Well, I had an issue with this last one I received the other day as the container they sent it in was too small for the amount of flowers to live past the first day. The day after I received them, when I got to work they were all falling over, petals dead on the floor! HOW SAD! Then I checked the water level and sure enough it was from not having enough water. The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. It was more of a courtesy call as I have purchased from their lovely store and like this business, and I was looking for kindness and an apology as I have been a customer for over 2 years. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. IT was The ATTITUDE of the lady when I called to tell them about this was rude and uncaring, she basically said what I needed to do was take the flowers all out of the container and recut them and put them back. As if I would do that after spending over $100.00 for a flower arrangement that should stay an arrangement - it should only require watering which is what I did. She said I could take a picture and email it to her if I wanted! '0" customer service- shameful! INSTEAD I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND MAKE SURE I TELL PEOPLE TO NOT WASTE their hard earned money for a bouquet that will die the next day! I ended up at Off Broadway through recommendations from various people. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail. This was probably one of the biggest chunks of our budget, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Thank goodness I was found by Sharita a Sophora sales associate, beauty consultant, store rep, or whatever the fancy name is. I explained what I was looking for and how much I was able to spend. Without hesitation or making me feel judged Sharita showed me several different things, gave me a sample to bring home and try, let me look around on my own a bit and checked up on me. It was great to be treated so nice and listened to even without the expectation of spending a lot at this visit. Maybe she turned me into a fan!

Overall, I have had a positive experience here. My only complaints are that the house plants inside are almost always mislabeled. I bought a hoya carnosa last week that was labeled as a philodendron xanadu. That is a CRAZY mix up. It didn't bug me much, because I know my plants and knew off the bat what it actually was. But, for the inexperienced person, this could cause problems as they're researching care or trying to learn about a specific plant. The other issue I seem to encounter is that the managers specifically always seem REALLY annoyed anytime they have to deal with guests. The regular employees are always friendly and helpful, but anytime I've had to have an encounter with a manager, they give me an attitude and act like they'd rather be doing anything else other than speaking with me. However, none of the negatives I mentioned are enough to keep me from shopping here. The location and prices are convenient.
