I was seated right away after checking in and the place definitely has a spa vibe (colors, lighting, pleasant scent, comfy bench seating) vs. a typical nail salon and the pricing definitely reflects that--$65 for a spa pedicure. A free smoothie comes with a spa pedicure, which is a nice touch, but my nail tech disappeared for a full 15 minutes to make it. I specifically requested not to have my cuticles cut, but she seemed to ignore that. She also disappeared for another long stretch in the middle of the pedicure while my feet were soaking in an odd goo solution. I expected the pedicure to take no more than 1 hour so I got a little twitchy at how long the upfront soaking process took. She sped up the end when I asked so the whole thing took 1:15, but 2 women who were there when I arrived where still there when I left, so if you go, plan on a long, relaxing experience and budget 1:30 to be safe. This could definitely be a 4 star kind of place, but based on my experience this time vs. the price, I had to go with 3. I would go back though for another try though. Quick tip: if you subscribe to the Crestview Hills Town Centre email, they occasionally run specials in it.

I went to get my eye brows dyed. My regular hairdresser spends 2 hours doing my hair and only charges $70! It is a shame these simple services, cost so much when so little time and very cheap materials are involved. Today, I'm trying Sableux. I haven't had good luck with their pedicures or massages, but maybe they can dye eye brows.

I wouldn't normally go out of my way to rate a store such as this, but I was so over the top…read moreimpressed at this location, I had to give them props. I was in this area for my bday and had a reward from VS for a free panty only usable on the day of your bday (received via email, sign up ladies!). Not only does this store have a huge selection, but of many VS stores I have been in, the associates here were actually nice and helpful instead of rude and fake. Now VS is not just for lingerie, they have clothing, pjs (comfy not slutty), workout clothing, bath and body products, fragrance, and I even purchased a really cute polar bear keychain on clearance. I was asking when they will get their St Pats stuff in, and although they didn't know, they told me to call in and check because they often receive it before it appears on the website! Only downside, limited parking.

Had a GREAT experience here. I never shop at VS except for undies (I don't think I own a pair that…read morearen't from there!) BUT my cousin asked me to take her for the sale so I went in not thinking about buying anything. I realized that I needed bra's and had Caitlyn (sp?) measure me. She picked out several bra's for me...I loved them all! This girl is AWESOME at her job. I couldn't stop talking about it ha I ended up getting 3 $45 bras, 5 pairs of undies AND a cute Red's jersey. $200+ dollars later... I have nothing but great things to say about my experience! :)

I've been buying Merle Norman cosmetics for about 20 years. This lady that I just encountered was…read moreridiculous. First off I called to see what their hours were and there was no answer. The machine said if they didn't answer they were helping other customers. Few minutes later I arrived to an empty store with the lady in the back. When she came out I asked her for pressed powder. And she said where I was looking was not it. I must've interrupted her because she seem to have an attitude with me. She then asked me what color I was. I said all of my stuff is packed we're passing through I don't know the color. She responded as she threw up her arms, well I can't read your mind! I politely responded, well I know you can't read my mind. But I figured you were used to doing this and you could tell by my color of my face what color I might be and help me out. This began her trying to backpedal her way out of treating me like crud. When I asked if she owned the business I think that's when she got nervous. Her name is Lynn and she is the manager. At that point, she really quickly figured out my color. I called my daughter to make sure it was the right color, and it was. I bought it because I needed it. But I really wanted to step out of there. There's no reason to ever treat a customer like that. Knowing that I was clearly upset by now. And was about to leave. And none of her other comments about liking the color of my sweatshirt. We're working. She finally said I was just joking about the comment about reading your mind. I chuckled as I walked out of the store. Ridiculous, the owner needs to rethink her management skills.
