One star because 0 isn't an option, nor is negative. Laleh agreed to see my daughter, who she knew in a personal capacity, in regards to a conglomerate of medical issues occurring, one of which symptoms is hair loss. Laleh assured her she would not stop until she had an answer. Instead, Laleh judged, made a psychological diagnosis which is far from her field of expertise and made my daughter feel like she was losing her mind. Meanwhile, my daughter has a psych and therapist - neither of which gave her or agreed with this misfounded psych diagnosis. Fast forward and my daughter's hormones, thyroid and sugar/iron processing are WAY off. It took one doctor to look at her labs more closely and see this is PMOS, atypical presentation, and not at all behavioral. I truly hope Laleh does better for other children but I would approach with caution. She doesn't listen, she harshly talks down to patients (friend was with daughter and both were at a loss for words) and gives psychological diagnoses with no actual DSMV backing. Do better for women, medical professionals - do better. And I hope you sleep well knowing you totally missed a systemic issue that a young woman was begging you for help on and you made her afraid of medical professionals due to your unfounded nasty comments. read more

Have decided to leave this establishment and go elsewhere. These docs and PAs treat aged patients with disrespect. I've seen and witnessed the way they treat us...as though we're bothering them read more

Been here twice, both times Got in quickly. The first time I was having allergic reaction and they helped me out and I was really happy. The second time I was there, The doctor seemed rushed and disinterested in what I had to say. I was concerned about a spot for cancer, he looked at the spot for five seconds, and did a quick scan of my body maybe one minute, and he brushed it off and said you're fine. The (second) experience made me so nervous. I set up another appointment which I had to wait a long time for at University Hospital, where indeed yes I am fine however, they took an extra few minutes with me looking, and explaining, and that made all the difference. read more

I have seen Dr . Paul Bedocs four times for removal of skin cancer. His staff as well as the doctor are fantastic. I do not have to wait forever and they move through the visit very quickly but professionally. They are very polite and friendly but also very professional. The administering of the pain killer before surgery is completely without pain. Dr Bedocs surgery scars are as small and faint as if I went to a plastic surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Bedocs and his staff! read more

Just don't go here. Especially if you have skin cancer or something serious. I had skin cancer that was missed not once, but twice at my yearly skin check with the dermatologist (even after showing it to her!!) Finally the third time I came in with a different provider she agreed the spot was suspicious and suggested I have the spot biopsied, and it turned out to be skin cancer. when I didn't hear about the biopsy results for over a week, I went online to see if I could find them and saw that it had been resulted five days prior and nobody from the office had called me to tell me I had skin cancer. I had to call them. It was removed and now six months later it has re-occurred. I was also given lots of misinformation from their staff. for example, she told me the type of skin cancer I had NEVER spreads it isn't even possible. Well, that is not correct. It rarely spreads but it can and now that I've had it for three years undiagnosed and it has reoccurred so quickly it is definitely possible that it has spread. They truly do not know what they are doing there. It's terrifying. I will be going elsewhere for treatment and hoping it hasn't spread at this point. also, very unfortunate. I will have to go through the whole process & cost of having this removed again because it wasn't treated properly the first time at this office. read more

DO NOT SEE THE NURSE PRACTITIONER RENEE! As if any further stress was needed over the past 2 years, chose this practice because of positive reviews, they don't know what they're doing! Was misdiagnosed with what they said were warts on my face, rushed through appointments, did not answer my questions properly, then was put through painful repeated injections for months. Nothing worked! Today, I went to new Dr, and learned I just have oil clogged pores!!! ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT IN THE MOST COMMON SKIN ISSUES. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR INSURANCE!!!!! SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE 0 STARS BUT DONT WANT SOMEONE ELSE HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE SAME. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Jennifer Gould at Dermatology Partners for quite a few years (5, maybe?). Dr. Gould is extremely friendly and professional, and good at what she does. I had a skin problem that was making me miserable. She suspected the issue was the result of a larger problem, had me get blood tests run, and, in doing so, I was able to find the cause of the problem and treat that instead of trying to treat the symptom. I've also had a mole removed and some other things done, and couldn't be happier with Dr. Gould and the rest of the staff at Dermatology Partners. The staff is friendly and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. My most recent appointment was at 7:40 am, which meant I could go before work, which is awesome. I think the office hours of the doctors depend on the locations and different days they're at that office. This practice has three locations - Broadview Heights, Avon and Sandusky. They offer adult and pediatric dermatology. botox, chemical peels, etc. My advice is if you're having a problem or suspect something might be wrong, make an appointment now. Don't wait. Bonus - they have free sample sizes of lotions, body wash, sunscreen in their waiting room. read more

