Very disappointed with my experience…read more I paid $160 to have my 17-year-old daughter's hair done with Miracle Knots. Unfortunately, shortly after the appointment, the hair started slipping badly from the braids. In my opinion, the knots were poorly installed and were not done properly, which is why the hair was slipping from the braids. I came back to address the issue because the installation simply did not hold up. I understand that a redo would not be free because it takes additional time and work. However, after paying $160 for the original service, I expected more than a $10 discount. Honestly, the discount felt insulting considering the quality of the installation and the fact that the issue resulted from the knots not being done properly in the first place. I was very disappointed with both the quality of the work and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend this service and personally would not return.

She had the perfect mixed salt and pepper hair, amazing she did the entire work herself where others took over 5 hours and three people! The price was perfect for her work and atmosphere , plus it was cool to let her do recordings and training others how to braid. Im definitely going back! She also has natural oils that are BETTER for the scalp!

They withheld a lot of important information that they knew I wasn't aware of since I was getting the service for the first time, and then blamed me apparently for not saying the magic words which would have prevented them from DESTROYING may hair. It is falling out, breaking off, impossible to comb, and will take YEARS to grow back. These awful women are full grown mean girls. They never apologized, would not issue a refund, and were rude, snotty, stuck up, and looking right down their nose at me the entire time. They severely negatively impacted my life in multiple ways and I hope they get that back times ten. These horrible women deserve it. They should not be in business.

I have trusted Autumn Queen with my hair for well over 10 years. She is a master at her craft!!!…read more She and her business partner Megan Schmidt went off on their own just over a year ago starting Identity Atelier and I of course followed them. Currently they have a space in the Dublin Salon Lofts on Sawmill Road near 270. They do plan on finding a permanent space if their own when the ideal space becomes available. COVID threw its own wrench in the search. The space they are in now is definitely sufficient, it allows them to do their magic on all their clients hair, which is all we need. Autumn is not only a wizard with color but she is a genius with my hair cut. I always tell her that watching her makes me think that she must be really good at geometry with all the angles she pulls my hair in to cut it. My layers always come out fabulous and she gives my very fine, limp hair bounce and life. How she does that I have no idea, it is almost like she is a magician. At Identity Atelier they use only the best products for your hair. The color they use is called Davines and it does wonder for all hair types. It makes my hair look healthy, shiny, and fresh. The products they also use in my hair are top notch. The "spotlight" conditioner is my absolute favorite, it makes my hair feel so luxurious and it looks so shiny. Shortly after opening Identity Atelier they hired Danielle Cummings. They took her through their very own Initial Skills Certification Program, which she did with such skill and precision. I am told that they are bringing on another stylist in January named Chad. I am certain her will go through the same certification program with them. I can not say enough great things about Autumn, Megan, Danielle and just the atmosphere at Identity Atelier. They want to help make you feel the best you can!!! Give them a call and schedule an appointment, you will truly thank me.

Oooh she needs more than five stars!…read more If you are reading this now, you have found the colorist to go to. I cannot express how talented a colorist she is... she really is just magical I found Tina through a yelp search after a stylist earlier that week gave me the weirdest highlights making me not feel good about my appearance. I was a bit nervous as I knew no one who went to her but all her reviews were good, so I took a chance and booked with her. So glad I did! Her shop is easy to find, right off Zarley kind of behind the vet and across from Trove Furniture. The moment I walked into her shop I knew she was going to be great. The shop was spotless. She is the sole stylist and the shop has a warm a comfortable vibe. From the moment I sat in her chair she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I knew I had found the right person. Tina not only fixed the other stylist's many mistakes but she made my hair transform from a once brassy weird brown mess into the most amazing shade of blonde. It looks so vibrant and the highlights seem so natural! I can pull my hair into a ponytail and its now all the same shade. I will be going back to Tina! I will also be telling everyone looking for a stylist to call her immediately. She is fabulous. Don't think twice. Book now!
