Horrible experience. The staff was really disappointing…read more Laura, I believe is her name, should not be a manager. She's no help at all and absolutely does not care about her clients. She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

From the very first appointment, she took the time to understand my skin and its needs, recommending treatments and products that have genuinely made a HUGE difference in my skin. She also has a long-term approach to skincare, which I LOVE, and I've never once felt pushed toward unnecessary treatments--which is one of my biggest pet peeves! I feel confident and cared for every time I walk out of her treatment room, and truly enjoy our conversations during our sessions. After a lot of searching, I found Dr. Hunter, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I knew my experience would be different. Dr. Hunter personally greeted my family and me in the lobby, which immediately made me feel welcome. During my consultation, I shared all of my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve. He listened carefully, never rushed me, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. I've been to many medical appointments where I've left feeling unheard, but that was never the case with Dr. Hunter. His confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. I had my surgery in December, and now that I'm six months post-op, I can honestly say I LOVE the way I look. My results exceeded my expectations while still looking natural. One thing I was initially nervous about was that I didn't see many women who looked like me on the website. However, from beginning to end, I was treated with exceptional care and respect. The hospitality from the entire Amelia team was truly unmatched. Every interaction made me feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, and that meant everything to me. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone responded quickly by phone or email. I never felt like I was navigating my recovery alone. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Hunter and every member of the Amelia team for helping me through this journey. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would recommend them without hesitation. For anyone considering a mommy makeover, my procedure included: * Tummy tuck * Small hernia repair * Breast reduction * Liposuction to the flanks Thank you, Dr. Hunter and the entire Amelia team, for helping me feel confident in my own skin again. I will forever be grateful.

My wife and I are losing everything worked for our entire lives. Kelly Blount, PA, prescribed a medication that should never be used under compression bandages. After the second application I unwrapped my lower legs to find large areas of skin nesrly burned through and my feet had a number of holes burned through the skin. It got infected into the bones, the sides of my feet had to be amputated and bone grafts put in. My right heel had about 7 square inches of flesh that came off and the MRSA ate into multiple bones. I nearly lost both feet. I requested that the doctor see me and was given an appointment. The obviously embarassed appointment person had been told by the doctor to say "You are to go away! No one will see you, no one will treat you. You are to go away!" I replied " You just gave me a reason to sue." If my clueless niece had not thrown away my evidence right before I was in the hospital for 72 days, I would have. I hope kharma catches up with that doctor and he ends very badly. I went there to get MRSA off my skin on my legs and feet. I did not expect to get my skin removed and have to get amputations and spend months on vacuum therapy, with repeated hospitalizations for sepsis and other serious infections. In long term care I am cleaned and rebandaged by a wound nurse three days a week, by a great wound doctor once a week. The lymphedema I had is gone and so finally the infections after about six and a half years. I have severe dropfoot and my toes are now retracted with calcification of the joints. My right foot is very deformed. I had walked a couple hundred feet that day when I went to the clinic but after years of disability my balance was poor so I rolled in on a handicapped scooter. Around the end of July 2020 I was declared bed ridden. I couldn't take care of my wife when she was very ill and her sister carried her away and committed her. She had lost decades of memories due to low oxygen and not being admitted to the hospital. I miss her very much. We had a long peaceful marriage. She can't even dial a landline phone now or hang it up correctly. This place should be closed! The two PAs that saw me did not know what they were doing and that doctor doesn't care what happens to patients. Their licences should be forfeited. They severely injured me and that caused us both great harm and loss. They should not even treat animals. If it saves someone else I was told by an ER surgeon that what they should have prescribed was Surgical Scrub.