I love this practice! I have been through multiple dermatology offices over the years and Dermatology Partners is the first practice I've been to where you are actually able to schedule and appointment without waiting months. I've seen both Dr. Paul Bedocs and Dr. Laleh Bedocs and they are both exceptional. They are so knowledgable and clearly care about their patients as individual. Although it's a very busy practice, I never feel rushed, and I feel that the doctors take their time to really listen to and address my concerns. I'm very happy with this practice and happy to have found the right practice for myself and my family. read more

Three stars is solely based on the front desk, Lisa at the front is incredibly rude to guests. I saw Dr. Gould, she is a gem! So sweet. The room are very clean, they even smell clean! Love it! The staff is great as well. The front desk can use some work, but we all have a bad day once and awhile. read more

I have been to this office twice in the past...once for myself and once for my daughter...both times were pretty good experiences. Recently I called the office to schedule an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist was extremely RUDE! She made me feel like I was being a huge bother to her! No one should ever be treated like that! I went on to schedule an appointment anyway but the more I thought about it the more I decided that I didn't want to give my business to a place that had people like that working for them! There was no reason for her rudeness...it it totally unacceptable! As far as I am concerned, she is bad for business! So, needless to say...I cancelled my appointment and made one somewhere else where they actually know how to treat people! I work in retail and I come across a variety of people everyday and I have never treated anyone in this manner nor would I ever! Especially for no reason at all! My advice to this office is to get a new receptionist before you lose more business! Thank you, Therese Kappa read more

My first time visiting this office, I saw Dr. L. Bedocs. She was wonderful; very informative, patient and had great bedside manner. I had a chemical peel done and all of my questions were answered before the procedure. My skin feels fantastic, just hours after the peel, can't wait to start seeing results. I look forward to going back for another peel next month. Definitely recommend! read more

4 minutes for 40 dollar copay, I have spots that are scabby and bleed at times. He took a 30 second look said it was age spots welcome to getting older. They are growing rapidly, I had to ask him to take a closer look, he looked at my arm with a spectacle for a good 5 seconds and said I was fine...I cant even afford a second opinion...I also did not like the picture they took of me in the office even after I asked them not to. said she needed it to spot me in the waiting room, what....?? as though my license and insurance card was not enough for identification, they take a photo of me when I feel like crap. I have great insurance, I pay my bills, I literally left there thinking what the hell! I see why there is quick appointments. People were flowing at a high rate of speed, what are the doctors doing, I couldn't even ask questions without feeling pressed. Wish my experience was as positive as the other reviews. Hope for their sakes when I can afford that second opinion that there really is nothing..if there is, on the other hand they will be held accountable! read more

If I could I would give it a zero out of five. Dr. Gould is a great, lovely physician but having to deal with her rude staff might not be worth it. I am in such disbelief on the way an employee of hers spoke to me. It honestly ruined my day. I won't be returning. read more

I've been to a number of dermatologist in my life, and this is hands down the worst one I've ever been to. Front desk staff was incredibly rude, never wanted to help or answer my questions it got the point where my mom had to call them even though I am an adult! My doctor was very dismissive of me and decided to give me accutane after talking to me after 2 mins, accutane is never the first suggestion for acne it is the last. After seeing this doctor for a few months they switched my doctors without saying anything to me just started scheduling me with a new one. That was very disappointing because the new doctor didn't understand where I was in my battle with acne let alone on accutane. Only have it two starts because my last appointment I had with them which was scheduled with yet again another new doctor was actually very nice but I can't remember her name. This place did not make me feel welcome whatsoever. read more

I highly recommend this practice! From the warm, welcoming and professional administrative staff to the knowledgeable and caring doctors and medical assistants (like Kathleen!), Dermatology Partners is the place to be! I receive excellent care from Dr. Cevasco (with added humor provided at no cost!). Regardless of the service or procedure, I leave confident that knowing I made the right choice! read more

Went to see Dr Bedocs for my initial visit. Had a 40 dollar co pay which I expected to pay. During the visit, Dr Bedocs noticed 7 or 8 old age spots which I didn't know I had. They were zapped with a freeze to remove them. After the visit, I received a 260.00 bill for the removal of the spots. My insurance said they were cosmetic and not covered. It would have been nice to have been told by the Doctor or his office the freezing of the spots were not covered or may not be covered. A simple call to Ohio Med by his Office should have been made. Maybe a 260.00 bill is no big deal in the Doctos office but to a retiree its a lot of money. I am sure this must of happened to others and likely their insurance didn't cover either. Total incompetence at front desk. I was completely ignored. Waited nearly an hour before I gave up and left. Never even saw Dr. Bedocs. Would not recommend Dermatology Partners to anybody. read more
