The second time I was there, The doctor seemed rushed and disinterested in what I had to say. I was concerned about a spot for cancer, he looked at the spot for five seconds, and did a quick scan of my body maybe one minute, and he brushed it off and said you're fine. The (second) experience made me so nervous. I set up another appointment which I had to wait a long time for at University Hospital, where indeed yes I am fine however, they took an extra few minutes with me looking, and explaining, and that made all the difference.

This is after during the process mom and her told the beauty specialist they weren't happy with the amount of foundation being used. It's 14 year old skin, they don't need that much makeup nor should they be wearing that much. And to make matters worse the lady told my daughter she is not taking care of her face appropriately and if she uses their product she wouldn't have acne. And don't get me started on the dark lipstick she put on. Hours were spent after to get her looking right. Complete botch!

Went in to look at dyes and had already picked out a bleach kit to do my hair, the sales associate…read morehad approached me told me I didn't want that kit and handed me a tube of bleach instead which I thought was odd but figured she knew more about hair products so dismissed it and put back the kit. I had seen her also give the customer before me the same tube so thought it was just a good product. I was wrong, I had realized after I had gotten home to do my hair and the bleach didn't work at all that she most likely just had to make a sales quota. (Had to go buy a bleach kit from another store) She had also helped me pick out two dyes a blue dye and black. Neither of them turned out the color they were suppose to the blue came out grayish and the black came out reddish brown. I ended up just going to Wal-Mart and buying dye there after these products failed and came out awful. Long story short probably never going to buy their products again after wasting $46 dollars on garbage products.
