as an adult buying makeup to see lots of pre-teens around, but hey, I was a pre-teen thinking I was super cool buying make-up once too! I can't fault the store for having annoying customers..... but ya, it gets packed on the weekends. They have an awesome selection of fragrances, makeup and haircare products. The hardest part is just choosing what new product you're going to try out. I've had good experiences with the staff. They have helped me price-check items, give me recommendations on their favorite types of makeup and at the register they gift-wrapped some of my items that were gifts. read more

This is my FAVORITE Sephora location. Hands down. Trust me...I've been to a lot of Sephoras (even during travel). Whenever I come here, I am always approached by a sales person. Sometimes I need them and sometimes I don't but I like having the option. I've been to other locations where I can't get anyone to help me because they are busy. In case you are wondering, "busy" sometimes means they are reapplying their makeup and chatting with their co-workers -_- Not here. They are so helpful. There's been a few times where several girls were looking around the store to find me the perfect lip pencil to accompany my Dior lipstick in black tie. Sephora is the happiest place and this location makes me the happiest. I just wish it was bigger and carried more brands like Givenchy and Kat Von D. read more

One word: KYLA So, I often find myself here on a Saturday or Sunday when it's super crowded and I end up running out empty handed with nothing but panic disorder. Kyla has helped me a few times and she is literally the best. I told her I want to wear less makeup but have decent coverage. She suggested NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint and I cannot believe I have lived my life without this amazing product. I feel like I have tried EVERYTHING on my skin: MAC, Clinique, Nars Sheer Glow, Chanel, Bare Minerals, Benefit, etc. but I have never been so satisfied! I also asked her for help covering up the bags under my eyes. She used a Bobbi Brown orange concealer with Kat Von D liquid concealer on top. I visited the UTC Sephora store on 11/29/2020 to return my online purchases due to receiving items that were either damaged/used previously by someone else or completely unused but no longer needed. I purchased the items on 11/24/2020 and returned the items to the UTC store location. The Caucasian cashier with dyed black straight hair, Hayley immediately discriminated against me at first glance and started to talk to me in a condescending manner despite having done absolutely nothing but ask to return items with the original receipts. Hayley spoke to me in a pretentious way and made up a "policy" that online returns purchased with Sephora can only be refunded with store credit. However, I did not see this outlined in the store policy. It states "If Sephora receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to your Paypal account". When I mentioned that I had previously returned an item purchased through Paypal in the same store, they were able to refund it to the same credit card. However, Hayley blatantly ignored me as she was speaking to the cashier next to her confirming if I am allowed to get a refund or not. The other cashier carelessly said "just refund it back to her card" as if I was wasting her time and energy to even be in that store. The items were returned in new condition (minus the damaged item) within 4 days of purchase in store. I felt humiliated and racially discriminated against as she continued to talk to me as if I were trash and continued to say "next time if you return something, you can only get a gift card". I was so upset that I couldn't even speak to her anymore and stayed silent until she processed the refund and walked away from the store feeling disheartened to be treated that way as a loyal Sephora customer. So because of this misinformation along with feeling discriminated, I am hesitant to return to this Sephora store despite being a loyal customer for years and enjoying all their products and services. read more

Out of all Sephora locations that are here in San Diego, I have to say that I love this one the most. The customer service is beyond helpful! Usually most times I walk into other Sephoras and I just feel like no one is really there to answer my questions: either they are too busy, or they have something else better to do (shrugs). I have a good sense of how my skin works, what make up brand I like using, and I already do know how to apply make up on myself. Sometimes, I come into Sephora just to learn new things, different products, or invest in something that will be useful. Sephora is located right next to the Apple Store and in front of LUSH in the Westfield UTC mall. This location is of decent size and often well stocked of their products. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, they are very helpful so utilize them for any suggestions, etc. I like the overall layout of the store, with the makeup in front and all the skincare products in the back. My main complaint is that since the store has a narrow structure it can be a bit difficult getting around other shoppers to get to the back (I love my skincare products). Otherwise this is a great, friendly location and the one I most often frequent for all my skincare or makeup needs. I have also come here for a VIB Rouge event late last year and it was so fun! They offered sparking apple cider, cookies and chocolates. They even had a staff member offer you these goodies and samples of masks or cleansers while you waited in line. Nice touch! With the exception of Kyla, this Sephora's customer service is seriously lacking. It has taken me more than one visit to confirm it. I went in here today, and even though it was crowded, there were three employees standing by the door, one with a basket in her hand, two others chatting with each other, and nobody asked me if I needed any help. Actually, I didn't hear anybody asking any customers if they needed help. There was one girl walking around with a clipboard, almost looking so stressed as if World War 3 was going to break out while makeup remover bottles remained empty. There were two employees talking as one tissue dispenser was refilled, but I had to "bother" them to be able to snatch one up. Counters remained dirty, there was lipstick on displays, the store just looked disorganized. I will probably only come here if I need something right away, oh wait, can't do that either because while I was able to try on a shade of lipstick I wanted, there was no inventory in stock for me to buy! Gone are the days when this Sephora really shined. Go ahead and prove me wrong. Until then, I guess I'll be shopping online. read more

