I had sort of a hair emergency (LOL) and I needed a quick style so that is why I bought the wig. I never wear wigs. The wig was cheap and I only wore it once to attend a function. What a surprise to find out they won't' allow you to speak to anyone in the refund department. They have to 'escalate' your call. (why wasn't my call escalated the first 8 times I called? Now I am at the mercy of the supervisor to review my file and contact Fed Ex. Oh yes, that is correct, they won't refund my money until they contact Fed Ex and they get their couch back.
