Went here for a 90 minute prenatal massage. I was greeted by the front desk who was friendly and…read morehelpful when walking me through the intake questionnaire. I met the massage therapist who was also very kind and friendly. They had me lay on my side for the massage. However, they only spent about 10-15 minutes on each side and didn't address my concerns in my lower back or shoulders much. There was very little pressure and just light rubbing. Then the massage therapist got to my feet. I was taken aback because he spent at least 45 minutes to an hour massaging my feet. I'm not exaggerating. at times I would look down and he wasn't even really massaging, just holding my feet. I can't believe I spent as much money as I did to get an hour foot "massage". The staff is friendly but pushes the membership. After that, I was not interested in signing up. Please look elsewhere for a prenatal massage. Edited to add- I've tried calling a few times like they asked in their response and haven't gotten a call back. Even after leaving a message. They don't seem to really care.
