We took our account management back in-house and have seen triple the results for 1/4 the cost. No exaggeration. The virtual training service they offer is very good, but overpriced. They are essentially running two differently structured businesses that don't communicate with the other side very well. Communication seemed to be the core issue to the problems we had. I would not recommend the account management services at all. I would recommend the virtual training if you have a team to train and can afford it.

In the past we'd been burned by web design companies who outsourced a lot of their work. The prior company built a site for us that we were not able to manage by ourselves, and even the most minor change would take at least 48 hours to implement. After dumping thousands of dollars into our previous website, we were hesitant to start up with a new company. We knew David Fox from around town, however, and asked him for his help. He was quick to respond with a strategic plan tailored to our specific type of business (a law firm) to start up a new site and launch and expand our marketing campaign. David and his team set up a reasonable fee schedule, and designed a beautiful site. They take our suggestions seriously, and provide expert feedback and design advice. We're scheduled to go live with our new website soon, and we're very excited about the continuing relationship we've forged with their company. I highly recommend Fox Designs Studio services for web design and marketing!

Well, pucker up, Anthony, because you and your team have been fantastic. Your search engine optimization (SEO) work, your help to expand my presence on social media outlets and blogs, and your advertising and marketing support is truly what makes Search Control one of the best Marketing Firms out there. I'm so pleased with the outcome for my law firm. Of course, I've used other marketing companies and marketing firms before in the Phoenix area, but I've been so impressed that Anthony was willing to drive from Scottsdale to Phoenix to consult with me, to update me on my company's performance, to track the progress and each call that came in from the advertising, and to give me the data that I needed to ensure that my conversion rate is high enough to keep going and to spend more money. I'm so impressed with Search Control's marketing and web design work that I have referred them to one of my other clients that was looking to expand his reach as well (but I'm definitely not telling my competitors about you. Sorry, Anthony).

However, I've had so many difficulties with Jen Chapman that I can't hold off any longer. She did build a website for me, which is why I gave her two stars, but it was a difficult and frustrating process. After the initial meetings, she would no longer talk to me on the phone but only accepted emails, which she often didn't respond to at all. When she did respond, it was clear that she hadn't read much of what was in them, even tho I made my emails as brief and well organized as I could so they would be clear to her. She ignored many of my requests and seemed to follow her own ideas without regard for what I wanted. There were times it was so difficult to deal with her that I ended up accepting less than I wanted just to get the job completed. The last straw, and why I'm posting this review now, was when I recently emailed her asking for login credentials for my website. My email was friendly and positive, asking how she was and thanking her in advance. Her reply, without any response to my good wishes for her, was simply "I don't have that information any more.". No greeting or signature, just that curt message. A marketing firm who will be working on my website told me that they have worked with web developers for many years and have never ever seen a response like that, or a refusal to help with such basic information.
