I've been to this Kohl's so many times that I am surprised I haven't written a review yet but here goes. This is a slightly smaller location than some of the Kohl's stores I have been to but it is still very nice and I do enjoy shopping here. They have a very good selection of clothing, linens, seasonal decor and many other items. There is also a Sephora within this location and it is always fun to browse in there to see what's new and maybe pick up some new cosmetics and fine fragrances. The items at this Kohl's store are for the most part very reasonably priced and I often get Kohl's coupons in the mail that help me score some additional savings. I have gotten many great deals on clothing here. The store is stocked very well and I never have any problem finding items to purchase. The cashiers at the checkout area are always very kind and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

Heres the most honest review you'll see on here, it's a pretty decent store almost half of it is clearance and some pieces are as low as 5$ for shirts, considering they seem extremely understaffed they keep up with the lines and fitting rooms pretty well, the bathrooms are kinda gross but I doubt the associates are payed to clean the toliets so I can't really fault them there, the stores much smaller now so finding sizes instore can be a challenge if you are looking for petite and plus items. the workers are a hit and miss, some are really nice and others are really rude. the store over all is pretty clean considering i have seen how other customers leave trash everywhere, but anyway I was able to find some decent deals on shoes and jackets but the discounts can be pretty confusing if you don't shop here a lot but you won't find anything better in the area. unless you like Walmart and BJs read more

It may not be for everyone, but with all the locations near me, I happen to like the Seabrook NH store the best. I admit that due to my personal health issues lately a large part of my favoritism is due to this location being a smaller store. I'll also add that most of my shopping pre and during the pandemic has been online. I really like the deals : sales often, coupons, Kohls cash etc. Applying them online is very simple and can save me a lot. There are times when I've needed to return items. Again, this store's size being what it is the return desks are in the front of the store. Not being forced to trek through the vastness of a superstore to find a where to return something is a GREAT help for me right now! Each associate who has assisted me has been excellent. I've noticed they definitely are COVID compliant right down to sanitizing and wiping down the counters after each customer. I feel perfectly safe shopping or returning something here! read more

Ripoff. Stopped shopping here years ago when their clothing turned to trash. I had to go there for an Amazon return. They gave me a 15% discount coupon, so I wandered around the home goods section. Found some Sonoma 525 count sheets on sale marked down to $54. With 15% off, thought that was a good deal. Got to checkout and they were $21!! $90 bucks off??? I went to wash them before using, but as I am putting the pillowcovers in, I realized they were King size and I have a queen bed...duh. Two days later went back. Even aat $40 I would have bought 2 sets. Every single package was marked at over $100!! Even the packages that had been there two days ago (one package had a mark on it that I remembered, and it was still on the shelf). How do you go from $21 up to $109 in 2 days????????????. read more

overall wouldn't recommend this store. the aisles are full of stuff that's pretty cheap and not very authentic. even the clearance seemed a bit overpriced too imo. read more

Kohls has a lot of great deals, especially online. I have found some crazy deals such as towel sets reduced from 84.99 to 19.99. If you keep checking the clearance you can get a great deal (80% off). This includes both in store and online. I also appreciate that Kohls keeps its' merchandise moving. It does not keep random junk in Stock. There is some classy stuff in inventory for a reasonable price. Check out the quilts and towels. There are deals in every department. There are also generous coupons. Stay frosty and you will find an incredible deal here. Finally, the stores are clean, we'll stocked and the sales associates are helpful. All great reasons to shop there...prices are more reasonable than the Macy's competition on an average day. For example, towels and quality comforters can't be beat both price and quality wise. Shop anywhere but here! I waited 1 and half hours at the register with only one other person in the store The manager for this store is a young lady with a horrendous spitfull childish attitude hopefully she doesn't last and we can all go back to enjoy Kohl's read more

This kohls is a good location. There's always parking and easily accessible for handicap people. Nice staff and waits for check out usually vary. They accept cash and credit cards. Lots of clearance racks. read more

Kohl's is not my favorite store, high prices plus lots of 50% off sales... BUT today I found a pair of khaki shorts for $4.00. The clearance racks make this store worth visiting! Good luck! read more

I agree with the other reviews -- this is a good kohls with nice employees. I've noticed a lot of Kohls have similar layouts with lots of walking to return items. It is a very large store so there is a good amount of walking. But you can find almost everything there. I think the quality of most of the brands are great too. read more

Customer service was not on spot tonight. Looking for strapless bra and could not locate anyone to assist me. The dept is rather large. I walked around the area twice and could not locate any strapless bras. When I checked out I mentioned my frustration and she responded with a sorry. I appreciate that, but I really needed someone to assist me and that didn't happen. read more

I placed an online order last night and drove to go pick it up in-store this afternoon. I have a medical condition that prevents me from safely wearing a mask, so I make sure I leave about 8-10 feet for social distancing, just to be safe. While I was waiting my turn in line (I was the only one waiting), I had 3 different employees rudely inform me of their mask policy, but I just responded by telling them I have a medical condition and am not capable of wearing one. An older male employee then began yelling at me from 70+ feet away, humiliating me in front of the customers and the employees in the checkout area. I also told him I had a medical condition and he let me pick up my order, but only once I promised to leave as soon as I was done doing so. He was rude in dealing with me, and could've handled the situation so much differently to avoid embarrassing me. I will not be shopping here again and giving this business my money. read more

Store is kept fairly organized which is rare for kohls. Employees were very helpful and polite. I have to thank the male manager here because he helped me find my lost boy. They worked quickly to notify the store and we found him very fast before I had a really bad panic attack. Thank you! 28 minutes in line during the day on a Thursday. 3 cashiers on duty. The woman at the jewelry counter would not take customers. Manager clearly needs to step up and get behind a register and bang out the line when it gets this long. Complete lack of awareness by leadership here. This is the #1 reason Amazon is thriving. This particular Kohl's has the most helpful & friendly employees I have ever encountered. Kudos to the manager of this store because they are certainly doing something right. The staff is welcoming & friendly without being pushy or annoying. Everyone smiles & says hello and is eager help you if need be. It might sound crazy, but I don't mind going out of my way to shop at this location now just for that reason. read more

Avoid this store. The woman in charge of jewelry is condescending and pushy. I worked retail sales at Macy's and they blow Kohl's away in customer support. I cut up my credit card and sent several letters of complaint. Don't care the response, I'll never set foot in a Kohl's again. read more

I like it too but the layout is dumb in that you have to walk all the way to the very far rear of the store to bring back an item. Customer Service should be at the very front like it is at the Kohl's in Salem, NH ... that store is laid out better than the Seabrook store. read more

What is the value of a Kohl's customer??many companies spend millions of dollars to learn this finite information..all you have to do is stand in the "customer service" line in Kohl's Seabrook and see that the Kohl's customer value is $15.00 in Kohl's cash...I was fourth in a long line waiting to exchange an item when an older woman was treated deferentially and rudely by two managers over $15.00 in Kohl's cash...the customer was in tears over the cruel attitude and disdain extended her by the managers..several customers in line raised their voices in defense of the customer who was belittled by managers..Kohl's managers' hostility elevated as the crowd became more agitated...other customers threw their stuff on the counter and walked out..Senior manager nastily wished the customers Happy Holidays and stomped away..so for a $15.00 Kohl's cash dispute I counted thousands of dollars of lost sales and thousands of dollars in ill will and reputation.. read more
