They were having pretty simple half updos and left in tears because they didn't like their hair and had no time to get ready. We literally had to completely take out their hair and redo it as quick as we could to make it to pictures. This was supposed to be a fun experience and it wasn't. $150 dollars later all we were left with was miserable girls and me redoing their hairstyles and recurling their hair. When I reached out to the salon owner she told me if she refunded me the stylists wouldn't get paid and made me feel horrible about that. She offered conditioning treatments for my girls' hair instead but they didn't want to go back ever after their experience. Overall, I like this place and think it is great for all your basic maintenance needs. Okay I had to update my review because I completely forgot about my favorite thing about facial bar that is completely unique to them, based on the salons I have been to. Anne-Marie! I am not sure if she is a scheduler for every location or works at just one of the locations BUT she periodically reaches out to me asking if I want to book anything if I haven't been there for a long time. This is great because if I do, I can text her back and let her know what location I want to go to and what my schedule is and she will find me the perfect window. If I need to reschedule, I can text her and she will find me a good appointment to reschedule to. Of course, you can do this through their website or emails but it is so so nice to have someone to talk to that helps you right away. She definitely puts facial bar into the 5 star category!
