Never felt so invisible in my life. Came here today in search of a birthday gift for my beautiful wife and when I say I witnessed 7 different customers come in after me all get help with their selections while I wasn't even acknowledged, it's not an exaggeration. I searched the fragrance section for about 19mins testing various fragrances and watched three different sales reps help other customers right in front of me. One rep even went as far as to reach over me in helping their customer without as much as an excuse me. I don't know if the contributing factors to me being overlooked was due to me being a man in a store for women, my attire (sweats & tennis shoes) or my ethnicity, but whatever the case, it was a truly disheartening experience. So after almost 20mins of testing different fragrances, I made my way to the cash register where a lovely African American young lady asked if I was ready to check out. I replied no, I couldn't get anyone to assist me. She apologized and asked if she could help. I said absolutely and thanked her for acknowledging me. I told her the item I wanted to purchase. She went to the back and grabbed the fragrance I requested and apologized again for my poor experience, rang up the item, I paid, thanked her and went on my way. I have been to this store once before with my wife and I recall her being helped immediately so I figured I'd get that same level of service but I was hugely mistaken. Walked in, weekday middle of the day it was empty associates were all chitchatting and no one acknowledged a customer. This location is trash. I placed two separate pick up orders in the same week totaling over $400. The last purchase was April 28th. One of the items included a restock for my Refy primer. On May 14th, I ran out of primer and went to grab my new purchase and it was not in my bag. I called customer service and they told me I had to contact the store since I bought it there and not online. I called the store and the first person I spoke to sounded so bothered by my call. Then Brittany got on the line and she was even worse. At one point I asked her what's up with her tone and why she was speaking to me like that...so I matched her energy when answering her questions and then she got real passive aggressive. She then told me they will need to pull the tape of the person packing the order and then she paused for a bit as if that was going to deter me...so I said okay?? The vibe I got from that comment was she didn't believe me and I would change my mind. I just dropped $400, I have no reason to lie about a $34 primer. Then she said, it was probably out of stock and I wasn't charged. Brittany got my number and said she will call me back, which she did. She told me I placed the order online and did not pick it up at the store. Does anyone know what they are doing at this store? I let her know I was looking at my order in the app which literally had a breakdown of items PICKED UP at their location with the date and time. Later in the convo I learned she didn't even look into this, someone else did and she just took their word that I bought it online. She then pulled up my account and her tone completely changed. She said, "oh I see you make a lot of purchases, we will definitely figure out how to fix this" and the vibe I got from that was, now she is taking me seriously because I shop at Sephora a lot. I asked if they have a public email she could share and I would send her a screenshot of my order since she was saying I purchased it online. She gave me the email address and let me know the store manager was coming in at 12 and the manager will call me back. I emailed the screenshot immediately after getting off the phone and as of 4 days later, I've yet to hear back from the manager. Writing this review is the end of me wasting my time trying to deal with this and I won't be back. It's too bad because I really like the location of this new store. There are too many people unemployed for Sephora to tolerate this lack of professionalism and downright poor customer service. If you do not want to do your job, leave so someone that wants and needs a job can have a chance. read more

I frequent the shopping center that this Sephora is in and decided to go in today since I was in need of replenishing my usual beauty items. Upon entering I could immediately tell the staff seemed annoyed and not happy to be there. Including the woman who was standing by the door greeting. The place was clean which was nice because half of the Sephora's I walk into have disgusting testers. This one was clean which is comforting. I guess my biggest turn off was when paying for my items I asked if she had any samples. She gave me the strangest look and said no as if I asked her some outlandish question. I felt uncomfortable and told her most Sephora's do that's why I asked. I've always gotten a sample at any Sephora I've been to and that is how I purchased my last fragrance ! It was from a sample ! Definitely won't be back to this location. I know it's a busy time of year and people are burnt out but these are basic standards in the beauty industry. read more

Love the location! The store has very friendly staff even on a busy weekend. I would say if you go during the weekend it can get very busy and packed. Maneuvering threw can be like a game of tetris especially with all the staff. read more

Very rude manager to my wife who was trying to exchange a defective item. She's spent plenty of money at this store in the past and was treated extremely rude by the manager on duty this evening 10-13-24. She was shoved back the item and said "sorry boo" I can't help you because this is 5 days past the return policy. Even though she's been a long time customer and was even prepared to buy more items. My wife, obviously frustrated, calmly told her that was very unprofessional to shove it back and call her "boo". Then the manager yelled "Well, God Bless you." Making a scene. Terrible store and waste of your time/money. We will be taking our businesses elsewhere. If you're the owner or GM of the store you may want to reconsider your management. Terrible leadership and representation of your store. Even the associates apologized to my wife for her behavior. read more

15 minutes ago NEW Place to avoid from racist people as my wife got rejected to provide the service what was booked for. My wife 10 minutes delayed due to bad weather conditions, though called them after 7 minutes from the booked time, no one picked that. As per them, as per their policy, we need to call them 10 minutes before for the delay, and no way they can provide their service. read more

Very terrible customer services these ladies are cleaning up so ready to leave instead of asking customers can you help them. This is truly sad to be wanting to spend so much money and needing help and no one is available to assist you. Very rude and inconsiderate I find it very disrespectful to see a customer constantly asking walking around looking and you walk past them emptying the trash can. This is the best Sephora! I am not sure why there are bad reviews. It can get REALLY busy, but the employees are always friendly and acknowledge you even if they're with someone. Worst customer service of any Sephora I've ever been to. I've been to this location four times and I've never felt welcomed. I'd get a generic 'welcome in' and nothing else. I have to seek out employees for assistance and each time they've been grouped together chatting. Would rather drive further to another location or just buy online. read more
