There are countless documents to provide, lender requirements to meet, and many details to keep track of. That's why I believe choosing a trustworthy and capable realtor is one of the most important decisions you'll make. A few friends who had recently bought homes recommended Biekhal to me. I initially contacted her simply to learn more about the home-buying process. After asking me a few questions about my financial situation, she told me we could begin right away. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. At the time, I only had a few thousand dollars in my pocket. Owning a home in the United States seemed like something far beyond my reach. Yet that single conversation became the beginning of my journey toward becoming a homeowner. Throughout this process, four qualities mattered most to me: trust, communication, patience, and the ability to handle challenges. Trust One of the things that impressed me most about Biekhal was that she was willing to put my best interests ahead of making a quick sale. There were homes I really liked, but after doing her research, she pointed out issues that made them poor choices for me.