Jasmine was excellent! Finally a store I didn't have to wait around searching for help for 20 minutes. She immediately saw me trying out a product and told me how much she loved it. She wasn't pushy about purchasing anything and her friendly and nice demeanor made her approachable to ask about other products without pressure. She ended up giving me great recommendations. After she was done assisting me I saw her helping another girl, so it's nice to see someone always helping out instead of others who just stand around and ignore you (haven't seen any in this store, just speaking generally). Very nice & knowledgable! Store is very clean and usually has what I need as well. Samples aren't all nasty like some other stores, one of my fave Sephora locations! read more

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had at Sephora in the UTC mall. I waited outside the store until it opened this past Saturday, March 21. Not one person said hi to me or welcomed me. I went to find someone to ask if anyone could please help me apply a pair of fake eyelashes. Ashley, told me that I would have to wait an hour. Based on her response, there was no certainty that someone would be available even at that time. No one was able to help me when the store opened in the morning because the only person certified to put false eyelashes on had a client coming in for a C and A appointment. I do not understand why only one employee working would be certified on any given Saturday. It doesn't make any sense. Shouldn't everyone be certified? Or at least a few people? I left the store and came back a few minutes later to discuss my confusion with the manager and I talked to Ashley again. Miraculously, the person who had the appointment flaked out and someone named Drue was able to help me. An hour or two after I left Sephora that day, one of the eyelashes was coming off. Seriously??? This experience was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. I have poured hundreds of dollars into products at Sephora stores all over Southern California and I am contemplating never coming back to any Sephora store again. No one was able to help me even though I came in right when the store opened. I am not willing to spend 50 dollars on a C and A appointment just to get someone to help me. I do not feel like a valued customer but rather someone who was in the way of everyone working this past Saturday morning. I am extremely angry after this experience, and I will be looking at other options for makeup products in the future. read more

Just came from the Nordstrom counter where the lady at the clinque counter couldn't assist me because the rep was out to lunch. So I decided to go into Sephora and get some help. Danielle noticed I needed help and offered her assistance. She spent about 20 minutes with me to help me find a daily regimen, from cleanser to moisturizer to masks . She was very knowledgable in all the different brands and products; super impressive since the store offers endless possibilities. I felt like I was getting an exclusive insider review on the products. She would ask me questions regarding my skin and care and would recommend products that I would be interested in. She offered a sample with the products to test a mask treatment and explained when to use it. Great help. Thank you Danielle for your help I can't wait to get my skin looking flawless :) read more

I'm a very difficult girl who likes things perfect. Every time I get matched for makeup I end up walking out of the store looking orange or dull. Not only was I matched perfectly today and I am extremely satisfied, but the service was fantastic. Zak at the UTC Sephora location was wonderful. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get me in and out with exactly what I needed. He also taught me new ways to apply my make-up to get the look I wanted. I have shopped at this Sephora in the past, but never went for the whole consultation thing before. I decided I needed some new foundation and sat down to get some help. The start of the consultation was a pitch for a 150 moisturizer massaging device, and the whole experience seemed like a hard sell rather than a helpful consultation.. They used a little device to detect my skin color, which was cool. When the screen came up with choices for colors that matched, the sales person went right to one of the most expensive choices. This one in particular was for oily skin, which I specifically did not ask for and it seemed like a quick pitch for the largest percentage of the commission rather than a real consultation. I asked about some other brands, including the Sephora brand and she quickly got me the Sephora brands and clearly wanted me off the chair to get to the next customer. The return policy here is amazing, and the staff really know what they are talking about. If you are trying to find a good substitute for a product/color that has been discontinued, they will be able to help you find a great match. read more
