On the drive there I called because I had a little bit of a hard time locating this place and Travis was super helpful on the phone. When I arrived he asked if I was the person that called and he introduced himself and Gigi who was working with him. I am so glad that we have a clean soap shop here! It's plant based, animal cruelty free, eco friendly and handmade! Seriously the soaps and bath bombs smell sooooo good! If you like organic clean soaps and detergents this is your spot! If you like making your own soaps or coming up with your own scents this is your spot!! Also Gigi hooked me up with some samples that I probably would have never picked up but I'm glad she did because I love the scents and I'll definitely be back to get those. My favorite bath bomb scents are Love Potion and Rose. I highly recommend this place!

Would leave zero if the app would let me. This store does not stand behind it's own return policy…read more There policy as listed on their website states, "Not every decision can be a winner, and we understand that. That's why we like to keep it simple: if you are not 100% totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied for any reason whatsoever, let us know! Here at LionHeartHobby.com, you are in safe hands." Purchased and item that you can't tell satisfaction without using it, and then their excuse was, "we can't take it back because it was used." This is why Amazon is taking over, price was lower and returns are accepted. No reason to support a local business when their prices are higher, and they lie about their return policy. Their return policy should just state Caveat Emptor, because when we say if you are not 100% totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied for any reason whatsoever, let us know, we're just gonna tell you to go pound sand. And those safe hands don't even exist. Any business that can not stand behind it's policies is just lying. And liars don't deserve to be in business.

It's their first week of operation. When I heard about it, I had to stop in because I'm a big tabletop gamer and all-around nerd. You'll find them just past Barton Middle School if you're heading south, sandwiches between a few other shops. The shop is small at the moment, consisting of two rooms of merchandise. One has a lot of in-the-box model sets like fighter planes, vintage automobiles, and the like, along with paints/primers/etc. needed for assembling them. The front room has a lot of fun board game titles such as Pandemic and SmallWorld, even classics like Cribbage and Dominos. They've just begun stocking Dungeons & Dragons stuff-- I couldn't resist... I bought another set of dice and some cool miniatures! Danielle and Rudy are vibrant and excited, willing to answer any questions, listen to feedback, or even just have a friendly chit-chat. They want to know what their clientele is interested in purchasing, so if you don't see what you're looking for, let them know!

Can't fit down isles sometimes and the line is always super long due to not enough employees working registers or if there are enough they are slow going which in truth I dont blame them for i know once they dwindle the line they then have to brave the crazies and try to cleanup some. The amount of stuff put out is laughable when one cant even look at since cant get to or have to dig to get to. The customers that come here don't help the situation and sadly have ruined Kyle.

She had planned to give the flowers to a floral designer friend to repurpose the flowers. Malleret doesn't allow attachments on their review page, therefore, I shall quote Malleret's response to the bride's inquiry as to what happened to her flowers. "I'm so sorry you were misinformed about where the flowers went. At the end of the evening all flowers were actually given to the guests. You can ask Art as he saw when I personally gave the flowers to your floral designer friend and other guests. The only thing we took back with us at the end of the night were the vases and the blue palm leaves. As a company we love and actually prefer when the guests take the flowers, since as you said they were paid for, and we love the guests to have that as a memory of the even. Again, I'm very sorry for any confusion there was around this topic. Marcela." My daughter-in-law then received this response from Marcela: "I personally gave your friend one and then she took the other two. My team offered her more; she said that was enough. All bridesmaids arrangements were given to your guests and the rest of the other ones (I can't tell you names, that is not for me to ask). The large ones which were the ones that had the blue palms in them, were offered to guests and your friend but were not taken. All of the vases are rentals and come back to us. The venue also requires all vendors to clean the night of the event, which is why there were no flowers left when you returned to the venue on Sunday. Marcela" The bride paid for the flowers and only she had the right to direct the flowers to individuals, even at the reception. My point is that the Bride should have been consulted on which flowers she wanted to keep. For this omission, I give a -20 review.

Why are you saying that to customers? No. I'm looking to replace my entire upstairs.
