March 23, 2025 | Rancho Cucamonga: Whenever I'm at Victoria Gardens, I stop by Sephora! It's located at a beautiful outdoor mall, which has music playing outside as you walk from store to store! I love the vibe! Customer Service: Wildly friendly with a smile from the moment you step in and throughout! Incredibly welcoming, which is always so nice! Busy Bee: This location is also incredibly busy each time & the line has been long on every visit! Somebody is popular! Haha! Thanks Again: After selecting an item to purchase on my most recent, I noticed the line was too long! I put the item back, because I didn't have time to wait, as I had other plans to get to. On my way out, as I was greeted with a friendly goodbye, mentioned my situation, quickly grabbed the product again and the sales associate was able to check me out at her station right by the door! Note: If the line is long, look for a sales associate walking around, as you may discover, several are also available to check you out instead of standing in line! Excellent!! Overall: Well-stocked, friendly customer service, and great location, love it!

Excellent employees! My partner came here for a match and some other products. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Not to mention how informative they were for helping us understand colors, matching, and different products. Excellent location.

Yesterday, 1/31/2026, an amazing employee made my whole day! Well, more accurately it was multiple…read moreemployee and a team effort overall but I was speaking out loud and reminiscing on my old all time favorite scent and bath bomb, Space Girl and the employee at the sink told me they were on the archive wall and I was ECSTATIC and bought two, but then the employee T at the register threw in a free one for me and I nearly cried!! Horrible experience this weekend…read more I had at the Lush store located at Victoria Gardens on January 25, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM. There were at least 4-5 employees in the floor and I had to ask to see if there were items in The back where only a sample was displayed. Employees as a whole seemed disconnected and didn't offer samples or knowledge like I'm used to. I have spent a significant amount of money at Lush since the rewards program began. It was not made clear to me that points must not only be earned but also manually activated. As a result, I missed out on many rewards. Bri at the Ontario Mills location was the first employee to ever explain this to me. During my visit at Victoria Gardens, I interacted with a female employee who appeared to be a manager. She was not wearing a name tag, and the receipt lists the employee name as "null." When I realized my points were not applied and expressed my frustration, there was no attempt to offer alternatives, ask about my points, or help resolve the issue. I was visibly unhappy, yet there was no willingness to redo the transaction or provide a solution. I am sharing this feedback not out of anger, but because I care about the brand and want my loyalty to feel valued across all locations. I hope this can be addressed so future customers do not leave feeling the same way I did.
