I love to get everything from candles and bar soaps to hand sanitizer and lotion here. The sales are pretty good and the staff is great about helping out since sometimes it can be hard to keep track of sales, rewards, etc. I also love that they use paper bags instead of plastic. Most of the hand sanitizers are vegan now so that's cool.

I was out of gel polish remover and needed it pronto so I came by here to pick some up. The store was very clean and organized and I was able to track down what I was looking for easily. The person at the counter answered my questions and checked me out in a breeze. Before you knew it was at home getting the job done. The remover I got was around $10 and worked really well. I would definitely come back here the next time I need some beauty items.

I understand that the name has been changed from Sally's to Sally's Beauty Supply to invite customers who may be in need of a broader base of hair, makeup, nail polishes and tools, dryers, combs, etc. to cover a larger gamut of supplies that may be needed for women. They even offer an extended product line for men, that I wasn't aware they had. So, if men are looking for a wider range of professional hair products, manicure equipment and the like than they would find in a typical department store, they can be found here. All of their products are professional grade and the staff are super friendly, answer all your questions and are very helpful. My wife had been looking for a good, quality, professional set of hair curlers and with the help of the staff, found them. It was nice to know that if they didn't prove to be helpful, she could bring them back for an exchange or full refund. While we were there, a husband and wife, two of my ESL students, came into the store. They spoke Portuguese and very little English. They and the staff helping them were initially frustrated trying to communicate what she wanted for herself. My friends were trying to let the staff understand what they needed by repeatedly typing into their smartphone for an English translation. But, when using a device for translation, you really need to have a pretty good idea of what you are wanting to say. She wanted something for her thinning hair to prevent it from breaking and falling out. That message is hard to translate. As hard as the staff was trying to get the idea, it just wasn't happening. I was glad to be in the store and notice the problem. With the little bit of Portuguese that I know, I was able to ease the frustration and help the staff understand what they wanted to buy. Although, with as much patience and effort (gestures, broken English, etc.,) they would have been able to understand what was needed. I applaud the helpfulness, and willingness of Sally's Beauty Supply to patiently go the extra mile to assist their customers.

There is ample park since the rest of the locations within the strip mall were also pretty dead. It is important to note that this is a store that you must have a professional license to shop at. This is not open to the general public. If you are in a pinch, I assume this location will suffice.

I am not happy with Rose Beauty Supply. In good faith I bought a wig and when I tried it on at…read morehome, it would not even fit on my head. I checked to see if the straps under the wig were adjusted too tight but they weren't. I tried and came to the conclusion that this wig was for a child. I am a thin 5'9" woman with a normal sized head. I read Rose Beauty's return policy stating that they do not accept returns on wigs. I took the wig back the next day and told the lady at the cash register I understood their return policy of no returns, but the wig was made for a child misrepresented as an adult wig & I will take products in lieu of a cash refund. She called said no, then called someone who said no. It is not right they can sell a product under false circumstances and I cannot get a satisfactory result. They will never get a cent from me and I will spread the word about how I was treated.

I let her know that I heard him make that call, I paid the one dollar that they so desperately needed and left. I will never return back to that store. They clearly have an issue with melanin people and they had the nerve to be playing Christian music over their intercom. I understand why their store was empty.
