While shopping 1.5 weeks ago I learned via the Mgr/Asst. Mgr that I had the $600 in Torrid Cash and that it was going to expire on the 12th. At that time the other employee spoke up, stating that there was a notification that it was going to be continued until the 18th. The head person rang me out. I asked for proof of the $600 Torrid Cash and the expiration date printed. I was told I didn't need anything, that it was on my account. On the 12th I called to confirm that the Torrid Cash would be good through the 18th, or did I need to come in and shop? I was advised the Torrid Cash was continued to the 18th and no worries - I wouldn't be losing it. Today, the 17th, I went into another location to use the Torrid Cash and was advised that all Torrid Cash had expired on the 13th. I asked if it could be just the Seabrook store because of their limited hours (11 am - 5 pm daily, closed weekends), I was given a very blank stare as if I was speaking a different language than I had a minute prior. I called the Seabrook store and was told to call customer service, that they "had no power." They were given wrong information and passed it along to me and other customers, too. After speaking with customer service for 20 minutes and several holds, the rep advised and followed up with an email that the Torrid Cash has expired. They are very sorry and are trying to reach the store manager to see if anything can be done -- BTW - there are only 2 ppl working at this store, not working that day - I seriously mean the store has only 2 employees. This is outrageous, and I feel like I have been robbed by this retailer! Shame on you #Torrid

This is a slightly smaller location than some of the Kohl's stores I have been to but it is still very nice and I do enjoy shopping here. They have a very good selection of clothing, linens, seasonal decor and many other items. There is also a Sephora within this location and it is always fun to browse in there to see what's new and maybe pick up some new cosmetics and fine fragrances. The items at this Kohl's store are for the most part very reasonably priced and I often get Kohl's coupons in the mail that help me score some additional savings. I have gotten many great deals on clothing here. The store is stocked very well and I never have any problem finding items to purchase. The cashiers at the checkout area are always very kind and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

There is also a Five Below store, a Dick's Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Maurices if you are looking for women's clothing and a Michael's for those of you who like crafting. This is a list of just a few of the retail stores available to you here. If you work up an appetite while you're shopping you can always stop for a lunch or dinner break at one of the adjacent restaurants such as IHOP, Outback Steakhouse or McDonald's just to name a few. There is a spacious parking lot here and the grounds are always kept neat and clean. The service that I receive in the stores is always outstanding. It is always a fun retail center to shop.

There is a Market Basket for groceries, a Paper Store for cards and gifts, a TJ Maxx department store and several other shops within this strip mall. The store that I like to shop the most here is the TJ Maxx where I find lots of great deals on clothing, accessories, beauty products and more. The Paper Store also has a lot of great gifts from excellent brands including Vera Bradley which is my go to brand for handbags. I have always found the workers in the various stores to be very helpful and friendly. And being from Massachusetts I love the tax free shopping that I always enjoy when I visit New Hampshire and frequent this shopping center. If you're shopping here and want something to eat before or after you shop there are several restaurants nearby. I always like to make the trip here!

I was over at Ulta which is located in the same shopping center and I noticed this Five Below location so I figured I'd go in there and see what they had for beauty products. I found some nice skincare products, cosmetics, some very nice eyeshadow palettes, brushes, beauty tools and more. Everything was reasonably priced, being five dollars or under. I also saw some umbrellas there so I grabbed one. The staff was very nice and all of the products were well organized. I will go back there again on my next trip to New Hampshire.
