What stood out to me was that staff didn't say anything about what was happening or reassure customers, just the normal 'do you need help finding anything' while walking around. I totally understand mistakes happen. I called and they told me to bring the receipt in to get the gloss. After waiting for quite some time a lady came out clearly annoyed, walking aggressive and just rude. . She handed me a bag and walked away immediately. I asked the very sweet cashier to please call her back up as I wanted the lip gloss (I was supposed to receive both) She came back more annoyed and straight up said "I don't know what you want me to do". It's perfectly fine that are out, it was the lack of customer service, treating me like I was an imposition and honestly straight up rude. I know she could have offered something else, or even a simple apology. I really hope she doesn't treat her staff or other customers the way she treated me. I'm actually really sad because are I've always loved Ulta. I'm not for here, I flew from AZ my luggage was left behind so I had to purchase all new product + clothes. Don't be in customer service is you can't treat people properly.

I was primarily there to shop their cosmetics so that was the aisle that I headed to first. They had a pretty nice assortment of cosmetics at very fair prices. I noticed some very inexpensive little pans of eyeshadow that you could mix and match to create your own palette. The empty palettes were right on the same display as the eyeshadows and were sold separately for just a couple of dollars. I picked out four of the eyeshadows and grabbed a palette as well to store them in. It was fun just to pick out my own colors and customize the palette to my liking. Looking further in the cosmetics aisle I also found some nice lip colors, more eye cosmetics and some awesome nail colors as well. I browsed through their hair care aisle for a moment as well and saw some good quality hairbrushes and hairdryers plus some other various styling products. I didn't have much time to look at their skincare items but I have bought from this chain before and have always had luck with with I've bought. The staff at the front of the store was very nice and didn't rush me out of the store even though they were about to close for the night. The eyeshadows I bought were of pretty decent quality even though they were sold at such a low price. I was kind of surprised at the color payoff and the staying power of the eyeshadows considering how inexpensive they were. I'll definitely hit this place up again the next time I'm visiting the area.

I found the cosmetics department to be not very well organized and definitely in need of a merchandiser to organize and display the merchandise.
