Jodie is so sweet, accommodating & gentle. She uses top quality skin care products and explained each step. It was satisfying seeing all the gunk that the hydro suction machine removed from my pores. Do yourself a favor and book your hydro facial today! I plan on getting the longer version so that I can receive an extra 30 minutes of relaxing massage time. However, the "express" hydro facial was amazing!

I've been to several artists in the Baton Rouge area and was never completely satisfied with the entire look. Either I was too light, too dark, too oily, or too dry, or I didn't like my eyebrows, etc. With Shi I can truly say that I have been the most satisfied with the entire look! Her place is tiny and she only accommodates one at a time but I have no issues with that. She is very nice and has a good business ethic. Booking is easy and done online. I have gone numerous times and have never had a problems getting an appointment. I always book the Glamorous full look. Even though it's full, it's not a lot of product and still looks natural. Book with her and you won't be disappointed.

Today is 12/29 and I've lost 3 and there are others lifting. The vibe of the nail salon went well and Nathalie did well on my toes and my daughter's gel mani/pedi. I'd give this place another shot but NOT doing dip powder! It doesn't last at all.

I checked in on the screen and when she asked me a question i said i had an appt. At 10:04am i was invited to sit at a station. My appt did not get started until 10:40AM. There was apparently confusion with the booking and my service was only offered by two ppl who were already assisting other clients. No one made me aware of this until about 10:30 when i grabbed my purse and stood up to leave. No one offered me a bottle of water or anything. Once my appt started she applied a few nails on one hand then swapped out with another tech. (I believe the first tech was the owner & second was Michelle) Once she got settled and started everything went well. My finished product was nice. I would return to give them another chance and hope that the booking error was one off. I had to attend a graduation in another city, so getting a 50 min delay on an appt was VERY unfortunate.

A host is there waiting for you as soon as you walk in, which I love (I personally hate when I walk into a nail salon and they yell, "how can I help you??" And I have to yell back that I want my upper lip waxed, it's embarrassing when there's a room full of people now staring in your lady mustache ) but not at this place! You can walk in and talk barely above a whisper to the host to tell them exactly what you're there for. I did make an appointment on a Tuesday evening and I showed up early for it and was seated right away for my pedicure and manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure came out great ! Will definitely be back for this again! I also noticed they did waxing and other "permanent makeup" procedures such as eye brows and I will say I'm interested in doing one of these services next. It looks like a lot of people get their brows done here from the other reviews I saw. The people working there also all had very good eyebrows and I don't think that's a coincidence.

The balayage I had gotten was essentially pitch black roots with blonde at the bottom (ugh!). After one appointment with Amira, my blonde was back and looking fabulous! After my first appointment, I was hooked and have been regularly coming for cuts/colors and high-gloss treatments, which have brought life to my dry and damanged swimmer hair. My hair has completely changed texture over the past two years, going from a ratty mess to soft and smooth. On top of the fantastic work, Amira also looks out for her clients by making suggestions that are best for them, rather than the best for profits. I've never gone to another stylist at Trilogy, but I've only seen awesome work! Aside from the beautiful hair, you can't beat the environment. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth! 10/10 recommend!
