I was referred to Dr. Howell and already knew he was going to be great but I was still shocked at just how great! Upon entering, I was already at ease with the waterfall near the entrance, such a calming vibe! The clinic is super clean, bright and modern! The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. I filled out my new patient paperwork and sat less than 5 mins before I was called back by a physicians assistant. (I didn't get her name but she was amazing also). She went over everything with me, talked to me about different options, showed me the different filler types and let me feel them on a display. Very informative and helpful without being pushy at all. She numbed me, took before photos and I waited a few mins for Dr. Howell to come in. He was very friendly and has very good energy!! (I'm big on reading peoples vibes and the energy they give off) I never for a second felt nervous or scared! Dr. Howell gave me time to discuss my concerns and wants. Every issue I had was addressed and I am just so happy! I had undereye filler, chin filler, lip filler & Botox! It was my first time for the undereye and I am soooo pleased! I look so refreshed and well rested! Like a woman who gets 10 hours a sleep every night lol. I look and feel exactly how I had hoped! Younger & more confident! The rest of the staff, the clinic coordinator, the NPs and assistants, all amazing! Very sweet, helpful and just incredible! I can't recommend Dr. Howell and his staff enough! The practice offers numerous services all of which are explained if inquired about. The spa is great and super relaxing. I've seen Dr Shannon for many years and she is by far one of the best to see for any skin concerns.

Even though i cancelled my appointment one week in advance, they charged me and kept my deposit. When I arrived, I was first told I "needed" 90 units -- which would have cost $900. I was then told about the 50-unit minimum, which I had never seen listed on the original ad. I called back trying to work it out by asking if I could simply purchase regular-priced Botox by the unit instead. The ad said their regular price is $13/unit, but I was told that the regular price is $16/unit, and that they would not open a vial for a small number of units. I asked for my deposit back since the pricing and requirements were not clearly disclosed. They kept my $50 deposit. I'm sharing this so others know to read every page carefully. The minimum purchase requirement and price inconsistencies were not made clear up front. I hope the business updates its advertising to be more transparent.
