Many testers were missing, and some stock was noticeably sold out. I did really like some of the new products that have been added to the line up, and it's what I do expect from Sephora. A few old tried and true products were absent, but trends do change... I'd really recommend stopping into the store if you haven't been there for a while. It's got a great selection, is brighter than ever, and walking the aisles makes me smile. As a pro artist, who enters with zero on my face, you may find it amusing that I left the store with a full face that I happily applied myself, while wearing a new fragrance! Did they get the sale??? NOPE but I'm VIB ROUGE, I went home and purchased it online because no one could be bothered with me

I asked employee for internet access so I could accesss my account. She did not know how to grant access. Another employee tried to look up acct using my phone number. Could not find me. I ordered top on line, picked it up in Flowood. Never in 17 years did i encounter such problems at JCPENNEY in Covington, LA. Would walk in, sales associate eould ask for phone number and there was the information needed. Return or exchange completed in a couple of minutes. Don't expect Flowood Penneys will remain in business long with this type of customer service. They already have reduced business hours with only one register open to handle returns. Tried calling store, only number given was for Salon and Jewelry. Tried both extensions, no answer. When I passed jewelry counter 2 employees were having a friendly chat.

Someone put a leash on me because I am out of control! Lush is by far my favorite cosmetic company…read morefor a plethora of reasons. They are cruelty free, never test on animals, committed to using all natural ingredients and their products just plain rock. They all smell wonderful and work beautifully. I probably should not let this out but every year on Boxing Day Lush starts it's one and only sale of the year, where they put all Christmas items including those huge gifts with like 50 different products in a very cute reusable hat boxes for buy one, get one free. Yeah. What isn't BOGO is half off. Needless to say, I and all the other Lush junkies in the world go a wee bit cray at this time of year. I'd like to use this opportunity to let you know about all the awesome products I like to get and how to keep them fresh until you need to use them. Soaps My favorite of the Lush line, I buy a lot of their soaps. My absolute favorite is Karma, but really I love them all. Their soap, if you notice, does have an expiration date (fresh, organic ingredients tend to). Here's what I suggest. Use a knife to slice of a piece of your soap large enough to use for a week or so. Wrap the remainder in the wrapping it came in or but it in a zip lock bag and put it in the freezer. There it will remain fresh and ready to go for when you need a new slice. Just make sure your friends and family don't mistake it for a yummy smelling popsicle, because although they could eat it doesn't mean they should. :) Bath Bombs Just store these in a cool dry place like a medicine cabinet until you're ready to use them. These are awesome for a fizzy, colorful and sweetly scented bath. Bubble Bars Love these as well for a colorful bubble bath that smells so good. Bubble bars are usually good for two or even three baths. Just break off a chunk of one and store the rest in it's original package in the medicine cabinet next to those bath bombs. Body Powder These come in a bottle that isn't the sprinkle kind. Just be careful to put a little in your hands and then apply it where you'd like it so you don't over do it. Solid Shampoo Bars and Scrubs Lush sells tins just for storing these treats. Get a few! Or find something similar to do so. This will keep it safe and dry in between uses and not melt away down the drain. That would be a travesty. Padlock This is not a Lush product but I suggest investing in one. Just the other day my daughter told me she used to sneak in my bathroom and use a certain facial scrub (Ocean Salt) while I wasn't around. =) I get it though. Just know that if you're hoarding a bunch of Lush swag, you're putting yourself at risk for creating another Lush addict who will fight you at the sale to get that last bath bomb. Just saying.

Once you're out of the Sears in the main mall, turn right and you'll be right where your addiction leads you. The store is now open for in store purchases again but I still really enjoy the convenience of shopping from home and in store pick up. Even with only seeing me in a mask, I'm apparently recognizable given my regular hauls since reopening in general. With Covid, I have really struggled to entertain myself at home. Enter Lush bath bombs, bath oils, shower bombs, body conditioners, shower jellies and scrubs. My wallet is a little lighter but I smell amazing and my skin is so crazy hydrated! If you've never stopped in, take my story as a cautionary tale of Lush addiction. But if you do, you're definitely taking huge steps towards self care. Side note: I've visited other stores during this pandemic and they have offered personalized samples. I'm looking forward to this store bouncing back to doing this again. Some of the samples I receive are just such a waste on me.

This store does not have "no refunds" posted anywhere in the store. They told me that they don't have to post it. If so I would never purchased anything. Do yourself and favor and read the reviews on foreverflawless.com. The reviews are so bad that you have to read a "company response" before you can see the actual review. The reviews are the worst of have ever read. When I realized that I was sold snake oil, I decided to return to the store and demand and refund. I drove to that store THREE times before I was given a refund. Each time I was told multiple lies and excuses for me to leave. I called mall management, they know what's going on and they don't care. I called my credit card company, they started a fraud investigation. I called the store raising hell and was told to come in tomorrow for a refund. It only took a seconds for them to refund my money. It was a miracle, the computers were working all of a sudden, and the guy who told me that he wasn't the manager must have gotten a promotion. Because he was suddenly the manager that day. The worst part was when I was leaving the manager told me that my refund was not a lot of money to them. Really? Then why did it take 7 days to give it? DON'T GIVE UP. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR LIES. GET YOUR REFUND! Check out foreverflawlessexposed.com too. Good luck. *Shame on the Mall of Louisiana for allowing this to happen.

I finished trying on clothes at 7:30 and was not quite sold on purchasing them yet. I went up to this lady (who i assume is the same one I overheard in the fitting rooms with an attitude to other customers) and politely asked if i could place these items on hold. To my understanding and from previous experience, I've never had issues with putting an item on hold at dillards. She very rudely replied "No we close in 10 minutes." Mind you, their online hours say they don't close until 8 and it was now 7:34. I continued to clarify that I mean until end of business day tomorrow (I worked retail for 2 years and we were able to hold for 24 hours) She then again with an attitude said no. Regardless of if they can or can't wasn't the problem, the problem lies with how this woman spoke to me. Like girl... do better... be nicer to people..... Just bc you're in a bad mood doesn't mean it's acceptable to talk to other women that way for no reason.
