Once I got to the 2nd bundle I noticed it had a smell that wasn't over powering once I got the last bundle as soon as I opened the bag you smelled the hair. I then shampooed and conditioned the hair and the smell was still there, i repeted the washing process 2 more times and the smell did not go away. I then called Cydne and she told me to boil the hair. What?! I boiled my hair and then the smelled disappeared so I re conditioned it and air dried it and it felt great. I installed it on the 27th and I noticed that I could run my fingers through my hair that easy. Now today March 1st I get home from work and my hair is matted in the back and I detangle it and this big hair ball come out.
