The person recommended some colors of darker blonde because I told the person what I was looking for, the level. I said that I would probably need a cap with a hook to pull my hair through and I was shown where they were and I said that I didn't like the tiny hook because it is hard to get my hair through the tiny holes in the cap and the person said the holes are small so the small hook would be fine so then I asked if I should go through every other hole or every hole next to each other thinking that this person knew how to do hair and the person said, I don't know, I've never highlighted hair. This is like nails on a chalk board. So I've had this happen before at other Sally's where the people don't know anything about hair etc. but yet, act like they are a pro and know what they are talking about. I should look hair questions up online and don't let anyone at Sally's help me except to show me where an online or GPT recommended product is.

I called to go pick it up and since it was close to closing she said there was nothing that could be done because the registers were closed. don't know why a register was needed since I already paid for the items. I ofcourse couldn't inconvenience them for an extra five minutes like the inconvenience me-- there error and did nothing to help. I am assuming it opened recently, since I have not heard of it before. I needed a new hairdo for a wedding, but had no idea what I wanted to do. As soon as I walked into Beautician Mix, the owner asked me if I needed help finding anything. I explained my predicament and she spent the next 40 minutes with me walking around the store, showing me different options, and recommending additional things I could buy to go with my new style. While I was in the store, two other employees offered to help me as well. Customer service was 10/10. And it wasn't like I was the only person in the store, there were plenty of people and they were providing this exemplary service to everyone! I didn't see any Freetress products, but they did have Model Model, Outre, and other popular brands. They had jewelry, accessories, hair care products, wigs, clip-ins...everything! You name it, they had it. This is my new default Beauty Supply Store moving forward.
