I used to make occasional purchases at this Avon Kiosk, and was always happy with the quality and…read morereasonable prices of the merchandise. The experience I had there today, however, made me never want to go back: I spent a little over $20 and paid by credit card. The sales lady was very friendly, asked if I wanted my receipt in the bag or not. I put the receipt in my wallet, took the bag and left. A few hours later, when I habitually checked my credit card activity for the day, I saw that the amount spent at the Avon Kiosk was charged TWICE. I called the number on the receipt to make sure there was no problem. I spoke with a different sales lady, who appeared to be the manager. She was not at all friendly, said I never signed a credit slip. I was never asked to sign a credit slip. How did it matter, since the amount was charged....twice! Then the sales person said: "Well you just stormed outa there without paying". WHAT? I did pay and have the receipt to prove it! The only problem was, the charge was put through TWICE. Then (and only then) the sales woman told me the initial charge didn't go through, and it would "fall off" in a day or two. Why was this not the first thing I was told? Instead I'm accused of "running off without paying"? I did nothing wrong, but was spoken to like I had caused the store trouble. The end of it was that the sales person I spoke with hung up while I was still speaking. Her tone, attitude and unprofessional behavior was something I had not experienced before. To make a mistake does not have to be a problem, but to find fault with someone who has an issue with a mistake made by a cashier, even calling the customer dishonest (running off without paying?) is extremely offensive. A simple apology and explanation was all the situation called for. The overall rudeness and insults were inexcusable. - I usually give glowing reviews, because most places of business are truly wonderful. In this rare case I am not only unable to recommend the establishment, but must actually warn people NOT to go there. My experience was profoundly negative.

I love Sephora because all the products are laid out very neatly and appeasing to the eye. It's always a fun experience for someone as myself who is starting to get into wearing makeup. Depending on what brand you buy and how many items you purchase plus your budget, you may end up spending alot of money. Prices are definitely not cheap but it is also reasonable, for example, if you just purchase one quality lipstick, you shouldn't spend more than $20. I purchased a Sephora brand dark pink liquid lipstick and I received a few samples of products from Sephora too. I've worn this lipstick and love it. I'm always complimented by others on how the colour pops against my skin tone. There are a lot of brands (Fenty Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Rare Beauty, etc) in Sephora so if you feel unsure of where to start, ask a staff member to assist you. The friend who I was with wears makeup akmost daily so she was a helpful guide for me as I navigated the store. All your makeup and skincare needs are here at Sephora including a men's section. The store is impressively spacious, allowing for easy navigation through well-organized aisles without the usual crowding or clutter. You don't feel constrained at all walking the aisles. It feels like a Giant Eagle or another well designed store. From the moment you enter, it's clear that cleanliness is a top priority--the floors are spotless, shelves are neatly stocked, and the overall environment feels well-maintained and welcoming. To be very honest, I was blown away. Staff members are courteous and efficient, contributing to the calm and orderly atmosphere. Whether you're picking up everyday essentials, exploring seasonal items, or browsing their closeout section, the layout makes the experience pleasant and efficient. I very quickly checkout through Customer Service in the last hour of the store being open. The clerk was super pleasant considering especially that it was the end of the day. Value! Value is unmatched here. There were a lot of cute ethnic looking trinkets in the Closeouts, some very cute Target clothes (up to around 10 bucks), and lots of home decor. Everything was super organized and I easily browsed it all. I spent $20 on sour cream, and closeouts (Hello Kitty sweater, pan, and plate). I thought that it was pretty reasonable. I also was peeking at this weekender bag but to be honest I have so many of them that I don't need one more. Lastly, the store has a lot of flowers outside for all your gardening needs. Herbs too! I walked through to look and they all looked well taken care of. Really healthy plants and huge selection.
